Some points on the scope aim, when i went to try out the distance calibration with a Cannon Camera & laser pen on a safe quiet industrial estate at night time.
Talking about sight alignments with cameras and laser devices.
As the laser in UNDER the scope on the LTI Ultralytes, then the FURTHER the target, the HIGHER above the scope aiming dot the true target centra will be... so if the scope is not calibrated for a longer distance target.. then you are more than likely going to be aiming at the window area on a car anyway, or the bonnet, if in fact you think it is the licence plate! or road surface! and the error for near the roof is most likely going to be over the top of the vehicle!
That was the other night.
Today I was in Cheetham Hill again, Manchester passing whee I was the Silver Greater Manchester police van a few months ago... Well he wasnt there.. but after I did the delivery thinking of him... when I drove back past again he had "appeared by magic!" lol.
I had limited memory left on my phone, though.. so couldnt film my questions...
But he did NOT want to comment on ANY calibration questions or what distance the device had been set up to shoot at that session!
I also tried to find out how much a ranger & a concept system cost, but he doesnt know! I couldnt think of the other questions at the time. But he did not want to state any calibration or current set up at all.
He doesnt think the LTI 100 will work with a Ranger or concept, though.
I would have questioned him on the other speed reading Quirks & tricks, but as I couldnt film it (didnt want to record over other stuff/decide which other files to delete) I didnt bother.
BUT... on inspection I HAVE found that when you ENTER that road from the M60 roundabout there IS an incorrectly positioned terminal sign set. Because there is a "Dummy repeater" sign before the terminals that is not a true terminal pair. Then a pair passing as the terminals after, yet they are opposite sides of the road and there is questionable configuration with the Island in the middle of the road as it is not a proper dual carriageway i dont think.
More "purpose placed" incorrect signs. No doubt about it.

Example of a pop up hand held ultralyte location with "officer on foot" this one was a PCSO on the 30th April after local complaints.
I inspected the location and found incorrect road signage and various concerns over street lighting & speed limit overlap.

Manchester police Camera Technician in Silver van MX09 HYG - Appeared from nowhere doday after I drove past the site & thought about him! just appeared! after I had done my delivery about 20mins later! only the 2nd time I have seen him there I think! Possibly same guy who does the Oldham road with incorrect speed limit and the A580 location as well! This location has incorrect signs terminal on the way in AND off the Motorway exit! also dual carriageway status is questionable for the road width & type taking the speed limits into account. He did not want to answer any questions regarding his calibration for the session or his shooting distance or set-up configuration. I didnt film the questions/discussion. He doesnt know how much a brand new Ranger system or Concept device costs to buy. He doesnt think the LTI 100 will work with the Concept or Ranger system. youtu.be/zfw-C1tgeno

More strange disused mobile speed camera markings. why did they stop using them? Were they too good a defence against the LTI devices? not productive for the Police, Tele-traffic or This Road safety support organization which is the KEY KINGPIN in the connections between the enterprise? (newspapers know about them obviously already) But this Road Traffic Safety Support company seem to be the "missing £££ in your court fine costs in you decide to challenge an N.I.P." Why dont the Police deal with it? the Crown Prosecution service dont seem to either.. it seems this is a SPECIALIST DEPARTMENT tO MAKE CERTAIN YOU DO NOT SUCCEED IN CHALLENGING THE PROSECUTION, LTI, SIGNS OR ANYTHING. - a "Talk you doen or obstruct your defence" specialist group for giving FALSE ADVICE and aiding & abetting the CPS, Police, Council and Government... they are the Key players behind the scenes it appears as they "SPECIALIZE" in "EVERYTHING" I have found at fault with "the system" and the ones who defend it! Was the Spectacle wearing Geordie guy who appeared at Chorley Magistrates court sent by them? who Racked my fine up to Over £1,000 and gets paid by the CPS/Police for turning up to talk me down & who didnt pull the evidence on the fact it was not submissible as evidence? if so, his organisation also checks road signs!? so why wasnt he sent to check the road as well?! if He did, then he is as much of a simpleton as I assessed him as in person myself. Looks like I have been wasting my time because all my research and work has been done already... www.quattro123.com/LTIMARKSMANbeam.htmAlthough this guy used night vision on his camera to see the laser, I think the three shapes might be more related to the rapid pulse and small ammounts of movements? One of the North Yorkshire camera operators (who is not a technician) said that he has been shown the laser shape and it is square with tapered edges!? Anyway look at some of this persons images with the night vision.. www.quattro123.com/LTIMARKSMANbeam.htmHe claims that is what he found as the laser shape. I'm not convinced that his report and research is accurate so I will continue to do my own research to either confirm or disagree with it I've covered the lens in experiments and it works fine with only a crack of light exposed at the edge of the lens!

Here on the road safety support website is pictured what looks like a Tele-traffic concept system with an old original Laser technology 20/20. What does it mean? www.roadsafetysupport.co.uk
