Wow, so i went to Lincolnshire today Tuesday 14th, day after my Truvelo visit & Questioning! and after Lincolnshire (spilsby) i went all the way across to Long Eaton & then Tamworth & Perry Bar for work....

Now on the A1 southbound, just before the A52 exit there was a whole WHEEL in the middle of the Dual carriageway south, on the white lines, and lorrys & cars were driving past it both sides!

and none needing to slow down, no ques and nobody hit it!

Whole wheel plus tyre!

So i rang the Highways agency to report it, some time afterwards.. and while i was at it, i thought i might as well report the A56/M66 missing National Speed limit repeater signs as an obstruction as well! It was about time to.

Anyway.. the woman was nice, on the phone.. and took my website down as well.

Anyway.. got across to the M1 after Long Eaton and there was a Silver vehicle either broken down or had an accident being recovered which delayed me over a half hour..

Anyways.. I did manage to find enough time to drive to Warwick after my last delivery at Perry Bar.. and you will not believe that Garratt was outside stood by his car, with the boot open when i walked around the corner! LOL! again!! chances?! has the police told him i was on my way to visit him? or was it chance again?

Anyway, he didn't want to talk but he had a quick look at my Prolaser II, which told him was not Home office converted and complete with Certificates..
I challenged him on the laser beam size.. and asked him if he will convert my LTI to a 1000 model, but this time he said no.. he has changed his mind!

He does not agree the laser gets smaller it appears that he does not want to sell me a device either.. he does no longer want to co-operate like he was willing to before!
lol...

Anyway... i have a few more tests to do..

I will upload the separate recordings and the full day...

But on the way home, at the top of the A42 before the M1, another incident/accident with another silver car/vehicle

that was 2.

Then, after i arrived back.. a third silver vehicle/car had hit a red car and a small boy with a woman hugging him at side of road... the cars didn't seem badly damaged..
So three silver car incidents today!? chances?

Then, just earlier tonight, i went to the sports centre where i lost my glove saturday night & it had appeared by magic?! it definitely was not there yesterday! so eitrher somebody returned it, or its a mystery.. but somebody had put red & blue ink all over the place as well.

wierd.

I had emailed the sports centre, but i think the person who took or found the glove must have put it back there.. unless somebody stole it from the van and threw it there? who knows? very strange.

Anyway, i will get to uploading these videos.

As i said i have a few more tests to film of the laser..

But i have a charge letter from North Yorkshire police, NOT the court?! saying they are charging me for the A19 speed camera accuracy test i performed.. and they want a ple by the end of the month.. yet you usually get this type of letter from the Court, not the police.

Also, they cannot charge me.. so i am going to have to go in in person & challenge them on it.. either to York, or Northallerton or both.

Steve Callaghan of "Road Safety Support" (a company operated by ex police chief Meredydd Hughes and ex officer Trevor Hall) has appeared in courts across the United Kingdom giving false account and misleading evidence and information about the operational function and nature of the laser beam fired from the police speed measurement devices (prolaser III and LTI 1000) He has given statements and guided cases on information and claim that the beam is in working effective area of 3feet wide on the target vehicles. And claimed that precision aim on specific areas and targets does not effect the speed reading.

I have obtained a Home Office standard, fully calibrated device and tested it.

It can easily produce slip effect readings of plus and minus MPH like the standard devices. And the laser operates well on exact targets and between gaps of 1-2 feet easily.

So the beam can be fired under, around and between targets and through windows and obtain readings from precise vehicle parts which will effect the overall reading.

Also the video recording laserwitness lite does not seem to have a flashing number on the speed reading if the device goes off the vehicle then back on again. it only seems to give a three line error if it goes off for too long. And the actual first contact of the beam with the vehicle is often not recorded on video evidence by the police officers, but edited off or not recorded. So important evidence is not recorded.

Also, under infra red camera, the screen perspective of the beam at working distance is only a tiny speck of light.. a white dot on the screen. And the beam certainly does not appear to spread out but if anything stays the same diameter when it gets further away. This is confirmed by my gap experiment on the stair case.

I am happy to challenge Truvelo UK and Tele-traffic uk on this information. But they refuse to answer questions.

I have obtained plus 10mph speed reading from a vehicle with the Home office approved Prolaser III device. Nothing prevents it from getting a higher or lower speed reading. My friend drove a vehicle with the speed limit set at 30mph and even with allowance for speedometer calibration .. the Home office device still produced up to plus 10mph extra speed from the vehicle.

I believe this is common.

The police making it difficult for us to obtain a copy of the videos makes this difficult to check for. And Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK refusing to answer questions literally is a perversion of the course of justice, as defence cannot even conduct their own cases outside of court hours to prepare cases for hearings and trails.

I believe a official UK distributor of speed measuring devices should be unbiased and not be "police" witness, and not exempted from giving independent witness evidence.
Unfortunately, the distributor has reason to want to sell these devices to police, even though they supply devices for distance measurement and survey purposes to the public unbiased to police work.
