Ok So looks like i am going to be able to see if i can get the LTI hooked up to a video camera or monitor now.. if the Marksman manual was correct and the data is Auto available as stated in video picture format.... Not as Much luck with the ProlaserIII as listen to this Telephone Convo.. he has a cable... but he said he would have to speak to his manager if he can sell me their own personal warehouse cable. So i challenged him on trading standards and refusal of service.. and He wont be bothered to even find the device cable name out for me! even though they are a UK Distribution company... Also he hung up on me! lol.

So the Scott guy from Kustom Signals just confirmed the proprietary data output is RS232 ...which IS what they use in nintendos!! But what i now need to know is.. Must you have the programe to make the signal appear on a monitor? Or will the signal display by itself straight out of the machine?

According to the Marksman manual, the output is image/tv/monitor compatible. And the Ultralyte says its same as the Marksman. So no RS232 or whatever converter for the data or computer driver may be required. They call it Proprietary data, but the distance and speed is given to the owner user of the deivice and LTI make data available at port automatically. Some body makes the below version/conversion of the Compact with 2 ports, thus has knowledge and programming skills. and permission from LTI. They will be similar to Tele-traffic uk. They will have compatible software of their own and devices, or it just makes use of the device data supplied during or after a reading. What worries me is why they keep saying "Why do you want the cable" TO FILM TESTING OF THE DEVICE AND SHOW THE SPEED READING ON SCREEN WITHOUT HAVING TO FILM DOWN THE SCOPE. AS ITS AWKWARD. AND 2nd reason.. THE CONCEPT, RANGER AND LASERWITNESS LITE ARE TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE TO BUY JUST TO DO A SMALL FILMING SESSION WITH. IT IS POSSIBLE TO USE A REGULAR RECORDING SET UP FOR MUCH CHEAPER. WHILE SOMEBODY ELSE DRIVES THE VEHICLE THAT IS BEING SPEED READ, AND 2 CAMERAS FILM 1. THE ROAD. 2. SPEEDOMETER AT THE SAME TIME. AS FILMING SPEED READING FROM LTI/PROLAZER III. THEN COMBINE ALL 4 VIDEOS INTO ONE SPLIT SCREEN FILM. ALL PLAYING IN SYNCRONIZATION TOGETHER. (WHAT THE BBC SHOULD HAVE DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE) AIM ACCURACY CAN BE COVERED IN A DIFFERENT VIDEO. THATS ANOTHER MATTER.

WE ARE NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT IF THE UK HOME OFFICE DEVICE CAN OR CANNOT SLIP IN THAT TEST. BECAUSE IF YOU GIVE ME ONE FOR 5 SECONDS AT THE SKATEPARK I WILL SHOW YOU IT CAN AND DOES SLIP

Endoscope cameras for android smartphones But can you get an app that will run both the endoscope and onboard camera at the same time? Split screen recording? Can you imagine a really long endoscope on a garden cane.. like the lightning rod on the delorean in back to the future? you can buy them...

So... ive learned that it may well be that the majority of vehicles are undercalibrated on the speedometer by 3mph. so it will be interesting to do experiments with somebody driving a car to see if it gets the correct speed.. because really the laser if used correctly should in fact come up with 3mph less than the vehicle.. But when Dr.Clark tested it with the BBC.. inside out programe.. he did a slip test and a non slip test and the proper non slip test was the same vehicle speed as the speedometer.. so if it IS the same speed as what the speedometer is reading, then isnt that +3mph TOO HIGH speed?

I should have posted a video here.. i will do soon.. its a conversation with Truvelo UK about the ProlaserIII.. Here is what it says regarding what evidence IS though.. I have also done another few debate discussions as well on the matter.. to follow.. Basically.. i need to get hold of the UK Home Office approved ProlaserIII and LTI 1000 Teletraffic UK.. Which unless they lend me them.. will cost money to buy them. Basically it boils down to this.... They claim even if the measurement device is not held steady & jiggled around.. it cannot give an error. So, there is no need or way to challenge the hand held, non video device, or officer statement. And if the Video device laserwitnes or ranger concept is used they dont even HAVE to record the whole events. Even though Steve Callaghan of Road Safety Support did lie about beam width and also he CAN pull videos if he thinks there is something wrong with them.... Basically every time a case is won against the devices, the rules and regulations are changed, or your access to the evidence is restricted. If we can show the UK Home officed approved version of the device can give slip when moved around.... then that gives strong reason why the whole measurement needs to be recorded.. and it will severely effect the use of hand held devices that DONT have video units attached because there is no proof it was held steady. If the respective buisnesses Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK have nothing to hide and are confident their devices cannot "Slip" effect.. then they should have no problem being open to testing the UK devices. There should be no need to force them to do it only by court order. The other thing is that its difficult to tell if the vehicle is braking or there is slip.. but a motion of aim lends its likely. IF we can prove there IS slip possible.. As the device measures disance changes over time and it does register MPH changes going down & up... i think its riddiculous to say that is not possible to be slip effect as i dont think the device can tell the differance.. I think the "Males" at Truvelo & Teletraffic are full of blagging and talk rubbish. But we will see.. If i can get a device from them. Unless they have "REASON" not to let me test it.. Though Garrett said i could test one.. if he hasnt changed his mind.
