Ok, so Kustom Signals are on with my Prolaser III conversion to UK Home Office approved standard (Kustom signals are saying that is "Euro" settings! Anyway.. Its going to cost me about £800 i suppose its a lot cheaper than buying a LTI 1000 from Tele-traffic UK for £5,000 Anyway.. Im going to try claim it back from the Home Office under HM Government expenses, as i need the device for 1. the ombudsman complaint & my police work. and HM Government sponsored petitions. So im hoping the police will take my police work seriously when i inform them and withdraw N.I.Ps 0133050492384720 & 0123140187015720 as i have provided video evidence i was testing their cameras accuracy for my police work and complaints evidence... And the N.I.Ps can be and must be withdrawn, discontinued by the same process of termination as with Ambulance or fire service vehicles as im not required to observe the speed limit, and also its illegal to prosecute me for that work i need to do to obtain the evidence and data for the complaints & my prosecution evidence against the police. The original quote was $250 and i asked also for a battery pack upgrade from car lighter.. thats fine, and the labour and software update.. but why $450 for an optic fibre thingy? will they be spying on us as well? I hope that im not wrong about this and i can still get some slip effect out of it.. both on stationary and moving objects & vehicles and get good evidence that the police tests are flawed and the polices claims concerning the devices performance are proved invalid.

YJ15 HDL at 13:24 15th September 2017 A59 Beamsley, North Yorkshire between Beamsley Lane and storiths lane. The Beamsley ProjectI encounted North Yorkshire police speed camera van on the A59 north Yorkshire today. I was moving into overtaking position to get around a lorry as we reached a dual carriageway section of road that went up a hill, as i just pulled out and started to increase speed to overtake, i saw the camera van ahead on the opposite side of the road up the hill and looked down at my speedometer slightly shocked and it was 50-52mph i then reduced speed and my overtaking maneuver was thrown off. I went to get questions & answers session with the officer. He said he was there to "Slow people down" I do not think slowing people down is a safe idea at a section when cars have been behind lorry's for a long time, exactly at the moment when the road is constricted for them to speed up and overtake.. and attention needs to be to mirrors and the road not exact speed, its not a good idea to have a speed camera van there to distract or startle drivers when engaging in a maneuver that's initiation and execution requires their full atention. Anyway... i did not manage to record the approach or my speedometer but under questioning the officer was challenged over the speed limit for vans and dual purpose vehicles and the officer after discussion and insight, did concur with my opinion and points on the speed limit on a van including insurance policy points and vehicle specs. Also i talked about me getting my device pro laser III converted to UK home office settings and the officer under recorded statement evidence stated that the software on the UK devices, home office settings, does NOT prevent slip effect, and the officer made statement that "Slip effect" is a natural thing and the devices are meant to do it and the home office approved software upgrade does not get rid of it and the devices still produce it when the police use them.. So have i wasted my money getting my device upgraded to test it? if slip effect cant be removed then why are the home office getting the devices upgraded and costing the tax payer a lot of money? i heard the officer take a few speed readings when i was stood next to him and it sounded very fast & quick and i didn't even hear the lock or track growl sound. So i wonder in fact if the whole point of the device upgrade if slip effect is natural and cannot be removed, in fact is to make the device "just faster & more efficient" in fact, it might be better set up to get "cleaner & better slip effect" See video & my lecture after my encounter with the officer today. I still require my N.I.P. withdrawn by North Yorkshire police and also want a copy of the video evidence to compare with my own video. What is going on with this whole Laser subject & the police.. one minute they say their devices cannot give an error.. then they agree its a natural part of how the device works and agree it cannot be stopped/removed.... So what are we paying Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK for? just supposedly "better guns" in general? Beamsley Hill? for real?

I got the Home Office Approved Prolaser III, calibrated and ready for testing...
Preliminary tests confirm my suspicions are correct and that it performs as i thought it would, for the reasons I assumed.
I got a +7mph and a -10mph reading from the small set of stairs in Wakefield. And with the evidence from the A19 North Yorkshire... which was 4mph less than the speedometer, i now have evidence the Home office device can give errors of both higher and lower speeds. in fact its more prone to larger errors in speed being incorrect than the American standard device is.

Ok, video to follow... But i managed to get a friend to help me by driving the van that has the speed limiter cruise control on it... Did a few tests today... Only basic ones.. as didnt have much time free... But i got 31mph with the Home Office Prolaser III, when the speed limiter was set to 30mph. And the actual speed is supposed to be even less by 2mph... (28mph) and i also got every other speed in-between! So.. yes.. exactly as predicted. The 3mph error i have been looking for is possible with the Home office standard device as well as the American standard one. Thus my claim that the Ossett bypass & Haslingden bypass speed readings were 3mph higher by the Police than the satellite tracking is validated and also the visual video shows "movement" and going under vehicles and around the bonnet.. so the devices were not aimed steady. I will be interested to see the North Yorkshire police video among others. This evidence / tests proved that my claim is right and that there is no police or home office statement that can say the device cannot produce errors in speed reading or a slip effect. Thus any cases based on that statement are invalid. I would like to get a full statement from Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK & the Home Office exactly what their claim is as to the point & purpose of the Home Office standard settings therefore. Oh, also I was correct about the fact that the rear, flat surface of a box van / lorry produces much less errors. Only consistently about 1mph to 2mph speed errors.. while targeting the front of the vehicle produces a lot more error as much as 3mph and 4mph. This i believe is because of the presence of the bonnet and window of vehicle upto 36mph reading and 31mph readings from front of vehicle when limiter was set at 30mph and the actual speed likely to be lower by 2mph also

OK, so it turns out that the Peugeot Boxer van speedometer at 50mph speed limiter setting.. over 11.9 miles in 15minutes 26 seconds is 46.2mphSo the Car Manufacturers and Government are really stealing time from us and Money... And I don't think its acceptable. So with the speedometer literally being 4mph over the true speed... To Drive at 30mph in an experiment by the speedometer and get a speed measurement of 31mph and even 36mph with the Prolaser III and every other speed in between.. shows that it IS perfectly capable of giving and producing seriously wrong speed measurements either way.. lower or higher.

03 November 2017 North Allerton . North Yorks. Not far from The New North Yorkshire Police Headquarters
Two North Yorkshire Police encounters in one morning.1. 11:38am Thirsk Road, Northallerton, Silver Yahama Police Cycle with mobile LTI 1000 on tripod. He knew who i was by name and He gave me false accusation of causing an obstruction when i was questioning. He had no comment to questions concerning the size of the laser beam & does not Know Steve Callaghan or Road safety Support. He then asked kindly if a would move "because he wanted me to". and i agreed. Also the Police Motorcycle appears to be hindering access and operation of a bus stop! But in fact its a Power sub station! Encounter #2 2. 12:16 lunchtime, A170 between Thirsk and Sproxton, Silver Vauxhaul YJ15 HDH. Parked obstructing the inbound entrance to a private RAC property that has a warning sign that access must be kept clear at all times for emergency use. This officer claimed i was causing an obstruction also when i stopped to question him over the beam size as well, so i moved to an off road legal parking position. And when i returned he had closed windows and locked vehicle so i could not question him any further on the matter to gather important evidence on beam size. And who had given him his information. I them found in fact he was parked illegally. Here ive found a photo of Andy Tooke the Camera Ticket unit Manager.. with Lord Goldsmith www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwjM1ICH5qPXAhUDBsAKHTXKAfcQFggrMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ny125.com%2Fnw-files%2Fpdfs%2Farticles%2Fcjb-newsletter-1.pdf&usg=AOvVaw25-0xIvZgmolXAckDXTc-H

So... on my Prolaser III, which is now calibrated and certified to UK Home office settings.. Hardware, Software and configuration... there are clearly two strengths of ring of the round laser area. a inner and outer one. These are the stronger beam areas. The remainder of the beam is not visible under the infra red camera, but its clear that this stronger area is what the device is registering when in use, as my experiments targeting between two people confirm this.. as i can easily shoot between the people and get both plus & minus readings from the staircase between them. This flask lid illustrates the ring seen through the infra red camera quite well. So the statements by Steve Callaghan given as evidence in court cannot be correct. So cases based on those statements cannot be valid. If the CPS & police refuse to accept this, i will need to carry on with the petition and get the public to see the evidence and sign... Most people agree with me, but just.. dont think we will win anyway.. as the police and CPS and government just will refuse to act, or accept this.. Which is what they are doing.. which is why we never make progress. literally its their will against the peoples will in this argument... the evidence i have presented is correct. There's no question about it. Also.. back to the beam again... on the LTI.. when you twist the lens adjustment screws its looking now like that controls the diameter of the stronger & weaker beam outer and inner circle. But my device is on UK settings. so this is how its supposed to be used by the police. And it deffinately gets smaller the further away you aim it... We dont know who is adjusting these bean settings.. but it gets that much smaller on UK home office settings.. that it is obvious that all my claims about aiming in the video footage i have aquired are very obvious and correct.. The police are now being very difficult about me obtaining the other videos as the evidence of aiming in them i believe will prove me correct even more.

Another extremely important point which i have mentioned before.. is this..
I just wanted to re-state it..
Is that with the Prolaser III..
When using the device by hand held style and looking through the viewfinder iron sights target... if the laser "comes off" the vehicle for a moment.. while taking a speed reading.. the speed reading number still gives a reading but flashes for a moment until you make contact again back onto the vehicle. If you stay off the vehicle for too long, then 3 lines show. instead of a number.
Now, when the output is connected to the laser witness unit, and the speed reading is shown on screen.. it does not appear to flash (the speed reading) if the aim comes off the vehicle for a moment, it just stays lit up like normal, until its been off the vehicle for longer and then you do get the three lines appearing in error.
Now in my Ossett bypass video, three lines appear than go away during the speed reading! but no flashing number.
So they have removed the flashing number warning from being displayed, so we do not know the laser came off the vehicle and lost contact briefly. but we do know if it looses contact for longer, with the three lines..
So really this acts to disguise and hide if the target has truly been aligned correctly with the scope. And also if he aims off the vehicle, under it, or down the side for a moment, then back on the front again.. we do not know, as no flashing number appears. only the three lines if he goes off the vehicle for too long.
This is why we really need that Heather Lavry video as i think it should hold some more visual evidence of this as the aim of target is well under the vehicle in the police photo from West Yorkshire police. Its like the laset witness is hiding information that the device does not hide if it is being used by an officer with no video unit attached. only information the officer can see while the device is in use.

13th November 2017 visit to Truvelo UK Wow, ive been to TRUVELO UK today.. and took the Prolaser III with certificates to question the South African guy over the laser beam size and the flashing speed reading display and a few other things.. I recorded on 3 phones.. one in my bag and one in my pocket, the other in my hoody pocket, but did not film with it in my hand, so there is just the audio.. I am adding the comments before & after i went in.. but i will upload the separate videos as well as the full video.. So.. i was let in by this decent looking guy.. and i asked a few questions and he was cool.. then he went to get the "South African guy" technician! And when he came back with him, the technician was not impressed i had turned up to question him! and did not want to answer any questions at all! And asked me to leave! lol! Which i did... no problems! Then when i was driving off, he filmed me leave! lol! Anyway... i will get the videos uploaded but i did get to throw some questions at him and he really did not want to comment, so i know that i was right and he certainly has a lot to hide and seems to be a very sketchy character! Im just uploading the video from the HTC phone, that was in my bag. I will also upload the same event filmed with LG and Sony at the same time.. But i will also do a video of the full visit, comments before & after the visit.. to follow. Filmed with LG - Truvelo UK Visit for questions 13th November 2017 Asked to leave and technician refuses to talk Filmed with HTC at same time Truvelo UK Visit 13th November 2017 FULL (filmed with sony) Also got to do a great video of the Traffic light camera markings as well around Cheshunt area! really important video i will be sending to Simon Byrne Cheshire police.
