Cheshire police safety camera van DG16 JPY exceeds speed limit

plus very likely that Cheshire police arranged the stop line placement & size at Macclesfield traffic lights, Cheshire Jurisdiction
Cheshire speed camera van, only 2nd time i have seen it in a lot of years and last time was the other week when alternator went on the van in Warrington & i had to get recovered!
I followed it speeding ... this time here.. it was doing well over 40mph, alone on a 40 road then when i caught up with it.. still speeding somewhat..
Then, i learned that the police are a lot more involved with laying the road markings than the council, and that is likely in Macclesfield as well!
