dam, just wrote an entire post and the power went on my mobile phone and lost the whole typing for it.
Anyway...

So the Appeal at South Cheshire Magistrates was supposed to be on the 09th & its the 12th Today & no word yet. But it took nearly a week to hear from them last time.

The thing is that I just made that post there, above.. yesterday.. with the stamps on it the Theresa May stamp art. And my parents went to Ireland for a couple days.. and Today a Letter did arrive, but not from the Court. From Royal Mail Belfast, Northern Ireland! a Letter containing a Letter that I had sent to the CPS Cheshire Mersey over a month ago!! to the Crown Court department at the Royal Liver Building. It was sent by regular mail. And had the correct stamp & addresse on it! so how did it end up in Belfast?! also I thought Belfast destroy letters & dont return items that end up there? Also.. this is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened!! Belfast intercepted Letters to CPS Cheshire a few times now!! So Ive taken a photo of the returned item and Forwarded it to CPS Cheshire, at the Walker House address, via recorded this time.




Dont forget that a had a Brown Cardigan like the one Q wears in Skyfall.. go missing in Derby aswell by Royal Mail But thet never got returned to me from Belfast.

I know they have recieved my webform complaints. and some emails & letters. But how do we even know letters are genuinely FROM those places? anyone seemingly could steal a letter & replace it with a copy letter containing a different verdict or result?! And the system could have easily been changed, just like whats happening with my Driving Licence and the DVLA, who currently had restored my Full driving Licence to me!! which is actually valid.

so how do i know any court letters sent to me havent gone missing in the post & been replaced by different ones??

Also, I sent a cd but also a video like to South Cheshire Magistrates Court, a complaint to the Office Admin, but it had not even been watched! so the Court staff are not even properly listening to or reading complaints!! I think they just push them to the side & they dont even get read out in court or seen at all!!

That has got to be against conduct & employment policy. & Currently the Ombudsman & commitees are not even agreeing that anything other than Shouting & screaming or Fighting in Court is against conduct & behaviour. Even when I WAS in Court the time when the Bill of Rights Did get Read out in Manchester Salford... yet the Prosecution read it skipping words and not professionaly. The Legal advisor never even checked up on it & the Magistrate guy completely ignored it as if it meant less than Tuppence! even though several months later, Hanningfield & the Lords used Bill of Rights Based Exclusive cognisance recently at Southwark!

So they are just doing what they want to. and absolutely no regard for process, procedure, truth or employment policy at all.
Literally they just make it up as they go along.. and kind of "write a story as how they want things to go & see things. Not as "is the truth".

I dont even think they believe that they have to correctly evaluate layed defence that YOU prepare, even if simple! without a Solicitor defending you. I think they think that if you dont turn up, you have thrown the case. They think they are doing the defence lawyers Work by even having to WATCH a video or LISTEN to a defence when in LAW, if it has been filed & Layed it should be included fully, regardless of if you turn up or not.

Anyway... half the cases shouldnt even BE IN court as the evidence was never even submissible in the first place! its a complete Joke by the Police led prosecutions & council, who are all Pals & Buddys with the Magistrates!

So something DID happen, to get the Magistrates Appeal, rather than the Crown Court Appeal.. But As it Turns out.. Half the Crown Court cases regarding other peoples disqualifications should not have been held at the Crown Court anyway!!

Also my emails were bouncing from the CPS cheshire email addresses & I had to use their complaints form, until I used a different email address.
I know SOME lettersw deffinately got there & some emails to the court because you get an automatic notification. But I sent letters to BOTH addresses in Liverpool to the CPS to make certain they got the Letters. This one to the Royal Liver building ended up in Belfast! even though stamp and addressed correctly!! So Ive forwarded it to the CPS.. I wonder if that is what happened with my First statement sent, that the Warrington Office admin gave me the Wrong CPS address for? But from my experience with these people... IN court as well. they completely deny any claims you make. They make completely rubbish excuses & totally ignore & deny the truth. In fact.. the Men at Community Service were more HONEST than all these Court staff, Prosecutors and Magistrates but together!!

So we have DVLA mystery as well as Royal mail mystery as well now.

I hope that the petition signature notifications are getting sent out to the CPS & police.

The website views is silly. getting lots of people either visiting the website and returning, or else telling other people. but not as many signing the petitions.. so it doesnt make sense to me.

Ive started to get quite a lot of signatures on the Macclesfield petition now.. but that website has been playing up as well, because it wouldnt let me save the email data for the decision makers, from my computer, only from my phone and the change.org staff had to do it for me.

This is a major obstruction.. getting sick of it now.. there are young kids doing petitions and getting 150,000 signatures!!

The Interlink Express delivery girl was done on the Ossett bypass recently, and she was totally interested in my petition and signing it! so there HAS to be something unusual going on with the signatures/website. Because i do think there are a lot more supporters for this.

More strange letter mix ups..

I got a cheque from the DVLA returning a postal order i sent..

But the letter saying they had sent the postal order was nkt with it but turned up a week later after i already got it.

So im pretty certain someone is messing with computers issuing letters out..
But i cant prove that.

Im pretty certain this entire escapsde is a total set up anyway the whole thing.

Time is shrinking.

Might be time to re-calibrate the speedometer or speed camera to the correct vehicle rather than shotgun settings...

Then add in a floating magnetic guessing field to boot.

Check out the timing on these 2 cars going through the Traffic Lights at AMBER... they end up halfway over stop line at 0.7 sec.. same as my Macclesfield time but they are going 30 and 40mph.. not 26mph.. so i was a lot closer and going slower than them.. without doubt.. at Macclesfield.. see what you think..

Anyway...

Ive driven through the traffic lights at Macclesfield at 26mph and there is no way i was going that fast anyway...

Because its quite quick through those traffic lights. And i was going very lazy and steady speed dwindling... Because i was checking the billboard out to the left...

It was no way 26mph. And on the sat nav you will see my speed earlier was much less even. And thats exact speed not average..

If the police camera says i was moving at 26mph... Then the speedo would have been showing 28mph because of the 3mpg error in calibration.

And there is no way i was going at 28mph through those traffic lightd on the van speedometer.

That magnetic field cannot measure the speed of the van correctly.

Also i was at proper momemtum and distance to continue through.

I believe it is set up to trick people.
