Ok, so i am looking for the "Equivelent" to this that i found regarding the issue of a parking ticket that states to be valid a ticket must contain the correct vehicle mark (registration) to be valid... But i need to find the same/similar rules & regulations clauses in the DVLA licencing agreement detailed conditions .. if i can find them..

This is for issue of parking tickets/notices.. but there should be a similar piece of information for issue & recording of driving endorsements.

Fail to give information of driver’s identity as required - L3 - points 6 - starting point C -For limited companies, endorsement is not available; a fine is the only available penalty.

So a company can get "fined" but not points for failing to disclose the driver details/name the driver.

BUT IF THE POLICE OR PROSECUTION FAIL TO GIVE DRIVER DETAILS TO THE COURT THAT WERE SENT TO THE POLICE AS EVIDENCE.. CERTAINLY THE POLICE/CPS WOULD BE GUILTY OF THAT OFFENCE THUS?! (the Cps can get fined by solicitors for late letters & such things)

So, for false accounting on my driving licence and/or by the police ticket office and or police chief and CPS...

These offences carry 7-10 years custodial sentances..

You also have - A – High culpability, B – Medium culpability & C – Lesser culpability involvement by aiding and abetting through being involved in these offences..


This says most monor driving offences are not on the criminal record database.. i think only the DVLA keep the Driving offences records. so any error of accounting or fraudulent records and validity of a driving ban would rest with the DVLA database...

The thing is that we do not know exactly what happened in the Court.

We know one thing.. It was held at Soluth Cheshire Magistrates Court, Crewe. for certain. confirmed by Telephone & email & Letter.

and the Court code is incorrect. It is NOT the court code for Crewe. In fact after checking ALL court codes.. it does not exist! so that is the first confirmed False Accounting representation on the DVLA website. unless there is a court with that code.. but its not listed currently. The Codes for Warrington & Runcorn are 1 number different. Warrington being the original court of the first hearing.

The next thing is that the RED light offence currently is NOT on my endorsements list. But it could be that they did not charge me with that offence/convict me.

But there IS a conviction endorsement for the failing to name driver/give details. Yet it should be 6 points. But it says (0) points. But it could be that they convicted me of that offence but decided not to give penalty points for it.

But if they did convict me of it.. what offence does it fail to give details of, if the RED light offence heard at the same court is not on the conviction/endorsements list next to it?!

As there are only 6 penalty points on my licence, but the total points displays (0) zero! So does it show 0 as soon as you are disqualified?! or zero after the disqualification expires?! should it say 15 points?! and what happened to the 6 from Huddersfield that never appeared as well?! 21 points?!

So that brings us to the actual Disqualification itself.. 6 Months. which isnt too bad if you have been disqualified from driving for Longer.. like 2 years!? But if the disqualification is not for a traffic light/red light offence, as there is not one listed... then what is it for?! Failing to provide driver details?! for getting 6 points added to the existing 6 from Ossett & Haslingsen?! if so.. then why does the endorsement for that one say (0) points instead of 6?

Unless they choose to give me no points for that one (as I did provide the Cheshire Police HQ with my driver statement & details, which the police failed to "provide the CPS & court with"

But there is the possibility that I was just "Disqualified anyway" for 6 months... just "because they can" do it.
even with no traffic light endorsement, and zero points added for the driver details offence.

But... the fact that the Court code is NOT the code for Crewe magistrates court, or ANY court at all.... and it says unknown/unamed.. just completely renders the actual 6 month disqualification is invalid because the details are not correct on it!

So.. we have without question here a case of Fraud act 2006 - False accounting. and police/cps failure to disclose information. The conspiracy to defraud is the more serious and would involve more persons collaborating together. The False accounting being a less severe sentance to a single person if it was just one person who did the false accounting..

effective from 1 October 2014.

The thing that I find more serious is the fact the police have displayed ZERO remourse at all. In fact complete and total denial and combat against the accusations. Which is in fact Ruthlessness. And Chief Police Officer Simon Byrne has been quoted with such statements himself regarding his own Police staff and how he directs them under his command. and that they "Must" be so. Ruthless. In their police employment. Unfortunately the Police employment policy does not require them to be "Caring". only to act with truth & Honesty. Yet the Court criminal charges would consider "ruthlessnes" as a force behind motive. or an attribute of Ruthlessnes as a vessel for such collaborating persons to facilitate actions and behaviors that were fraudulent & criminal. And collaborated?

So I will need to find out a few things..

1. Do the total endorsements/points total stay on until the disqualification expired. then being re set to 0.
or are they set to zero as soon as a disqualification is added?

2. where are the detailed clauses of DVLA regulations on the recording & application of driver details? if incorrect details are added..does it render the account currently non enforceable? like with a parking ticket with the wrong vehicle registration mark on it?

3. or does it instantly just fall under the "False accounting" fraud act, thus is crime and as a result of that is false information and is not enforceable by that, regardless of the DVLA operational clauses. But, the DVLA will be under the same fraud & truth & honesty policy of the Government/department of transport, so it WILL be relevent to it by that effect.

Thus, it is crime on my driving licence record and is required to be reported to the police fraud authorities immediately.
