SPEED LIMIT signs, NOT in place either side of road SEP - OCT 2012So the road deffinately was not able to have speed detection used on it between these months... So i would be interested to get an F.O.I. request for number of prosecutions on the bypass between that time. I also would like to know if there are any more google car drive by's or private dash cam recordings of the road around that time. signs back in position again November 2012

The White arrow is 514ft from the OTHER Police position! the dedicated pad with POLICE written on it! But he was deffinately NOT parked at that one! LOL He was where one of those 2 Red lines are! Also he should have accounted for cosine effect on the legal document N.I.P. if he had have been on the police platform aiming straight at oncoming traffic instead, he wouldnt have had to make the cosine effect adjustments which are given in the Tele-traffic UK documentatin for the devices. Also this is exactly where there should be a sign to "Tell you where the exit goes to" the destination.. but theres no sign to tell anyone where its going to!

Ok....
So after being WRONG about the police van being in the opposite layby...
Im still glad i looked into it further even though complained to PM and CPS...
I still believe im correct on a lot still.
Also... The gun gives an error during the reading...and we dont even see the start of the reading as they cut it out..
So heres todays update and where i am with this now...
I got to try out the prolaser3 in speed mode as well today...
As we near yet another April fools day... Will the police continue the resistance even longer?
Also the --- error message is connected to the braking of the vehicle. but ive tested the proLaserIII out today (30th) March on carrs braking for the traffic lights and setting off.. and it doesnt give errors even if braking hard or accelerating hard... so it must be only programmed to do it at higher speeds, just like it will not get a walker walking at 5mph but will get a cyclist.. unlike the LTI Ultralyte which will get people walking and give a speed reading.

Dont forget that here, im only at 57mph before i even come around the corner to Halsteads position view.. and the Datatrack satellite tracking of the vehicle is NOT average speed. Its ACTUAL speed, or at least very accurate.. so it looks like i was the 2mph or so lower... and i strongly believe Halstead added a few mph on with his ProLaser aiming.

So.. i just did a delivery today round the corner from Calderdale Magistrates Court.. Beautifull Little Court building and although i hate courts, it WAS my fave and the cutes little court ever.. i hope the building is kept and put to good use, like Peace Hall.. I noticed as i drove past all the doors were boarded up and notices up... After i got home.. ive just looked online and apparently it was in the Halifax Courier newspaper about only 1 year months ago! recently. So seems its gone like Macclesfield Magistrates Court has. Not certain the exact date it closed.. it might have been earlier this year? www.halifaxcourier.co.uk/news/calderdale-magistrates-court-and-county-court-to-be-closed-1-7727695So... looks like for now the Courts staff and Magistrates have escaped "justice for unlawfull prosecutions" All seems very hush, hush.. with the Government running it through under "saving funds" as the Courts were only being run on half the time they were capable of... My memory there is a "Punk" Local Halifax gentleman, with a old acoustic guitar and he got checked by the guards got a tea or coffee from machine then went back out and was sat on Grass by himself, playing the guirat, strumming one or 2 notes, not amazingly as if the ijstrument were consolating his imminent fate at his hearing or whatever he was in for.... and the lesbian type secutiry staff hand searching him in & out.. lol.. i was just there for info enquiry at the time i think. Obviously Government not admitting any liability or connection to illegal prosecutions at this stage still solidering on... I hope they havent destroyed all the letters and complaints archives especially all the staff ones of failing to comply with my legal orders.

This legal notice on the Ossett bypass A638... still in place.. regarding a traffic regulation order closing the road briefly for litter picking, 2 months ago.. issued by the City Solicitor?! Im guessing Alan White was not picking up the litter... It mentions "Vices and Versus" Not a very long detailed document.. i think i might have another go at a petition notice with a legal authority to place attached... They have commercial banner ad up on Ossett bypass at moment which has not been removed & a massage Parlour at side of Motorway.. M1..
