The sign by the Sculpture park, just off junction 38 M1, no previous known mobile radar checks, so most likely a sign for the "ENTIRE" West Yorkshire fixed camera network? and no Europort sin off this junction either. Could it be a reverse psychoofy for "no mobile units" near this junction yet there ARE at junction 40?!
J38 welcome to west yorkshire police radar checks but no fixed cameras around that area hardly
Yorkshire sculpture park. Yellow & Black sign, not uniform with the rest of the signs. a calling card?
J39 M1 Denby Dale (not Horbury junction) 1 lone sign going away from Wakefield into Kirklees opposite direction to Europort. no sign paired with it into Wakefield.
This is the sign at J40 M1 same roundabout as the Ossett bypass sign but going into Wakefield. Quite high up/
And then there is the actual europort little sign itself that i have already featured in the video.. here is the map. (there might be a couple more on the Doncaster or Pontefract roads, but not 100% certain) - really spooky thing just happened now this second, one of my light bulbs just "popped out" of the light fitting on the wall! when it was screwed in?! but did not shatter! i think it is still in 1 piece on the floor!? really spooky like poltergeist movie! actually a bit scary! lol. hmmmm. wierd. can it be done by messing with the house electrics?!
The site is approximately 3 miles (5 km) northeast of Wakefield, and 2 miles (3 km) west of Castleford on the north side of the M62 directly west of its junction with the A655 road. It is mostly within the civil parish of Normanton, West Yorkshire, and surrounded by the townships of Altofts, Whitwood, and Normanton. Other industrial and commercial developments including the Diggerland theme park are located to the east and south.
In truth the site is in fact 7.5 miles from Wakefield as the crow fly's and 3.5 mile from Castleford. So i take the quited Wikipedia information to be incorrect.
Initially the terminal was planned to be south of the M62 at the former Normanton marshalling yards but was locally opposed. The alternative site included green belt land and required a public enquiry: in 1992 the 350 acres (140 ha) development was officially sanctioned by the Secretary of State John Gummer due to its strategic importance. The development was backed by Wakefield Metropolitan District Council (underwriter), British Rail (Railfreight Distribution: operator) and AMEC subsidiary AMEC developments (developer).
In 1996 the terminal opened, operated by Railfreight Distribution;[note 2] Because of the international nature of the channel tunnel freight the terminal was operated at a higher security level than standard rail yards. The railfreight terminal occupied only 8 acres (3.25 ha) of the site.
By 1998 the terminal was handling 2,500 units per annum mostly swap bodies with one or less train per day operating, typically hauled in the UK by British Rail Class 47s, later replaced by newer Class 66 as introduced; the logistics park had been more successful creating 500 jobs. By 2000 over ten clients had occupied buildings including Asda and Royal Mail.
In 2000 Wakefield council gave planning permission to Lafarge Redland Aggregates (part of Lafarge) for the construction of an aggregate handling wharf at the site on the Aire and Calder Canal, the wharf became operational in 2001.
By 2009 the railport was working at approximately half capacity and handling one intermodal container train from Tilbury and Felixstowe per weekday and two per day from Southampton (600,000 t p.a.).
So, its claimed to be opened in 1996 and i would be interested to know if that Europort sign was placed on the Ossett bypass then. Because if it was, then I am wrong. But if I am correct with my hunch and it was placed in 2000 it would be in line with the speed limit change from National speed limit to 50mph, if in fact the Traffic regulation order is authentic! i wonder if there are any newspaper storys from around then? or an opening day photo? either way, some event did take place in 2000 a Lafarge Redland Aggregates. Not Lagarge from Star Trek next generation of motorway cameras, though. and since then it is said the operation only runs at half capacity.
development was officially sanctioned by the Secretary of State John Gummer due to its strategic importance.
Here are some photos of Distnes to Castle Ford & Wakefield. Where the only Europort signs that i have seen so far are, and the actual distance to the Europoer from Ossett bypass. and direction of travel from the signs. I will do a Wakefield borders map as well...
The signs have absolutely no consistent relationship to entering wakefield or going to the Europort at all! This is early Government retard strategy, which we are now having imposed on us by the new motorway speed cameras right next to Carr gate police College, possibly more attention diverted away from Cameron & the Secretary of state for transport.
Another issue with the Notice of Intended Prosecution from West Yorkshire Police for the Ossett bypass, is that Halsted would not have been aiming straight at the vehicle/van. So he should have added on the cosine effect speed (if his measured speed was even correct anyway) and the prosecution speed was the speed quoted and from the video photograph, it was not corrected to the actual vehicle speed. So the N.I.P. had the incorrect speed on it because they had not bothered to work out the angle of approach for the exact distance from Halsteds position.
And even if it was in excess of 50mph, it was not "correct". It was not the actual speed (claimed by the device) with calculations made to it for "Correction". Thus the N.I.P. did not contain the correct speed anyway. No matter if the device itself made the correct speed reading.
Its a bit like the recent Parking Ticket I was given in Newark. Where the Parking Warden put the Wrong vehicle REG into his Machine. To be Valid the ticket must have THE registration mark OF THE VEHICLE. And as it was not correct, but that of a different vehicle it was NOT a valid ticket (even though the regulations were also in fact not what was claimed by the warden anyway) but that it beside the point.
The N.I.P. MUST contain the actual recorded speed CORRECT to the angle of approach. And as the speed was not corrected for the angle at the distance of the reading, it is NOT the vehicles true speed thus the N.I.P. is not valid.
Add that to the illegal road signs and the entire prosecution is completely void from every possible way.

Can you tell us THE speed of THE vehicle?
Yes or no.
You must be able to answer the question correctly. What was the speed of the vehicle? What is the speed of the vehicle, sir?
*** JUST TELEPHONED THE VW VAN CENTRE ***
They do NOT do speedometer calibration. It is NOT part of the MOT. They do not touch it. Or test or modify it. It is factory set to the design and cannot be changed. It is NOT under or over calibrated. It is designed to be as exact as possible. If you have the correct tyres and wheels fitted.
What is the sum of the fine to pay, sir? Please key in the fine amount into your keypad in pounds and pence, then press the hash key.
Hmmmmm. Ok, so I knew you can get digital scanners that can unlock a car, but this mobile phone app gets all the vehicles errors, bulbs, doors, status and wheel speeds as you drive past?!

MY NEW TSRGD 2016 DISCUSSION & ILLEGAL UNLAWFULL ROAD SIGNAGE & ENFORCEMENT POINTS.
Here they have charged me £89.97 for the TSRGD and printed on it says £65. Also it was NOT sent from abroad, so why does it say AIRMAIL? it says only 2 places SLOUGH & Gloucester! It was supposed to take until the end of August to arrive! so cannot have been expensice shipping from abroad! and it is only just a NEW UK Publication anyway!
I am asking for a discount or refund/return!
The Traffic light stop line is the same widths as before 200mm or 300mm. And the Orange Traffic light filter arrow is NOT in there from Nottingham, Southwark Lane/Road. And there is NO 300mm National Speed limit sign added at all. And NO variation of Motorway electronic sign National speed limit signs either! Obstruction!
There are 500mm speed signs but only within a Square combination sign. NOT alone.
So Many, Many signs still incorrect and in fact ILLEGAL! and you MUST HAVE 2 TERMINAL SIGNS! it is an actual directive!
Here my New TSRGD 2016 discussion. getting tired of this now. When will it end? the Torture from the Simon Byrne and CPS?
