EDGE LINE ACROSS ENTRANCES
White edge line can be driven over to access these entrances. Country road. Thus hard shoulder edge line can be driven over if you need for any reason to stop OFF THE CARRIAGEWAYS, on the hard shoulder. WHERE SPACE TO DO SO IS PROVIDED, and no signs saying keep off verges or grass? Motorway has a 2nd ABSOLUTE EDGE LINE

strange unidentified ambulance is West Yorkshire service? just caught this with miracle timing, as the device has been not funtioning as it is supposed to, like dodgy programming, doing something else than what you press. Been causing me to not get certain things and also phone tried to stop me recording mobile camera van guy, where there were no road signs up at all near telford.  but i kept persisting. It is not actually an emergency vehicle. Neither are police safety camera vans. Or Roadworks Highway Maintenance vehicles. So how police vans (Alan White & co) stop to change speed camera film on motorway with non emergency vehicles, no cones, blue arrows, legend sign warnings or highway agency contact each time is a mystery. As ALL vehicles have hazzard lights. |

Another strange thing... After I had been to the Hadley? place near TELFORD the other day & got the conversation with the Shropshire safety camera operator about the missing 30mph terminal signs... I went around a roundabout and saw this "Thieves lane" sign that I wanted to get a photo of.. but I didnt have time, so I thought I will look on google maps later on... And now I am looking at it, I am not even certain I went past where Thieves lane IS on that roundabout that day in that direction... I am certain (Will have to check!) Is there any chance someone could have SWAPPED ROAD SIGNS?! and put it on a different roundabout nearer to TELFORD? It would make sense with the triangle pedestrian sign error that I am CERTAIN was a circle one?! Someone is having a joke here I know for certain because my phone WOULD NOT LEFT ME RECORD THE MISSING 30mph SIGNs, it kept turning off every time, until I persisted  and then went to interview the officer... I wanted to get the Thieves lane sign as significant to us being "Robbed" by these fines when we are being misled and there is no proper "cleaning or maintenance" as required, yet they cut the bushes back around the cameras themselves but not the signs! (EDIT) Ok, I remember now that i DID go past the proper thieves lane roundabout, after i had been to a storage unit near the Old Oswestry hill fort... the woman just lef the unit open, unlocked! and i put the things in myself & closed it up. Thats like when we go to North Wales, they just leave places open & you go in yourself and unload it & sign the paper work! i did get a magnetic sign stolen from thew van, ONE time, but other than that they dont seem to need to lock it, as there are people they know around... THATS why I remember the Thieves lane sign & the fact I was short changed at the petrol station... THEN it was AFTER that I saw the mobile speed camera van near Telford! So the Thieves lane sign WAS in the correct place! but the 30mph signs WERE NOT! and I STILL swear that the pedestrian sign was round, not triangle! and i remember because it had a dirty streak on it like the black guy was taking a pee pee (I did NOT do that to it) LOTS of signs need cleaning! Oh, also there was a big yellow wheel hub, near the camera van, you might have noticed it? i wonder if the locals were making a point about wheel size? I dont know. ANYWAY the petrol station prices ARE a robbery, even without people short changing you! or giving you "TOO MUCH" change like with the scratch card pay out the other week!?  Still under construction on google maps here. ALSO I found a road that is 30mph / 40mph with overgrown plants over the signs by a cottage called station cottage, and there is a NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT repeater SIGN in between?! WHY?! ILLEGAL SIZE AND COMPLETELY WRONG PLACE! its also FADED as well?! WHY? many similar examples all over. national speed limit repeater sign between 30mph & 40mph does this mean because there is one sign & no terminals either side that it IS national speed limit on that section? The hadley officer seems to think so! I disagreed |

Heres the note i made of the lane on the receipt (spelled wrong) lol.  I am absolutely certain that even if we can not get the government to pass legislation on the sale value of goods to actual production and trade cost ratio.. that there is some law regarding proprtionate costs, with the trades ombudsman that can be used to cover ALL these extortionate prices.  |

IF A MOTORWAY IS NO STOPPING THEN YOU CAN NOT PUT TRAFFIC LIGHTS ON THE SLIP ROADS AFTER THE MOTORWAY SIGN.
THE HIGHWAYS AGENCY IS CORRUPT AND CRIMINAL. AND HAS BENT BENT BENT THE RULES JUST LIKE THE POLICE REFUSE TO OBEY THE LAW

Ok there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, NO SIGNS along any motorway edge fences that say "NO TRESPASSING" on the motorway land/woods/verges.  It is tax payer road and there are loads of footpaths that run alongside. Someone who has taken a driving test would not know anything about different road types. The FENCES are to keep CHILDREN & ANIMALS AWAY FOR SAFETY. NOT LEGAL REASONS. A RAILWAY says "NO TRESPASSING" and you pay a fee to ride a train anyway (if you have paid enough not to be treated as a 2nd class citizen) EVEN THEN, you are ALLOWED TO CROSS A RAILWAY LINE, as CROSSINGS ARE PROVIDED! This is completely DIFFERENT to a MOTORWAY, where you are not allowed to walk across, but you CAN be along the side if you need to be. There s NO TRESPASS LAW, its TAX PAYERS ROAD. |

I have written to the three Police chiefs now, YET AGAIN to REMOVE THE ILLEGAL CHARGES FROM MY RECORD IMMEDIATELY & THE TAG & CLEAR MY DRIVING LICENCE. ALSO THE PRIME MINISTER & LORD FAULKES WHO HAS AUTHORITY OF THE MINSTRY OF JUSTICE, I HAVE ASKED THE DVLA, AND ALSO WRITTEN TO THE COURTS AS WELL.. Huddersfield Magistrates and Calderdale & Salford Manchester... THEY ARE ENGAGED IN ILLEGAL ACTIVITY AGAINST ME NOT TO BE HELD IN ANY COURT. THE POLICE CHIEFS ARE ABUSING ME. WILL SOMEONE MAKE THEM FUCKING STOP NOW! THEY ARE PAEDOFILES WITH PAPERWORK.   THEY HAVE MUTINY AGAINST THE PUBLIC AND BARRED UP THE DOORS SO WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. Also after that 30mph speedo reading showing up as 50MPH on the electronic speed sign, No wonder Alan White Was going AWOL stealing all my notices & stickers.. even ones not stuck on, just ground stakes in grass! I AM WILLING TO PUT MONEY ON THE FACT HE HAS BEEN TOYING WITH SIMILAR BENT SETTINGS ON ALL THE FIXED SPEED CAMERAS AS WELL IN THOSE CYCLING PERIODS.. CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE MANCHESTEROk, can someone please tell me what this "M.TREECE" of the Crown prosecution service, Manchester is PLAYING at? Ok.. so.... In this letter it says anything i want to respond with to this letter to reply within 14 days...!? THE HEARING WAS ON THE 9th October! THIS LETTER PACK DID NOT ARRIVE UNTIL THAT DAY WHILE I WAS IN MACHESTER!! IT WAS NOT SENT OUT UNTIL THE 7th October!  ALL THE DISCLOSED EVIDENCE THEY ARE NOT USING Like the police interview with West Yorkshire POLICE! THE INTERVIEW THAT WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE ARE REFUSING TO SEND ME EVEN THOUGH I COMPLETED THE REQUEST FORM! AND WHERE IS THE EVIDENCE?! AND REPLY WITHIN 14 DAYS?! THEY HAVE BEEN IGNORING MY LETTERS FOR MONTHS! ALL I WAS TOLD I WAS CHARGED WITH WAS BEING ON ONE ROAD & PUTTING UP A FEW PAPER STICKERS OF WHICH I AM EXEMPTED FROM THE LEGISLATION AND PROTECTED BY LAW! ALSO AT HUDDERSFIELD THEY SNEAKED IN EXTRA CHARGES & INSTANCES THAN WHAT THEY INITIALLY STATED ON THE CHARGE SHEET!  IN FACT EVERYTHING IN THIS LIST OF THINGS ARE EVIDENCE IN MY DEFENCE THAT WILL PROVE THE POLICE HAVE DONE WRONG AND ILLEGAL ARREST & CHARGES, INCLUDING ILLEGAL ROAD SIGN USE. EVERYTHING THAT THE CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE SHOULD HAVE WEIGHED UP AND FOUND THERE NO GROUNDS FOR A CRIMINAL CASE AGAINST ME BECAUSE I HAVE NOT DONE ANY CRIME! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO SEND IT OUT SO LATE, AND THEY ARE IN NO WAY FOLLOWING OVERRIDING OBJECTIVES! IN THEIR DECISION MAKING PROCESS! If I HAD NOT HAD THE CASE ADJOURNED THEN I WOULD HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN THIS PAPERWORK OR ANY PAPERWORK FROM THE CPS MANCHESTER BEFORE BEING CONVICTED (IF I HAD BEEN FOUND GUILTY) ! HOW CAN THIS BE CORRECT PROCEDURE! IT IS NOT! THIS IS HOW THEY PULL THE DIRTY ON YOU! LANCASHIRE POLICE CPS DID IT WITH THE VIDEO FOOTAGE! Of the speeding offence! on the M66/A56 I DID NOT GET IT UNTIL A COUPLE DAYS BEFORE THE HEARING! SO THAT SEQUENCE BREAKDOWN OF THE (FL) focal length That I did AFTER THE CASE, I HAD NO TIME TO DO BEFORE THE HEARING OR REALLY LOOK AT THE VIDEO! & I STILL HAVE NEVER HAD THE VIDEO FROM WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE/ MARTIN GOLDMAM, LEEDS CPS! EVEN AFTERWARDS WITH REPEATED REQUESTS! IT IS OBVIOUS TO ME, THEY WITHOUT A LAWYER & WHEN DEFENDING YOURSELF, THE CPS ARE USING TACTICS OF TIMING & TRICKERY TO CAUSE YOU TO FAIL IN YOUR DEFENCE. THEY ARE OMITTING ANYTHING THAT MIGHT SHOW YOUR INNOCENCE AND THAT IS AGAINST THE OVERRIDING OBJECTIVES . THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE FAIR AND UNBIased, but in truth they are highly competetive against you, using what i would say are similar to "FOULS" if it were football or soccer.. and there is NO REFEREE to stop them! In fact at Chorley Magistrates court I produced a photograph of an incorrect road sign without its light working & the Legal advisor just held it by the "corner" of the sheet & simply tossed it aside & said "oh dear" we shall have to arrange another hearing! and I quote... "Its a little bit too late for that now" was his reply in regards to road signage being not erect or maintained.... & I take it as he meant it in regards to "Its too late for any of this road sign nonsense as we have fucked far too many people now, for that to be used as a defence anymore" THAT IS WHAT HE MEANT WHEN HE SAID IT. I am certain 100% in his tone & why he said it. & the situation, as the young girl (prosecution?) seemed to be at his command... & unable to do anything... Which is COMPLETELY different to MANCHESTER magistrates (huge multi building) where it seemed more modern & fair, AT LEAST AS FAR AS WHAT DETAILS THE CPS PROSECUTORS CARE TO REVEAL TO THE COURT!! This M.Treece guy & Co are real con artists! & to me it seems the older magistrates courts are more "PEER" group operative and collaborate to get done what they want to do.... Where as the Manchester Salford seemed at least "more fairer" in terms of what was in fact said & revealed to the court (still one dodgy magistrate woman) THE POLICE AND THE CROWN PROSECUTION ARE MASTERS OF MANIPULATING STATEMENTS, FACTS & EVIDENCE THAT IS SELECTED TO BE USED TO ACHIEVE EXACTLY WHAT THEY WANT & THEY WILL BEND & USE AND TIME ADVANTAGES THEY POSSIBLY CAN. The CPS Manchester I wrote LOADS OF LETTERS TO AND NO REPLYS WHAT SO EVER! until the day it was too late! CAN ANYONE BRING THESE PEOPLE UNDER CONTROL?! The LAWYERS/SOLICITORS of defence do NOT seem to want to do anything but "put cases together" once you have paid up, or else just stand there & do nothing... They do NOT seem to want to make the CPS follow overriding objectives or follow policy or even MAKE THEM OBEY THE LAW, which in my case would have the entire charges dropped & withdrawn as they are completely ILLEGAL to even initiate! How can they do these dirty tricks with letters, video evidence & times? REMOVING ALL EVIDENCE THAT COULD PROVE YOUR INNOCENCE!

Ok, So I am writing to this M. Treece, & to Martin Goldman again as well... (already written to Finnegan, Collins & Fahy as well to delete the illegal driving convictions & criminal convictions..
I am asking Goldman to make West Yorkshire police or CPS send me the interview tapes that I can request that were never sent & the Ossett bypass footage as well that was never sent...
Also that the cases MUST be withdrawn & deleted as they are ILLEGAL.
I have really written to the armed forces a while ago because they really are supposed to protect our political freedoms both abroad & within the UK.
Written to Ministry of justice, the Home Office, Lord Faulkes, David Cameron Number 10, Theresa May and various others during this and it is our Human Rights that they must protect us & act to prevent false arrest and breech of political freedoms & civil rights...
What will it take to get these people to DO? Its like a frozen computer programme or a faulty machine. IT IS FAULTY TOWERS!
THEY JUST DONT WANT TO DO THE JOB. Only what "They want to do, personal behaviour for themselves"
THE JOB IS TO SERVE THE PEOPLE. THE JOB IS NOT, I REPEAT IS NOT TO DO WHAT "They want to do" If they EVER THOUGHT IT WAS THEY ARE IN THE WRONG JOB.
