DISTANCE COVEREDOk, so the Tele-traffic laser speed devices only give ONE distance reading. This is displayed at the end of speed measurement. Is this the distance of the vehicle BEFORE speed reading starts or AFTER it ends? Or distance covered in total? How do you know the distance the device is positioned at in relation to the road itself? If you are by law allowed to drive 50 meters without a seat belt while delivering (Example royal mail, or courier) Then how can you measure the 50meters if it doesnt track it while the vehicle is in motion?  The (FL) IS some kind of tracking... live reading... but the manufacturer has *OPTED* NOT to have this live distance on display to us, like the (FL) focal length. I am guessing that because of (FL) inconsistency... IF the DISTANCE READING WAS (which it easily could) GIVEN, ON DISPLAY... then it would be too easy to IDENTIFY ERRORS and JUMPS in the distance that are not smooth and correct to the clean forward motion of the vehicle.. THUS it would NOT be very usefull as PROSECUTION evidence and it would be MORE VALUABLE as DEFENCE material, in LAW. As to unprofessional use of the device. And in fact.. the point that the device is not as accurate as they want us to believe.

Ok so who has put TWO lines of plastic tape across the front of the Huddersfield magistrates court?!  I was just passing. I didnt do it, But I am certain I saw some across a few weeks ago?!  Has someone done it for a joke? Also the taxi rank nearby has now got one of those electronic light up signs outside, like the motorway legend/garrison signs that show up dodgy on video, and the taxi rank one (mini one) is BLACK & RED coloured. Also found a empty 2L bottle of coke and a can of strngbow in the garden and I am certain its not from next door? Ok... As well.... TODAY.. I went to play some more "LUCKY LINES" scratch cards, because I am not certain if they have done a re-print or something on that game, but there are 2 games with the same name & its the other one i am seeing more cards for?! not the one they did a re-print on, unless it was a while ago?! ... ANYWAY.... I am CERTAIN I CHECKED THE SUM I HAD WON CORRECTLY, but when I cashed in the cards, the MACHINEtold the SHOP STAFF to PAY MORE THAN I HAD THOUGHT I HAD WON, but they said... THIS IS HOW MUCH IT IS TELLING ME TO PAY YOU! I am like... Hmmm is this a joke?  They said not to argue with it, if I thought it was too much! But I played all the lucky line cards from 2 shops (Sainsburys & asda) and it happened 2 or 3 times! They would not accept they were paying me too much, and I didnt argue.... and then I went back in and one younf guy said he had given me £5 too LESS earlier.. and GAVE ME £5!? So I am thinking, this has gotr to be a set up... (unless the till he used AND the lottery machine BOTH were playing up?! I reluctantly accepted the £5 anyway & got some more cards with it... Also In Asda, I gave the woman £1 too much but she thought I had given her 2x £1 coins with some other cash and it was a £2 coin and a £1 coin.. but that was my own fault, and when i went back in she had gone. I got a euromillions lucky dip as well... last time I did I think the first number was 11? ANYWAY... when the lottery machine was going funny, I was trying to use my notepad on my phone as a calculator and to check, but that FROZE UP at thesame time this was happening & my keypad wouldnt work  So I have just about had it with the lottery anyway. Seems like the shops all get the cards from the same disatributors anyway and choose which game packs they want to buy for their shops Here in Asds Salvation Army?  Hey I am doing my bit for charity with the National Lottery! no need for a uniform! |

I guess I am just a sucker. But I am CERTAIN THAT THESE SIGNS ARE NOT PLACED AS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE... (excluding this one)  Now ERECT & MAINTAINED, may mean "SEEN" for adequate reason of BEING THERE OR NOT BEING THERE. But FOR PURPOSE OF SPEED ENFORCEMENT, TO BE ERECT IN POSITION AND MAINTAINED AS IF THEY WERE NEW AND IN FULLY OPERATIONAL CONDICTION AS TO INFORM TRAFFIC WILL FULL REFLECTABLE SURFACE AND CORRECT UNIFORM HEIGHT AND DISTANCES AND COLOURS LIKE A POLISHED POLICE CHIEFS UNIFORM & BOOTS.... I am not certain about that fact here at BRADLEY BAR... where i HAVE SEEN a unmarked police car operating pulling up drivers. Any sign problems reported? Why not use an elbow in ALL places where foilage is prone to grow?  Hmm a RED 40mph sign onto Bradley Bar? I have heard of BLUE minimum speed limit signs, but a red one?!  Ok, i am not being fussy here... but when you go and put up two matching signs, a set/pair you put them at the same height, unless you are taking the piss. especially on a 2 lane dual carriageway that could be national speed limit.  And in the SAME PLACE going the opposite direction... you leave BIG BUSH covering one of the TERMINAL SIGNS up, for change of speed limit. WHEN I HAVE SEEN TRACTORS CUTTING THE HEDGES BACK ON THE SPEED CAMERAS IN THE SAME TOWN , BUT NOT THE ROAD SIGNS?! ONE SIGN IS A REPEATER SIGN, NOT TO INDICATE A CHANGE IN SPEED LIMIT. ADEQUATE FOR IMMEDIATE SAFETY CONCERNS YES. BUT TO ENFORCE A SPEED LIMIT FOR FINES WITH UNMARKED PATROL CAR? ARE YOU TAKING THE PISS?  Amal solicitors should have had the charges against me dropped immediately, but they didnt even continue the case in my defence, even after i posted trough the details to them!? Should they have made the CPS wihdraw the charges?  Look there is that sign.... No pedestrians, right where pedestrians walk?!   It is NEAR IDENTICAL to the "PEDESTRIANS CROSSING! sign, but circle not triangle! AND I AM WILING TO BET IT WAS INTENDED TO TELL CARS TO "WATCH OUT" as there might be pedestrians.. Not to go around prosecuting pedestrians. You can walk anywhere in this country without requiring a motor vehicle. You can walk anywhere besides any road or along it. And I would say that sign is a warning to cars & people that the road is to be kept off to people and to cars that the pavement or roadside has limited space and to watch out when driving past as there may be people (like a sign to wide HGV) WHITE EDGE LINE OUTSIDE AN OFF LICENCE SHOP WHERE PEOPLE PARK REGULAR! RESIDENTS AS WELL AS SHOP CUSTOMERS! YOU CAN DRIVE OVER THIS LINE?! THERE IS A KEEP CLEAR MARKING ON THE ROAD BUT NO - NO PARKING?! IS THIS A COUNCIL ERROR?   This OLD RED car was parked at Castle Hill... BUT I DID NOT NOTICE THE ACE REG NUMBER AT ALL?! COULD IT HAVE BEEN EDITED ON MY PHONE?! I AM CERTAIN I WOULD HAVE NOTICED THAT?! I HAVE NOT EDITED IT.   Sainsburys advert  Asda   Thats it you clean up the litter, dont worry about the road signs for tourists passing through..  the co-op building  And I still maintain that even though you can not challenge the speed limit itself in law.. (surprise surprise) YOU CAN FIND OUT WHO ARE THE PERSONS SETTING THESE SPEED LIMITS AND MIS MATCHING THEM ACROSS THE COUNTIES OF ENGLAND TO CONFUSE DRIVERS & MISLEAD INTO OTHER SIMILAR ROADS WITH DIFFERENT LIMITS IN UNFAMILIAR AREAS WHERE THEY WILL BE LIKELY NOT TO GO AND CHECK THE SIGNS OR TRAVEL TO A COURT HEARING FAR AWAY, AND WHERE THE LOCAL TICKET OFFICE ARE NOT HAVING OFFICERS CARRY OUT SIGN CHECKS AND ENDORSING LICENCES WITH CONDITIONAL OFFERS WHERE ENDORSEMENT WAS NOT POSSIBLE. YET WHEN I WAS ARRESTED (WITHOUT ANY PRIOR QUESTIONING (BY BULLY SGT. TYSON) unlike when I was questioned regarding the traffic cone incident by PC ARMSTRONG & PC DOCKERILL and then not charged...
THE FACT IS THIS. THE POLICE PUT ME IN A CELL - & I CALL THAT IMPRISONMENT. DEGRADATION & PUNNISHMENT WHEN YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PROVEN GUILTY OF ANY OFFENCE.
ALSO I WAS GIVEN BAIL> WITH AN 11:00PM CURFEW!? THAT IS PUNNISHMENT LIKE THIS PUNNISHMENT I AM NOT NOW, ONLY A SLIGHTLY EARLIER TIME?! 7PM INSTEAD OF 11:00PM!? AND I SWEAR THAT TYSON DID IT TO TRY STOP MT PUTTING ANY MORE STICKERS OR NOTICES OR NON DAMAGING GROUND STAKES OUT AFTER WORK HOURS. ALSO STATED I COULDNT PUT STICKERS UP EVEN THOUGH I HAD NOT BEEN TO COURT?!

SIGNS TO WALKERS & pedestrians NOT DRIVERS. If they need to be informed about the ROAD or ROADSIDE or OFF ROADA pedestrian is not given ROAD TRAFFIC SIGNS, as they have not passed a driving theory or practical test.       Did you know that at Huddersfield Magistrates court, the Prosecutor could not even be bothered reading out or speaking the websites NAME correctly or fully www.bentcopDOTbiz? he just said bentcopbiz - Also compared to these american TV dramas in courts and CELEBRITY cases you hear about.. he was absolutely useless, NO DETAIL WHAT SO EVER. In fact he read out a extremely vague bit of hear say!? And the Legal advisor after I mentioned some legislation replied "I was not aware of that?!" WHO IS EMPLOYING THESE PEOPLE?! HELP! THEY ARE DISHING OUT CRIMINAL RECORDS TO PEOPLE!? AND THE POLICE CAN DO WORSE TO YOU BEFORE YOU ARE EVEN CONVICTED!? GIVE YOU A "RIGHT PROPER" LESSON YOU WILL NEVER FORGET. EVER HAD THE AMBITION OF NEVER EVER BEING PUT IN A PRISON CELL OR BEING TREATED LIKE A GUILTY CONVICTED CRIMINAL? Its a RED car, looking out at FARNLEY TYAS. (PC FARLEY & TYRES?!) but I am 99% CERTAIN THAT IT DID NOT NOT NOT HAVE THE REG NUMBER "ACE" on it when I saw it! Because I would have noticed. I just thought it was an old school looking car?! so can reg numbers be changed? taking into account that i have had photos on my phone, bent, deleted and all manner of strange things occur to them, including me being blocked from getting pictures or video by my phone frezing or turning off, and the sound being removed or not recorded?! ANYWAY... I will await what the photo shows when they sent it in the post & respond to the issues I have pointed out with the traffic light junction on Silk Road, Mill lane.... (Road markings and no traffic light signs & the give way issues that confuse drivers.) Same van as i drive! exact same colour!  this was from the other day? Not saying there is any connections to what i just mentioned other than "timing" ? when i was going to be driving past?

Bradford Police/west Yorkshire police could have 2 addresses now? have they moved? did they always have 2 places? how do they afford all these buildings? like the police station opposite the Leeds footbal stadium? Why wasnt I sent a similar offer for the being bedide the motorway? why did Walker & Tyson send me to court? & why 6points when it said it was NON_endorsable offence (even though I am exempted from permissions) ?? RED ARROW VAN points to lay by's where walkers can be, just not cross the road and walker at 7:11 Its NO CO-INCIDENCE this van with the RED ARROW is here, pointing out that the "pedestrians prohibited" signs are TO DRIVERS and it means prohibited from WALKING IN THE ROAD. Not along side, as there are plenty parking areas & a natural country sight seeing stop & fairground. also at time 7:11 on the video there is a WALKER! and & is my curfew time & 11 was my previous curfew time, all FROM ILLEGAL ARREST & CHARGES AS I HAVE DONE NO OFFENCE YOU CAN BE ALONGSIDE ANY ROAD IN ENGLAND. AND THERE ARE NO ENDORSABLE PENALTY POINTS! ALSO YOU DO NOT NEED PERMISSION when distributing political materials! I have been "set up" with this entire police charges thing! Either the Radio told police colleagues to get me for speeding on the Ossett bypass & Haslingden Bypass as a nasty joke just when my Licence was getting no points & clean... Or the POLICE need to accept that SOMEONE IS CONTROLLING where their cars & vehicles are at exact times & places and their communications & computers as well. It is NO-Co-incidence this van with the RED ARROW pointing to the LEFT at the ROAD SIDE "pedestrians prohibited section" WHICH IS A NOTICE TO DRIVERS NOT WALKERS. AND MEANS YOU CAN NOT WALK INTO THE ROAD OR STOP AS ITS NO STOPPING. to keep the flow. PEDESTRIANS CAN USE THE ROAD SIDE. WALK ALONG IT, USE LAY BY's AND THE FAIRGROUND AND NATURAL SIGHT SEEING AREA. AND S.O.S. phones.. JUST NOT CROSS THE ROAD OR WALK IN IT! THERE IS A WALKER AS WELL AT EXACTLY 7:11 in the video. This is my Curfew time 7:00 and 11:00 my previous one WHEN UNDER POLICE QUESTIONING! EVEN THOUGH THERE IS NO OFFENCE AND I AM EXEMPTED FROM PERMISSION ANYWAY AS I WAS DISTRIBUTING POLITICAL MATERIALS. I EVEN HAD A CALL FROM WORK THAT THE POLICE SAW ME ON THE A580 putting a sticker up, WHEN THERE WAS NO POLICE OR CAMERAS! ONLY A HAWK EYE, YELLOW VAN WHICH WAS NOWHERE NEAR WHERE I WAS at the time! IT WAS A PHONEY PHONE CALL.SET up THE POLICE CAN NOT ACCEPT THAT I HAVE BEEN SET UP AND EITHER BY THEM OR SOMEONE ELSE. THE NATIONAL LOTTERY MACHINE WAS EVEN PAYING OUT "EXTRA MONEY TO ME" IN THE SHOP THAN WHAT WAS ON THE SCRATCH CARDS, AND THE SHOP ATTENDENT STILL PAID IT OUT. I COULDNT STOP THEM. SOMEONE IS USING THE POLICE AS A TEST, AND MAKING THEM GET ME, AND THEY EITHER CAN NOT SEE IT, OR BELIEVE IT, AND WILL NOT STOP THE ABUSE AGAINST ME, OR ELSE THEY ARE THE ONES WHO STARTED IT. Also it was stupid ME who said someone should bring the POLICE & COURTS INTO ORDER AND SORT THEM ALL OUT. I DID NOT BELIEVE I WOULD HAVE TO DO IT. M56 police pulls trailer and no legend sign roadworks no cones safe at 70mph
Police car pulls trailer on motorway. Shortly afterwards, there are roadworkers on the hard shoulder with no safety cones, and legend sign is not used to direct traffic. seems to be no problems to passing vehicles

Signs to walkers and nothing to say to non drivers not to carry on walking when the road turns into motorway.  Why does this street sign have motorway colours?!  MORE MOBILE SPEED CAMERAS WITH MISSING ROAD SIGNS FOR TERMINAL SPEED LIMIT CHANGE. TELFORD TELFORD HADLEY mobile camera van no 30 terminal signs! Mobile speed camera van, Hadley, TELFORD. NO 30mph TERMINAL SIGNS! (other roundabouts at newport nearby have them!) NEWPORT 30mph roundabouts with terminals on exit for 30mph Newport Shropshire has a few roundabouts off its ring road and they all have 30mph terminal signs off each roundabot into the village. Unlike nearby mobile speed camera van location at Hadley, Telford. Average speed cameras into & out of a village, but covering two different speed limits!? 30mph & There is even a litle tint side road as well with National speed limit! ALSO I DONT KNOW HOW, BUT I TOOK A PHOTO OF A "Pedestriand prohibited sign" and NOW ON MY PHONE IT HAS TURNED INTO A PEDESTRIANS CROSSING SIGN! NOW EXPLAIN HOW THAT HAS HAPPENED!? there was another one on one of those videos as well! THIS IS NOT UNUSUAL SEEING AS I HAVE HAD FILES GO MISSING, PHOTOS BEEN BENT & WARPED AND ALLSORTS, LIKE SOUND GO MISSING ON THEM! SOMEONE IS HACKING THINGS AND SOMEONE IS GOING AROUND CHEATING WITH ROAD SIGNS SO PEOPLE DO NOT SEE THEM PROPERLY AND IT IS AT MOBILE SPEED CAMERA SITES! Phone hacked & signs changed. ?  My mum & dad got done for speeding in Preststyn in a 30mph zone just after it changed from national speed limit! did they get the grace of average speed as they were slowing down? also they refused to give over the video evidence to us! This one here between 2 limits.. I have only ever been passed before one - THE OTHER WEEK! the opposite way! and I NEVER EVEN SAW THE CAMERAS! Someone is messing around with the road signs! its set up. I have driven the length & breadth of the country and why are there INTENTIONAL mistakes with road signs all over the place? in particular at sites where mobile speed camera vans operate or unmarked police patrol cars!? This is where i went to college when i got banned for driving for two years and did arts. Its where i came up with the idea for my childrens book and buisness ideas.... Its closed down now as it moved to a new building (wonder where the cash for that thunderbirds building came from) ANYWAY.. its all shut up with metal shutters... I have noticed a while ago there are 2 STRANGE Stickers on the BACKS? of the entrance pillars?! They say YORKSHIRE POLICE?! not West Yorkshire police. But as far as I know, it hasnt been used for a police building has it? Kirklees college? But why are they stuck ON THE BACKS of the signs? so you cannot see them? one even has a handrail in fron of it so you cannot walk there?        Is it a Joke? like the police force is less than "College level educated" Or was it really used for police purposes? The signs just dont look authentic anyway!? Also, I developed my childrens book, before all this speed camera hassle with bentcop.biz started, just before I made the 3 music albums and sent them to BBC introducing.... I sent my Childrens Book into the Chris Evans Breakfast show.. and he did not mention it! instead he used the idea for himselfish and came up with the Childrens writing competition that they do!! I do not even want to do music or my childrens book, unless I publish under a different name, because I do not want to be famous or a celebrity.. I just liked the Travel reporter, but evens made me feel like I couldnt do anything.... so is why I made the music (I guess I did it to see what it would sound like/be like as well) But that really is how the www.bentcop.biz campaign started.. as I just got a clean driving licence but was "set-up" and got done on both the Haslingden bypass & Ossett bypass around the same time.... Also I remember seeing jasper carrot in the services, after I won the internationl Photography competition online & they had all these King Tango drinks out that kind of associated with my final photo... it was a bit strange. Anyway... ADVICE.. do NOT listen to or BELIEVE anything the radio tells you, because you can easily be mislead. they have NO RESPONSIBILITY for what they say. My entire life has been ruined really by people telling lies. I AM SICK OF POLICE LYING AS WELL AS MAGISTRATES< PROSECUTORS & LEGAL ADVISORS! like "roy rights" who are WRONG. & drink their sorrows away at pub bars. I went to the petrol station on M62 services and gave a £20 note and she claimed I only gave her £10! she swore blind! THE LIER! it was £7 anyway for about what should have been only £3.50 worth of goods.. a pasty, coffee and coke!  I got the same from a different petrol station for around £3.50! The worst thing is that I am certain that i shouldnt have HAD £20 in my pocket in the first place! because i had a £5 in my wallet which is all i thought i had! thats why i was surprised when i pulled £20 out! this is the same mystery as socks going missing & slugs appearing in the house with no possible way in! WHY ARE WE ALL BEING RIPPED OFF?! I AM SICK & TIRED OF LIERS IN LIFE. WHEN WILL THEY STOP!? If it isnt buisness demanding extortionate prices, its magicians and thieves using cons & tricks like in the magic shows where the masked magician shows you how it is done! Hew goes there? friend or foe? just 2 metaphoric photographs.. Leeks, err i mean links to.. well.. just about every media, government, news and civillian network possible. Or are they of mixed ranks as well?  Why cant West yorkshire have the Warwickshire Crooks? at least they keep the old buildings...  Now i have another pile of letters and after now years of ignored, brushed aside and non-co operative correspondences from the police and every other department & complaint.. being polite was not getting anywhere... And the campaign has so far got me a leg tag. I really do NOT want to have to read more letters of lis and un-coperative persons who are obstructing the truth & fact. Also why when i sent for the police interview tapes, the little form, they have not arrived. you dont have the form to send again then. WHERE ARE MY INTERVIEW TAPES YOU STATE I CAN REQUEST COPYS OF! WHERE IS THE VIDEO FOOTAGE FROM THE OSSETT BYPASS? POLICE WHY WILL YOU NOT DO WHAT IT SAYS YOU HAVE TO DO!? OR DO YOU HAVE LIARS AND CHEATS IN YOUR RANKS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH OR DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO? THIS HAS BECOME CULTURE AND TRAINING. Also, if the police stole my brothers jacket, they could be stealing things from other peoples clothing as well.. Who is to say they couldnt wear it and walk in front of even CCTV to make it look like an offender? the CCTV footage of me is really crap & you can not make out who it is! it could be anyone! Other people have put my stickers up, because ive seen them in Elleceston Village, the same place those NEW TERMINAL SIGNS HAVE BEEN PLACED, because they were illegal as ONE WAS MISSING! now it says "SPEED" on them, not "speed cameras" which I posted about already.. These incorrect road signs are the tip of the iceberg of police corruption. And even the police themselves might not know what imposters posing as police or the council might be doing to road signs & other things. They could be working for any government department. Or someone else. They are making heaps from speed cameras & deleting the records thats for certain. As with the Barton speed camera records, i am certain.   The thing is we are in MINUS! trillions! the government do not even need the money! because we do not have any?! It is just figure juggling. I think they are just doing it as they "enjoy" punnishing people. I KNOW PEOPLE AND SOME PEOPLE JUST LIKE "GETTING PEOPLE" to make themselves feel better & it is at ALL LEVELS OF SOCIETY! WHY ARE THEY CHARGING £7 for £3 WORTH OF FOOD IN ADDITION TO THE CHECKOUT STAFF NOT BEING HONEST SOMETIMES? THE PROBLEM IS PEOPLE. AND I AM HONEST.
