OK OK OK!SO I GOT IT SLIGHTLY WRONG, BUT RIGHT! WITH THE NO PEDESTRIAN SIGNS THAT LOOK LIKE WATCH OUT FOR PEDESTRIAN SIGNS

(not that it matters in this case as I am exempted from needing permission anyways...

SO! this STUPID SIGN MEANS "NO PEDESTRIANS" not "WATCH OUT FOR PEDESTRIANS" and I HEREBY STATE THE DESIGNER OF THE SIGN IS A RETARD.

STILL, THIS SIGN IS AND HAS BEEN SHOWN BY ME ON HERE TO BE USED WITH A MOTORWAY SIGN AND MOTORWAY REGULATION SIGNS!

AND IF IT IS # NOT # present - like junction 20 weighbridge roundabout, on the M62, THEN PEDESTRIANS CAN RETREAT TO THE GRASS BESIDES THE MOTORWAY IN FACT THEY MUST! AND THEY CAN WALK TO THE S.O.S. phones AS WELL!

BUT THAT REALLY DOESNT MATTER BECAUSE I CAN DISTRIBUTE POLITICAL PRINTED MATTER ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM WITHOUT REQUIRED PERMISSION FROM ANY AUTHORITY BECAUSE THEY MIGHT BE POLITICALLY OPPOSED TO MY CAMPAIGN CAUSE. AND THE REASON THE EXEMPTIONS EXIST IS BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT BE PROSECUTED FOR PETITIONING OR ACTIVITIES BEING CARRIED OUT FOR THAT PURPOSE. AND I AM NOT WRONG ON THAT.

This road demonstrates that a white edge line means NO STOPPING.
Just like a motorway is NO STOPPING. Lay-bys are proveded for stopping, if requires at intervals. Where as on a motorway, if you need to stop for a valid reason, you can use hazzard lights on the hard shoulder. PAVEMENT is PROVIDED beside the Dual Carriageway where cars can not drive onto, except where the edge line is broken. You will see this where there are entrances at the side & Lay-bys. It is NOT an offence to BE IN THE ROAD on a dual carriageway or CROSS the road. But here for convenience, pavements and crossing are provided. On a Motorway, people do NOT usually venture without a vehicle as it is a long way to walk, and it is not DESIGNED for pedestrians, ALTHOUGH IF IN BREAKDOWN, TO CARRY FUEL OR ANY OTHER VALID REASON presents itself, pedestrians use the GRASS and S.O.S. phone, SERVICES and as long as they do not CROSS THE ROAD or WALK ON THE ROAD (Motorway, Highway) it is LEGAL to be on the GRASS as it is OFF ROAD. To STOP in LANE ONE, TWO or THREE of the motorway would be dangerous. I SAW TODAY 2 WOMEN IN CARS ON THE M62 STOPPED! in the road works and cars just drove around them?! There did not seem to be a problem. They were possibly stranded. BUT THE VIDEO HAD VANISHED FROM MY PHONE!? AND I PASSED A VERY STRANGE ACCIDENT ON THE A580 after changing route to follow a car REG number Mr. Big. A GOLD 4x4!?

There were for certain 2 cars stopped on the M62 in roadworks and 2 women in the road, lane one I think.. of 3 lanes in use and the cars did not even seem to change speed at 50mph! just drive around the smoothly!? This is when I had a rant as well at the government when I was passing the J12 concrete block obstructing the M60/M62 liverpool sign fork and the side road where chevrons should be in place, NOT on the moors!

Someone has deleted a couple of my videos from my phone! Also The A580 is 60Mph, no barriers and cycles & walkers all the time & no need for 50mph speed cameras!?

oh dear! TRAFFIC LGHT CAMERA MACCLESFIELD. MILL LANE / SILK ROAD

You are not going to believe this! I have just been told by WORK that they got a N.I.P. through from the Police.. Cheshire or Manchester for a alledged TRAFFIC LIGHT OFFENCE!

It was in Macclesfield, at the Traffic lights, on the Junction of Mill lane & The Silk road! I even remember driving through those traffic lights on that day & I DID NOT SET ANY CAMERA OFF OR GO THROUGH A RED LIGHT.. I even remember commenting on the junction at the time, out loud to myself as one of the signs obstructs the traffic light cameras view! and also the LEFT LANE has NO TRAFFIC LIGHT IT IS GIVE WAY! only traffic light CAMERA for 2 lanes straight ON! I REMEMBER COMMENTING THE MISLEADING SET UP, as you think about the GIVE WAY that forks to the LEFT in your mind as you look at it!

THE CAMERA DID NOT GO OFF I AM CERTAIN

AND I DO NOT GO THROUGH RED LIGHTS!

Here look! There is even a yellow BANNER UP that hasnt been removed! and the "GAZ & LECCY" billboard is there too, and a School bus! on the google maps image Look!

IT WAS THE DAY AFTER I WAS ARRESTED WITH AN ILLEGAL WARRANT! BY WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE! and took into Huddersfield Magistrates court for SENTANCING, after been caused to miss the hearing by fraudulent attendance information!
And at sentancing I was given 6 penalty points for a non-endorsable offence!

Which I was exempted from anyway as I was delivering political petition notices & stickers!

This camera here is also near where some of my ground stakes got stolen from as well!

It also not far from POYNTON! and I am certain it is the SAME DAY AS I POSTED ON HERE ABOUT THE 2 POLICE CARS ONE WITH A POLICE OFFICER ON HIS MOBILE PHONE AND THE OTHER BEHIND HIM ON HIS RADIO DRIVING SOUTH INTO POYNTON AT THE FIRST MINI ROUNDABOUT!

Do you think Peter Fahy has done it to get me back for doing the Manchester Evening Standard Bentcop.biz notice in the newspaper recently?

I will have to wait for the N.I.P. to come in the post to get all the details properly as work sent it off. My Boss had to do the delivery run the day before it happened, when I was grabbed & taken to court! This was the day after! I am certain!

Could someone have hacked the police as a joke and photoshopped an image? or possibly the police getting me back for bentcop.biz petitioning?

This is stupid! I HAVE NOT RUN A RED TRAFFIC LIGHT!

THEY NEED VIDEO AT THESE CAMERAS! HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY SEE THE EVENTS AND WHAT HAPPENED FROM 2 STUPID PHOTOS?!
THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF VEHICLE MOVEMENT FROM A STILL PHOTO! You could have SLIPPED A FOOT OFF THE CLUTCH & STALLED IT AND IT JUMPED FORWARD A BIT!?

What if you see the give way, and start looking for vehicles from other directions at the junction.... Give way to them crossing... FORGET about the TRAFFIC LIGHTS, then JUST SET OFF, after they have gone, as IF IT WERE GIVE WAY FORWARD AS WELL! That would seem a more plausible trick for this junction.. taking into account they seem to tailor and come up with different tricks & scams for each feature they set out!

Also this junction in particular as I said... the LEFT LANE is GIVE WAY and NOT ON THE CAMERA! and a sign LOOKS like it obstructs the cameras view?! A ROUSE TO GET PEOPLE TO TAKE CHANCES?! OR A COMPLETE CONFUSION TACTIC?! TO GET "GIVE WAY" into your head?! Someone might even forget its traffic lights & just "SET OFF" if its clear, after they stopped, if they are looking at the give way to the LEFT side?!

Seems curious as to choose THIS PARTICULAR SET OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS for a camera?! and IF IT IS DANGEROUS THEN WHY THE HELL IS THE LEFT GIVE WAY NOT TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROL & CAMERA AS WELL!?

You tell me!

You can take this as a complaint! To Cheshire police professional standards!

Also I have had several "ground staked" banners stolen by your police force, to deprive me of signatures on my political petition against speed cameras. Your force confirmed taking my property to West Yorkshire & Manchester police. Thus I am seeking to prosecute the officers who stole my printed political materials from the GRASS, around your ward, where OTHER similar ground staked banners of commercial buisnesses were NOT taken. Only my politically exempted materials.

I have reason to belive the Traffic light junction at Silk Road/Mill lane has been constructed to MISLEAD drivers, because of these reasons

THE LEFT TURN LANE IS GIVE WAY.

THE 2 FORWARD LANES ARE TRAFFIC LIGHT CONTROLLED.

THIS CAN CAUSE A STOPPED DRIVER TO LOOK AT THE GIVE WAY TO THE LEFT. FORGET ABOUT THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS, AND AFTER VEHICLES HAVE DRIVEN FROM THE ROADS CROSSING IN FRONT, IT CAN CAUSE A STOPPED DRIVER TO THEN PSYCHOLOGICALLY THINK IT IS GIVE WAY, LIKE THE LEFT TURN IS.

AND IF SO, THAT WOULD TRIGGER THE CAMERA IF THEY SET OFF, NOT LOOKING AT THE LIGHTS.

In relation to the matter that concerns myself. I can give evidence of statement that I Did NOT RUN a RED light at the location when I passed on that day, and I did NOT set the camera off.

I challenge the offence as fabricated and in collaboration with Sir Peter Fahy, as revenge for exposing his criminal human rights offences in my political petition campaign placed in the Manchester evening news.

I believe that the evidence has been photoshopped and edited and await to inspect it.

In the mean time feel free to explore my other evidence recently gathered of police taking false readings of my tyres at 1.6mm when they were 2mm and a large number of illegal road signage in place, including the Silk road & roundabouts where illegal national speed limit signs are in place of 300mm when by law you have to check them before & after speed enforcement and any illegal size signs must be removed.

Also at the traffic lights, can you check the traffic regulation order, as there is only one arrow on approach for ONE lane. and then suddenly there is TWO lanes with NO WARNING. As if you have "SQUEEZED" an extra lane in to accomodate extra prosecutions from the traffic light camera.

The white line markings from the road are incomplete and have not been maintained to divind the lanes. This MUST be checked by the camera service staff when the machine is calibrated.

Also NO TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGN from Windmill street is in place.

Not traffic light sign on Cross Street OR Mill lane on approach to the traffic lights as required.

Thus there are multiple legislative reasons why traffic light enforcement is not enforceable at the traffic lights. In addition to the extra psychological deception I have pointed out in relation to the give way slip road left lane, and incorrect white arrows road markings leading upto the traffic lights. The left lane should be on traffic light as well, like the Bolton wanderers stadium traffic light camera, which has misleading green boxes on the floor for stopping distance deception as the trick for that particular camera, in Bolton.

So with those 3 points..

1: statement, no offence was done and no red light run, no camera flash.

2: requisite signs and markings not erect and maintained and errors.

3: potential falsification of evidence - photograph suspected could be doctored.

THIS IS THE OFFENDING BRIDGE FROM THE M62/M60 SPLIT JUNCTION 12 that has CAUSED YEARS OF DELAYS. I believe that LITIGATION can be brought against THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT.

Chevrons should have been on approach to Junction 12, not up on the Moors, by the little house on the prarie

MORE EVIDENCE that these "psychopathic" MEANING, demons in government are obsessed with causing disruption by a complete ignorance of practicality of problem solving and instead "PROBLEM CREATING" to get a "frontal lobe fix" on their own little points system and pleasure of "THINKING ABOUT MEANINGS AND REVENGE" rather than THINKING ABOUT SOLUTIONS & PROBLEM SOLVING AND IDEAS.

- That is in my own opinion, since I have also been tainted with this "writing & meaning" bullshit that I NEVER EVEN THOUGH ABOUT. ONLY IDEAS AND CONCEPTS AND GOOD THINGS.

The meaning of putting white arrow chevrons up on the moors & not where really needed, where lanes merge in... demon-strates the complete lack of practical thinking of the thunderbirds & the prep pratts, private school "rudimentary" rudimental thinking & WHY WE NEED TO GET RID OF THEM FROM GOVERNMENT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. TO SAVE THE COUNTRY FROM BEING A MATRIX OF PEOPLE AND PLACES IN POSITION BY MEANING, NOT BY ACTUAL FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE.

(This is my own observational conclusion and note I have started getting into things for what they say & mean as well! oo dear! ) When the country could run smoothly & perfect for everyone.... But these language demons like to climb to the top, and they do it by this way of talking themselves there through meaning and language! NOT by actual skills of problem solving or any decent ideas... The Blue no stopping sign means IN THE ROAD. There is NO SUCH THING AS A No-STOPPING HARD SHOULDER! It does not exist. Its design purpose is to stop on IF NEEDED.

No hard shoulder here, just an white edge line. Lay-by ahead... Use for when NEEDED, not just for a rest.

Broken white line and emergency phone. Would indicate that you can stop FOR GOOD REASON, not just a snack.
There are many legislative clauses that state "with reasonable excuse" you can do things in law. or Lawfull excuse.

Checking a brake light, or tyre which is an endorsable offence if broken/worn IS A LAWFULL EXCUSE. As by LAW it must be operational. POLITICAL, CHARITABLE AND RELIGEOUS materials and their distribution IS A LAWFULL EXCUSE AS THEY ARE EXEMPT FROM LEGISLATION & PERMISSION FOR USE OF ROADS!

The white edge line has only been put down the right hand side here? can you lay down passengers on the pavement? Or did they just "forget" like on the Ossett bypass?

I dont think you can buy Linda's snacks from this pavement as its no stopping for vehicles! But you can try grab one from the vehicle?!

I also spot a DEE DEE BEE vehicle. and SIGN. White edge lines along the dual carriageway A483 has PREVENTED any parking of police vehicles on the road itself, unlike the Ossett bypass where white edge lines not present and NON REGULATION parking built for cheap. BRIDGE POSITIONS impose significant WIND effects on camera stability identifiable in the VIEWFINDER of video archive history (if not deleted)

You are not going to believe what happened today!

I had to be at the Hospital for 8:00am for a ultrasound scan, and I was running a little bit late by 10mins...
Anyway...

The steering went on the van! a loada bits blew off from under the engine into the road! and the steering went really hard!

I managed to make it to the hospital! and lucky I still had the scan! and I went back to see what the bits were that came off!

Good job it happened when it was safe!

I thought I heard a sound the other day but it sounded more like a speaker faint electronic noise?

Anyway apparently it was an belt from the alternator to steering or something?!

Look, strange blood looking tissue paper on the floor in the hospital car park in the parking space where I logically would park that is easiest to get out from!

I wonder if any blood samples from the police doctor or from hospitals ever end up getting to strange places? like finger pin pricks?!

I was on the way to the VW dealer to get it fixed, and this guy in a green car SWERVED AT ME! but didnt hit the van!

Outside a shop that has a piggy board! FOR REAL! seriously! I didnt get the REG! Just near this punch bowl place! after i had just done these photos!

Then, WE were lucky to get booked in for repair & we hired a rental van out
(just some mags in vw dealer)

Oh and THIS! was on the dash speedo of the ONLY rental van they had available for us! A DART THING! looks a bit like the one in Die Another Day he sticks in the C4 in the case?!

There was a guy in there who had problems with his hands free kit cutting off all the time! They had fitted a new one or fixed it... he left.. then came back! saying it still was not working!

seems like his phone system was really playing up.

So anyway I had to swap the load from the van to the hire van & I set off late to go to LEEK first! (past where that traffic light camera got me alledgedly in Macclesfield believe it or not!) and then to Stoke on Trent and then to Newport shropshire & then CHIRK!

So I was out in a different van!

Kinda crazy! Do you think someone could have sabotaged the van?!

I have sent my appeal to Crown court off for Huddersfield & complaints as well (to add to the existing ones) Still trying to get a decent solicitor found for the Manchester case.

Some other strange things as well, like a police car appearing & then dissapear & back again in Leek.
My phone went dead, black screen as well at exactly the same time... & some other stuff...

I STOPPED to take a few photographs as well. Wondering who is taking the pee with hacking my phone now & setting up all these police appearances and Crown Prosecution & courts ignoring Law & legislation. & Solicitors not helping me.

Ok, so I was out in the "rental Van" today I found the rest of that dart spike thing behind the drivers seat & an empty Starbucks mermaid logo thing.

ALSO guess what?! One of my socks had vanished from on my bed?!

Could someone have stolen it when I was asleep?!

Also today... The rental people for the van check all around the OUTSIDE on a damage check form but they dont do "inside".. and one of my deliverys got "damaged" on a metal bolt washer that was not flat & a bit loose!

So I couldnt deliver the goods for that one

They should do INDIDE & outside checks. Guess I am a bit dim, but it was fine yesterday or nothing damaged.

ALSO, did a delivery and then bought a scratch card & there were two dodgy guys outside the shop in Sutton in Ashfield, And one was a black guy with shorts on & the other a white guy & I thought "there guys are well dodgy" one made some comment... anyway I had some money in an envelope in my pocket from the delivery I did, and my phone, but I bought a Bejeweled scratch card and I had put it in my pocket! but later I couldnt find it!

Is it possible that one of the guys could have pick pocketed me?! come from behind & grabbed the edge of it? or possibly it fell out? I was taking a photo as well of this fabric that had a load of tiny "PILLs" embroided into its like texture.. but just before all this my phone went BLANK BLACK and thats when this all happened? someone dicking around with "Psychic signals?" or a set up? WIERD! & just before that, some guy had come upto me asking about my beard!? He looked a bit like Bruce Dickinson but with a beard?! LOL.. So yeah annoyed about the scratch card gone missing and the goods getting damaged.

We have got the regular van back now & I have more evidence of some dodgy average speed cameras that cover changing speed limits as well to upload and some more photos as well. Will try put them in the Hello & welcome thread, as I dont want to put too much content in this one, although it seems these strange events are happening because I am challenging the "big boys" now, police commissioners, chiefs, magistrates...

Very concerning events occuring and strange news storys as well... all going off...

There is something else as well, that i had forgotten about.

Before all this driving & speed camera campaign... when I was making the music albums to send into the BBC introducing thing... I bought something from ebay, and it got lost in the post....

Anyway my MUM said the police had rang from the Police station in town and gave a LOG number and said a parcel of mine (packet) had been handed into the police?! and I went to the police station to collect it and they claimed that they knew nothing about it and there was no log number for it....

So I dont know if it was royal mail or some anonymous person who handed it in, or the police playing horrible joke on me that started all of this? or if it was just fabricated by some other person/s unknown?

I dont know you tell me. One thing is for certain, we do not pay the police to do pranks on the public.

Well, after potentially having a scratch card pick pocketed from me (or lost) yesterday, which I reported to the Council... for CCTV to be looked at if they have any... & my sock going missing at home...

TODAY, GUESS WHAT?! I did a delivery to this place! in Boroughbridge! for another company to this distributors warehouse... LOL!

And AFTERWARDS I had seen a little post office in the village And I thought "I will call & see what scratch cards they have"

They had a really funny letter box that was fastened up, like at West Yorkshire police HQ as well!

And the pub next door! lol.

ANYWAY!! GUESS WHAT!?

THEY HAD THE LUCKY DEAL SCRATCH CARDS I HAVE BEEN WANTING TO GET BUT NOT SEEN ANYWHERE!! haha!

So I bought them all! 18 cards in total! what are the chances of that!

I also got some more photos & videos, but I have given up trying to give the story as i really am getting tired of this whole thing now.. but I got bits & bats of road sign & fixed speed camera trickery evidence and parked vehicles examples yadda yadda yadda.. Guess I need to upload them...

ANYWAY.... strange thing is that when I got home after work... I had got a stack of those "Lucky Lines cards (Not the one with £8,000 jackpot that I had a few of with the little cats) the other Lucky lines game with the symbols... and I have only seen it in a few shops.. but there seems a FEW DIFFERENT PRINTS of the game going around!? because certain batches have a different symbol configuration.. I bought one batch & won on 4 cards in a row!? But I got a few of the other ones and I HAD PLAYED a few the other night & left a couple to play tonight... But I was looking for the symbols that had TWO logos one in each of the 2 games.. CLOVER and DIAMOND.

But the strange thing is yesterday I never noticed that there were 2 MOONS in each game in that batch?! But when I played just now.. I noticed I had strangely missed a moon?!

So I had to go through the other cards I played and scratch off the other moons!? I didnt win with those but I had missed them? I AM CERTAIN THAT THERE WAS NOT 2 MOONS ON THEM THE OTHER DAY! Could the cards have been switched?!

i dunno!?

But there are quite a few games where you can easily miss or not see the "Bonus game" and throw the card away, like they have been throwing the monopoly cards away as the internet draw is a hassle to enter!

Anyway... I wonder if these Lucky Deal games will be any good?! I only got a £3 and a few £5's on the Lucky Lines symbol game.

CAN YOU SHOW ANY EVIDENCE OF THE SPEED SETTINGS THAT WERE ON THE MOTORWAY LEGEND SIGNS AT THE TIME OF THE ALLEDGED OFFENCE?!

BECAUSE I HAVE FULL REASON TO BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON WHAT SO EVER AT ALL FOR THAT SPEED LIMIT TO HAVE BEEN IN PLACE OR ENFORCEABLE AS THERE ARE NO TERMINAL SIGNS. MOTORWAY SPEEDS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ADVISORY WARNING SIGNS

Nothing to say no pedestrians on here and the motorways use no pedestrian signs if they are to be prohibited as demonstrated on the M62 J20 roundabout and under the M60/M60 juntion motorway roundabout. (break down REQUIRE pedestrians to have legal access to the sides of the motorway as part of its functionality)

No hazzard lights.
