TSRGD 2016 So, clause #12 of page 413 in the New TSRGD 2016 states a rule that makes it lawful for any person to place any sign in the road, warning drivers about a obstruction in the road. And as my stickers placed were for the petition website warning drivers of unlawfull, and illegal dangerous road signage which IS classed as an OBSTRUCTION in the road. Thus I Did have additional Lawful right to place the www.bentcop.biz petition notices besides the Bill of Rights and exemption from control of advertising under the clean neighbourhoods act. So I should not have been prosecuted by West Yorkshire Police or Greater Manchester Police for criminal damages placing my notices, and they had no lawfull authority to remove the stickers in a manner that would leave me with any removal costs from unauthorized placement of the signs/notices to drivers.    |

It looks like if you are delivering Petition notices, you will be classed as a srvice vehicle for purpose of serving political documents & notices to the public, which are not commercial advertisements. Thus the Bill of Rights 1688 would give authorization to be classed as a service vehicle for these purposes of delivery of letters & documents (similar to Royal mail being classed as a bullion vehicle)  Also, i got to question the Council. about the removal of notices and it can only be done by the appropriate council department. Ok. I havent posted in this thread for awhile... I recieved a Large Parcel (box) marked (very fragile) just a day or 2 before Christmas. & i have not bought anything and was not expecting a large parcel. I wanted to know who sent it before i opened it. It was sent through Interlink Express. The same company of whom i was talking to one of their female staff about the Petition & speed cameras... as she had been caught on the Ossett bypass as well. by the mobile camera van recently.. And she was really interested in the petition and and i gave her the information.. Anyway.. I rang the depo today (28th December) because it had been closed over Christmas ... And she checked the Ref# number of the parcel and it has been sent by West Yorkshire police!  So i have no idea what inside it! I wonder if it could be my stickers that they seized and/or the Ossett bypass Video ive been requesting? Im worried now what it is!  |

Here is the Mystery large heavy parcel that interlink say is from West Yorkshire police!! It arrived just before Christmas eve! I wanted to know who had sent it before i opened it! So i will be opening it today or tomorrow.  I wonder if its my petition stickers being returned? The Ossett bypass DVD? Letters and documents? Loaning me an LTI 1000 device? Or something else? More bad news?? :/ Ive just got a letter from the DVLA today 31st December and no plastic driving licence card inside it! |

I haven't opened the parcel yet. But I think that it is probably the Electronic Speed sign that I donated to the Police and Council originally before they sent the case to Calderdale magistrates court. The Speed sign cannot be used on the bypass because its 2 lanes. Yet Blackpool council use one on a dual lane road.. If it is the electronic speed sign.. I wonder if I can get the money back from it or sell it ? As I'm pretty skint at the moment. :/ Ive just got the invoice out and it was £1,652.93 on the 17/01/2014 to SWARCO traffic ltd. And you might think its very expensive, but if we compare this device to the Tele-traffic UK model of the LTI laser - the "1000" model.. its a joke really.. because the LTI devices are like dinky toy casio keyboards with a couple of glass lens, which cant cost more than a couple of Pint glasses. And really i dont think that the 1000 model is that different from the "Compact" model which has a stronger laser than the LR 100. And the "Configuration" is just a matter of twiddling a few things around inside.. And as for different software and hardware.. Phht. hmmm... So I dont see how he is asking £5,000 for one. In fact the original LR100 ultralyte really in theory.. even though they arent selling as many as "Toys-R-US" shouldnt be any more than a casio keyboard, or a £100 printer. There really is nothing to it, the circuitboard is just like a kids robot toy... look at all those new ones they have like in the Argos Christmas Advert!! And as for the Concept and Ranger systems being £15,000... you are paying Frank Gattett and Mike Ricketts apparently for their "Expertise" and "Ongoing service" not really for the equipment.. when ive found people making infra red night vision cameras and equipment from similar video devices and components for only "a few hundred pounds". And as for "Computer systems".. well... any buisness pays a computer guru £1,000 to sit there and install windows for half a day, when its a matter of pressing "Next" on the screen... So really... Tele-traffic is "Sponsored" by "The public" which the police use our money to make Garrett into a dream millionaire in his perfect dream job of "Getting you" not just getting you, but tricking you, trapping you and taking YOUR dream job away from YOU, for the rewards of a Chiefs Medal and Honour. Only that they could have just put up electronic speed signs for a fraction of the cost of Tele-traffic running costs.. And set the roads to consistent speed limits with the correct lawfull road signs.. and the accident rate would be more of less the same. Only that.. if the Government has banned cars that go over 70mph and made them illegal 10 years ago... there would have been HALF the accidents. Less than Half the Prosecutions, trouble, Work & Hassle, And the remaining number of accidents would be a lot less SERIOUS to be Blaming the Driver all the time and put some responsibility onto the pedestrian & cyclist as well... then if you take LONDON out of the figures.. you are left with a LOT LESS problem than what they are making it out to BE.. AND.. instead of a massive hole in the deficit.. it would just be Frank Garrett and Tele-traffic UK, going out with a lollypop stick to the remaining few trouble areas that are probably designed rubbish in the first place... So we might as well have just Paid Garrett to go to Spain and bought him a retirement villa and saved all the hassle and money. Or we could have split Garreets fortune with all the other Bobbys on the Beat and they might have been bothered to check the road signs properly as they would have been paid more and given more of a dam about it all? |

Ok....
3 years after i donated the electronic SWARCO sign to West Yorkshire road safety partnership that they never used...
The Police just returned it to me Christmas Eve...
I Forwarded it back to SWARCO to see if the sign could go back into stock and resold as new unused...
Now they are claiming that the "Sign regulations" have changed within that 3 years and they cannot re-sell it!!
So cannot give me a refund. Or dont want to.
So besides ME loosing out on £1600 what about all the OTHER signs that the tax payer has bought for local councils?
Have they all been taken down? Including other automated SWARCO signs?
Should the Police have returned the sign sooner? Why would SWARCO sell signs when legislation was about to change? Whats happened to all the other signs similar?
I never found a problem with those signs on the display. Were they not accurate enough? Because they didnt give the exact speed correct? 😟🙉🙈🙊
I might have to sell it to a private HGV yard or aggregates company oooo dear

Ok, so.. Just had an exchange with the Private Prosecutor Marshall McMahon and he directed me to the Data Protection Act 1998 Which has been very helpfull! And i have worked out that The Petition Campaign is a "Special Purpose" which has no legal commitment or obligation to that Act. Thus is exempted! www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1998/29/section/3Data Protection Act 1998 1998 c. 29Part ISection 3 3 The special purposes. In this Act “the special purposes” means any one or more of the following— (a)the purposes of journalism, (b)artistic purposes, and (c)literary purposes. Other special Purposes.... (d) a complaint or private investigation
(e) a petition campaigns evidence or research  So i can make request to Mark Polin & Dee Collins for the Videos i require plus more now. |
