GOOD & HONEST (NO WIN NO FEE) LAWYER WANTED

Ok, so the FEE for a new driving licence has gone from £50 to £17 now and i am guessing this is because they are getting rid of the paper part completely, and going by computer and card only (which can be hacked into on record and you will have NO paper part evidence as proof anymore)

MY AMBITION was to hold a clean paper part licence & i AM PROUD OF my paper part licence, it has been my goal in life to have it CLEAN from points, since I was first HUNTED down, shortly after my driving test was passed - by the OLDHAM red light camera trap at "bottom 'o' th Moor" another evil set-up the first of many against me.

Anyway... I WAS issued with a NEW paper part, but with the 6 Points on it, just before it was to be CLEAN.

I sent it back by dispute and for quarantine, and now they claim they dont have it, which is a LIE or it was STOLEN in the POST.
(I think they now want me to have a plastic only and have thrown my quarantined paper part away)

So now it stands I will NEVER have on my WALL as EQUAL TO A DEGREE, (TO ME) my paper driving licence, which I passed my driving test first time. And it is my life achievment.

So.. NOW I am Going Berserk with the DVLA Chief executive.

I am actually going to have this man prosecuted, privately if I have to, if he does not give me the CLEAN PAPER PART TO MY DRIVING LICENCE which is LAWFULL RIGHT TO ME.

(I swear that the government have set me up so that i NEVER can have my clean driving licence paper part, just as they set me up to loose my driving licence for 2 years and i couldnt do sporting competitions) This is The LABOUR SNEAK society working in the SYSTEM, taking things AWAY from people that are special or mean something.. Just like someone stealing your fave T-shirt, or Anything really.. it might be something worth nothing.. just the act of ruining something for someone. We look from above, by secret spys and piss on you all.

I Guess some women do this by lies and gossip, or else "causing an argument" even to ruin your evening or day....
its the kind of spite acts. Like the BENCH and FORD places the council went & ruined after i did the photo contest just to ruin things..

I think this might be reflected by the new "fungus the bogeyman" films this christmas on Sky?

Anyway.. love me or loathe me.. here is my letter to the DVLA now that I have applied for a new licence as they request...
(it seems that someone really is trying to obstruct my obtaining a clean paper part driving licence, with no points on it because they are getting rid or paper parts and what a co-incidence its just after i was trying to get a clean driving licence.

(I swear that if it is possible & am going to petition to have ALL MP's and LAWYERS degrees revoked by misconduct and to be removed from the Bar. That is a equal of what they are trying to take from ME. My RIGHTFULL CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE DOCUMENT WHICH I ACHIEVED IN LIFE.

(it is my belief that even with paper part it was no way near £50 costs and they were raking it in from us and now even £17 for plastic part only is still overpriced.

I am set up for the POLICE to prosecute me on TWO roads on PURPOSE BY ENTRAPMENT on BOTH ROADS by SECTION .85 of the ROAD TRAFFIC ACT LEGISLATION WHICH YOU OPERATE BY, a DRIVING LICENCE CAN NOT BE ENDORDED WHEN THE REQUISITE SIDNS ARE NOT IN PLACE OR MAINTAINED IN CLEAN CONDITION AS REQUIRED BY THE ROAD SIGNS MANUAL.

I AM PUT THROUGH PROCESS BY FRAUDULENT ILLEGAL ACTIONS BY POLICE, COUNCILS, GOVERNMENT, CROWN PROSECUTION AND COURTS ALL COMPLAINED ABOUT AT EVERY STAGE.

I DISPUTE THESE MATTERS WITH YOU.

3. YOU REVOKE MY DRIVING LICENCE FOR NOT SENDING IT TO YOU.

4. I send you my old licence paper part with £50 payment to have the licence re instated.

5. instead of simply adding the points onto the paper part and records re-instating the licence, you CREATE A NEW plastic card & NEW PAPER PART and send them to me, returning te £50 fee to me also. with NEW re-issued licence

(I guess That is one of the last paper parts to go out? as you are switching to card only)

(MY LIFE AMBITION IS TO HOLD A PAPER DRIVING LICENCE WITH ZERO POINTS ON IT - I SWEAR I WILL DO IT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY SO HELP ME GOD)

6. As I still argue that FRAUD IS the INCORRECT RECORD KEEPING AND CHANGING AND RECORDING OF DETAILS (That is WHAT FRAUD IS)

YOU ARE LIABLE FOR FRAUD CHARGES WHEN YOU ARE TOLD THAT THE RECORDS ARE BEING CHANGED ILLEGALLY BY ANY COURT OR POLICE PROCESS THAT IS A AUTOMATIC OFFER)

7. I RETURN THE NEW PAPER PART THAT HAD THE NEWLY ENDORSED 6 POINTS ONTO IT TO YOU WITH THE NEW PLASTIC CARD. I SEND THIS IN THE POST TO YOU, FOR QUARANTINE. (possibly under REF to a felicity griffin)

8. I KEEP MY OLD PLASTIC CARD.

9. AT THIS STAGE I HAVE THE OLD CARD & I HAVE RETURNED TO YOU BY DISPUTE THE NEW PAPER PART AND NEW CARD THAT WAS NOT REQUESTED FROM YOU. after reinstated process of my original licence.

10. Then i am given 6 penalty points (AGAIN ILLEGALLY) by Huddersfield magistrates for stopping on roads when i was distributing political petitions of which IT IS ILLEGAL TO BE PROSECUTED FOR AND NO PERMISSION IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO USE ROADS TO DISTRIBUTE POLITICAL PETITIONING MATERIALS.

11. I do not have the NEW paper part of new licence to send you and i get no letter from you requesting it anyway or revoking my licence for not sending it to you.

12. I am in Court in Machester for related matters and I am NOT convicted for stopping on a road by that court. BUT as of referance only they mention the HUDDERSFIELD charges for sake of mention only, and it is said that I ONLY RECIEVED 3 POINTS at Huddersfield, not SIX as i was told by the magistrates.

13. Further disputes to you and you then send me a request to apply for a NEW licence completely. You CLAIM you can not find the NEW plastic part or paper part recently issued and sent to me which i DID RETURN.

I NOW THINK YOU HAVE THROWN IT AWAY BECAUSE YOU HAVE MOVED ONTO PLASTIC ONLY AND DO NOT WANT ME TO HAVE THE PAPER PART.


I have completed the post office process, BUT I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO.

The posat office has destroyed/cut up the old plastic card to return to you with the application.

Ok, I do NOT see a three digit number by itself on here to the top right with the title of DIVISION NUMBER.
I have checked everywhere. If I am retarded, I put my hand up. But I can not see it so Im stupid or its not there.

So I can not pay the fine by phone system or internet.



So I have had to send the card & letter back & complain.
Also again that the Case was illegal & now that the Magistrates, CPS, Duty solicitor, Legal Advisor and Probation officer were lying about legislation, incorrect, changing my statements, missing out words from legislation read out, skipping sentances and the Magistrate claimed that he alone made the decisions not the other magistrates. Legal advisor checked NO law at all, and the entire cherade and act was directed through as the persons attending "wanted" it to be directed despite all fact & truth & i was in Hell Horror, hardly to be able to say a word to stop it or correct it.

COMPLETE CORRUPTION & INCOMPETENCE. IT IS CONTEMPT OF COURT, PERVERTING THE COURSE OF JUSTICE AND FRAUD BY ABUSE OF POSITIOn, added to employment policy breeches.

I have complained, there is nothing else I can do to ignorant ears that refuse to process complaints correctly. This is conduct & personal behaviour.

Also the Crown Prosecutor read out I had been Given Three penalty points from Huddersfield. (IF I AM WRONG THEN I AM STUPID, BUT I AM CERTAIN I AM CORRECT)

Also the DVLA did not mention ANY points at all other than the existing 6 points from Haslingden and Ossett.
They did NOT make any referance at all to that. Only to renew my licence.

And at Huddersfield they claimed I was to get another 6 points. So its a joke, or I am retarded.
I claim I am correct.

The road signs on BOTH those driving offences were NOT as required by the road signs manual as per section .85 of the road traffic act. YOU CAN NOT BE CONVICTED and my experience with these people is that THEY IGNORE FACTS, PULL PAPER WORK OUT & SKIP WORDS & EVIDENCE & SENTANCES IN COURTS ANYWAY.

THUS THERE ARE NOW FOUR ILLEGAL CASES AGAINST ME.

AND IF I HAPPEN TO WIN A SCRATCH CARD I WILL NOT EVEN NEED TO APPEAL BECAUSE I AM GOING TO SUE.

I am having my computer, mobile phone & these letters messed with, probably by computer, staff or god knows who.

Ok, I have FOUND the division code.

It is on the bit of paper that I was given at court, but in the BOTTOM corner, not at the top. its is only a leaflet, with scribbled notation on by the court, not a proper letter, it a good job I kept it.

And the CODE was NOT ON THE LETTER SHEET OR PLASTIC CARD as sent to me by the court stating it was on there.


So partially my bad. But it was NOT on the letter where stated it should be by the court accounts.

So I can now make my first payment, but the complaint still stands regarding the letter.

LOOK here, the division code is SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED WITH THE LETTER FROM COURT SENT OUT WITH THE PLASTIC CARD!



So I was still right to send it back & complain.

The no pedestrians sign is to drivers, not to pedestrians..


It is a ROAD TRAFFIC SIGN. pedestrians do not do driving test theory or learn road signs.

it means not to expect anyone crossing the road (clearway) it does not block the travellers right of way in england to travel alongside a route (horse cart walking/guided pony)

photographer, taking photos of bus station, for newspaper? huddersfield ring road. supposedly no pedestrians.


How can you have no pedestrians at a crossing where pedestrians cross?!
This is completely WRONG.

The sign is for "clear way" sections of road, where pedestrians will not be crossing the road, or are not likely to be around. It does NOT stop pedestrians from walking on the grass, because you can travel any route in englane on foot, along it, besides it. And also as stated pedestrians do not learn DRIVING TEST SIGNS. You can walk a pont & trap on any road.

This sign really is for instances like "playing football in the street" like you might do outside your house. Cars expect people in the road. On a "clearway" you do not have kids playing soccer in the road. Vehicles do not need to watch out for them.

This has no relation to "travelling by foot" to go somewhere beside a road (WHERE CARS DO NOT DRIVE ON THE GRASS FOR EXAMPLE) And for ACCESS to do something, like take a photo, survey, work, distribute political materials or ANY GOOD VALID REASON.



Where NO pedestrians are allowed at all, you will find signs in a bus station aimed at NON DRIVERS.
So no police or council can claim these signs are not contradictory. and my explaination IMHO is 100% correct & proper.




This is the sign that pedestrians ARE crossing.



THAT sign SHOULD really be in place at the crossings in the EXAMPLE PHOTOS of Huddersfield, above. Because pedestrians are crossing there.

These signs are to vehicles. The triangle one is "be aware" to watch for people crossing the road. (not a clearway)

In fact... the fact these signs can easily be confusing between drivers & pedestrians gives me extra reason, in light of all the other evidenjce for entrapment & sign tricks... to believe that these signs are confusing ON PURPOSE possibly so they can fine a bunch of people for walking places in addition to fines to motorists.

The NO PEDESTRIANS sign to MOTORISTS, is for purpose also to say if you break down, dont cross over the road or be in the road beside your car (if its a clearway) as if its a regular street, with bikes & children playing football.. you are likely to even change a tyre, or go under your car, or whatever you fancy.

This is Common sense.

Ok, so the good news is that the DVLA sent my new plastic part. So I can drive.

But as they have got rid of the Paper licences (& lost my new paper part they issued) I dont have a paper part now as my Driving licence certificate. So I am going to have to campaign to get those brought back.


Ok... THE DVLA ARE SAYING THAT I WAS NOT GIVEN ANY PENALTY POINTS OR ENDORSEMENTS FROM HUDDERSFIELD MAGISTRATES, OR MANCHESTER MAGISTRATES COURTS.


When I stood up in from of the 3 Magistrates & Legal advisor and CPS prosecutor, with the security guard beside me at HUDDERSFIELD and the Magistrates stated they were endorsing my driving licence with SIX (6) points for "stopping on the motorway on two occasions"

Yet the DVLA say after checking up.. that the convictions were NON ENDORSABLE.


Yet at MANCHESTER MAGISTRATES, the PROSECUTOR read off the Computer screen that I had been GIVEN THREE PENALTY POINTS FROM HUDDERSFIELD MAGISTRATES, when He read out the previous convictions when checking if they affected the Manchester case.

So SOMEONE SOMEWHERE is MESSING AROUND WITH THE RECORDS & COMPUTERS..

AND TO STATE THAT BOTH THE HUDDERSFIELDS AND MANCHESTER CASES ARE AND WERE ILLEGAL ANYWAY .... AND I AM THE VICTIM OF LEGAL ABUSE FROM Sgt. Tyson & West Yorkshire & Manchester Police... Well...

I will now have to make further complaints to Professional standards And the Court & CPS.

I have decided to request action from other police forces against West Yorkshire & Manchester police to stop the illegal convictions & sentancing against me. Under the Human Rights act, they must act if it is within their power. And National liaison should be used if someone is a victim of legal abuse and the local constabulary refuses to act.
