Ex policeman Ian Taylor accepts an offer if it is reduced by a certain percent. But would Ian Taylor reduce an offer of 57mph by extra 90cm? and you to accept an offer of an conditional N.I.P. and a free brochure for roadside movie screens placed at popular 50mph road enforcement sites and motorway speed camera garrisons... Think future.. think Corporate Finnegan/Fahy. LINK> www.teletrafficuk.com/A new MP cam is confirmed to be released in late 2020. So. I've been on the Teletraffic website briefly.
Apparently they had a competition to "guess the distance" at a promotional event related to the release and approval of a new model device.
What I want to know is this..
If the entire point of the devices is because they are supposed to be highly accurate (or can be) ...why are the camera operators buffing off complaints when the devices ate used from an angle to the side of the road and not straight on. When it will reduce the exact speed and result in a lower speed?
And what about curved roads? Is the device supposed to be used on a curved road? As over distance. The Haslingden bypass is curved as you can see in the videos and photos.
Thr fixed traffipax cameras should be used at sites where the road runs straight for 40meters on a dual carriageway. So a correct radar scan can be completed.
Why is the home office approving devices to be used on curved roads (laser speed) when.it results in a incorrect speed reading. And no evidence is presented for road geometry?
IF the entire POINT of the weapon is to be able to measure professional accurate and exact speeds of vehicles?
Why bother, if any old speed will do?
Anyway...I am sending the Haslingden video to Teletraffic for evaluating, with the red strip times as well. Of 12meters in 0.5 seconds...
To get a professional opinion for Steve Finnegan to refund my fine and remove the points from my driving license. As well as the signs not being in place for over a mile as prescribed

How many pulses does the laser fire per second? Or per reading? What is the duration of a on pulse? Why isn't the device fitted with GPS like a mobile phone so its exact position is written into the video file for later evidence if any on site measurements are to be taken? And survey. I found a few Laser measures on ebay But not certain if there is any point buying one to fasten a laser pen to?! Here is some about aim and target distance. How to hit the target bullseye. Most guns have "Iron sites" fitted. Or an adjustable scope grandpappy.org/fbullsey.htm The actual only way to confirm a sight has been correctly aligned to a distance is to check the target as a conformed hit. So with a laser measuring device the only way to confirm the vehicle speed was correctly read is to check the vehicles speedometer or measure the distances Sight Adjustment Basics: Glock Pro-Sight® Sight-In - The Worlds Strongest …: EnnoLogic eT650D Temperature Gun With Dual Laser …:

AntiLaser AL G9 vs LTI 100LR: Not certain I get this video, has he fitted a laser pointer? is using one or you can infact see the ultralight laser on a target? The jammer is fitted to the parked car? Actually I should mention that Someone had put something to the side at community service a few week ago... And written on it "Ray's. do not strip" and I was thinking of the police lasers! Laser Jammer in Action - Ultralyte: There are absolutely loads of videos like this on the internet. Blinder M25 Xtreme laser jammer vs LTI Ultralyte: youtu.be/vQcGIWJDSoASo, this device fitted to the car will jam the laser up until s certain distance. I think that's what they are doing here.. Blinder X-treme M45 Laser Jammer vs LTI Ultralyte…: I wonder if simply using the laser pen in direct opposition against the Ultralight will work better? Or work at all?

This is an awesome video! just what I was looking for! Or what I asked for, must have been about a year ago as well! around the time the M.O.T. ran out on the van! It Shows the laser pulses, and everything! Here this guy Alexi Polkha something is,stripping the entire device down! Episode 13, Tear down of UltraLyte LTI 20-20 LR 1…: 10 Milliseconds!? Great Scott! Marty you've got to come back with me! Back to the future! One pulse, then 72ms then a series of repeated 10ms pulses! 13 nanoseconds!? 10 milliseconds gaps!? Machine gun pulses?! Its Ed Milliband! is it an Oxford joke?! Speed measure mode. (about 100?) distance measure mode about 50 pulses in distance measuring mode, more (double?) in speed measuring mode? It sends out a test signal first... There probably is NOT any point fitting a 1MW laser pen laser to the device, to SEE it on the TARGET, because the duration will be short and flashing so quickly that you probably will not be ableto observe it that well. So getting a laser pen, set up as a "SIGHT" and calibrating it to the red dot sight INSIDE the view finder is the next best thing... to see if 1 the viewfinder Iron Sights are accurate and 2. how the TARGET SHIRT SLIP does in fact effect the speed reading compared to the actual speed of the vehicle. But 0.2 seconds or less!? is going to be impossible at 200 meters to hold still on any target! still or moving with a HAND HELD DEVICE! The MAIN thing with the MODERN LTI device is that we need to know at WHAT POINT EXACTLY the TRIGER WAS PULLED, the SIGNAL SENT and the DELAY TIME (FADES IN SLOW ON SCREEN) of the appearance of the speed reading! Because it is actually like a microscopic set of traffic lights itself! with traffic light cameras thay cut out the AMBER PHASE. that is THE IMPORTANT POINT! you have to work it out yourself! With the Police LTI laser... (New ones) you need to be able to rewind the video accordingly to the EXACT TIME THE LASER PULSES ARE BEING FIRED to see WHICH PART of the VEHICLE is being measured ON, or off, EXACTLY!

So now we know how many pulses and the time duration for police laser speed devices. But what about the programming?! The Alexi guy didn't get around to hacking into the program to find out what the device is told to do with the figures and readings it gets back from the pulses. Also I still haven't found the laser strengths of MW! What if you can see it at night?! It could be illegal to point at a driver!? Some of the jammers are high MW but dispersed, not concentrated beams. You might be able to jam the LTI with a bullseye aim? OH! I might not be able to use the laser pen after all, because it will get picked up by the device.. DUH. That's how stuipd I am as I overlook these things.... :/ Hmmmmm. Well, it might only block it if its shone towards the device. Not reflected. Ahh well... It's worth a try still, in light of all the silly jammer videos! Lol I might actually be able to make the Laser from the LTI visible anyway with a smoke machine and dark... ?

Also, the Tests" on that download link of the LTI device...
And the measurement tests done by the Alexi guy that show reading variants...
I wonder if there are "longer" patterns for reading variants over longer test frequency periods? Like with the lottery scratchcard formulas?

If I do find a solicitor who can sue the police and Ministry of Justice, I am going to claim for all the travelling I've had to do, and all the equipment I have had to buy, all the books and manuals as well. That is why I am maxed out in overdraft again
