After interviewing the Lancashire police camera van, and establishing there is a "Sign fault form" to fill in if road signs are not correct.. I asked the Highways patrol if they have a sign fault form as well.. and apparently they dont, they just ring directly to the Highways Agency to report any road sign issues. youtu.be/fDKl59SQfM0

Today, 18th July 2017 spotted one of the mobile camera vans CX66 BEY on the Wrexham bypass.. at 13:12 lunchtime I had delivered the opposite route to usual so timing was exceptional as he was just pulling up and parking on the bridge as i approached and a last second exit up the slip road! notice the 40mph signs are also too small, pretty certain those are 750 and meant to be 900..
Anyway... I thought i recognized him but it was a younger guy. This one not so talkative at all. Like other GoSafe camera officers.
He didnt want to talk really and also claimed he cant pass a message to his office and doesnt know the ticket office manager, also said i have to call 101, which is completely different info and attitude to previous camera officers.. i think this guy said he was a police officer not a C.I.V. ? or the other way around, lisaten back to it...
Anyway.. the Police Headquarters is Colwyn Bay and the reg was CX66 BEY.. which reminded me of the BAY radio feature.."on the bay or in the bay?" as i always think of Chief Steve Finnegan.. On the bay or in the bay? lol.
Anyway..Colwyn Bay..
So pretty certain this guy was just not wanting to co-operate.. although i didnt have my dads referance number with me anyway and the print out.. would also have liked to test this vehicle out again at 80mph to try get an NIP through.. but i didnt have time as had to go to Bangor! but i also delivered opposite the old abandoned Traffipax Daresbury Park huge steange glass empty building... and the site where i had an encounter with Cheshire police training the officer with the new Truecam LTI.
Anyway... deffinately unlawfull countdown signs on the road in question as well.

Cheshire police safety camera van DG16 JPY exceeds speed limit 05 September 10:37AM Sandiway plus very likely that Cheshire police arranged the stop line placement & size at Macclesfield traffic lights, Cheshire Jurisdiction Cheshire speed camera van, only 2nd time i have seen it in a lot of years and last time was the other week when alternator went on the van in Warrington & i had to get recovered! I followed it speeding ... this time here.. it was doing well over 40mph, alone on a 40 road then when i caught up with it.. still speeding somewhat.. Then, i learned that the police are a lot more involved with laying the road markings than the council, and that is likely in Macclesfield as well!

03 November 2017 North Allerton . North Yorks. Not far from The New North Yorkshire Police Headquarters
Two North Yorkshire Police encounters in one morning.1. 11:38am Thirsk Road, Northallerton, Silver Yahama Police Cycle with mobile LTI 1000 on tripod. He knew who i was by name and He gave me false accusation of causing an obstruction when i was questioning. He had no comment to questions concerning the size of the laser beam & does not Know Steve Callaghan or Road safety Support. He then asked kindly if a would move "because he wanted me to". and i agreed. Also the Police Motorcycle appears to be hindering access and operation of a bus stop! But in fact its a Power sub station! Encounter #2 2. 12:16 lunchtime, A170 between Thirsk and Sproxton, Silver Vauxhaul YJ15 HDH. Parked obstructing the inbound entrance to a private RAC property that has a warning sign that access must be kept clear at all times for emergency use. This officer claimed i was causing an obstruction also when i stopped to question him over the beam size as well, so i moved to an off road legal parking position. And when i returned he had closed windows and locked vehicle so i could not question him any further on the matter to gather important evidence on beam size. And who had given him his information. I them found in fact he was parked illegally. Here ive found a photo of Andy Tooke the Camera Ticket unit Manager.. with Lord Goldsmith www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwjM1ICH5qPXAhUDBsAKHTXKAfcQFggrMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ny125.com%2Fnw-files%2Fpdfs%2Farticles%2Fcjb-newsletter-1.pdf&usg=AOvVaw25-0xIvZgmolXAckDXTc-H
