CATCH OF THE CAMPAIGN!? speeding safety camera van, W.Mercia

2 Camera vans! and one was 365/1 Odds! TWICE! Last year as well!? Really?!

I am wondering what Size the 50mph signs are on the M60 Peter Fahy section today as i didnt notice they were so big before.. Has anyone measured them? Also there is an ELECTRIC 50mph sign but those flash on ones are USUALLY for advisory warning signs.. not compulsory.. and past Breadbury and Stockport is a SAME MAKE TYPE of sign but just for the BEND! with no speed limit changge! the cheek! just a safety warning sign!
I also missed my exit because of the 50mph speed limit distration and having to think about all these things.. so had to go a slightly different way. Grr.

Anyway..

First delivery was at Stockport and then went south on the M6.. where the police car had stopped all the cars (didnt get a picture) but i didnt even see why as i never noticed a problem!? the Tailback was for MILES! and then ANOTHER police car putting cones out as well.. after a long motorway section with no cars on.. Didnt hear what the problem was on the radio either.... AND I missed my exit for Stoke north, because the Queing ended just before the junction and I didnt realise I had travelled so far while it was at the other side!

See this lorry here, after I did stoke was STILL BY THE JUNCTION, after I went to Stoke South & all the way around the A500!


I have various photos today of this & that... Been to two places in Stoke-on-trent...THEN.... I had to go to Shrewsbury & went A53 Markey Drayton way past "Muller" roundabout & I was thinking.... "Will that police speed camera van be there again.. the one I saw the other week after seeing 2 others in the same day?! and I got flashed by that lorry.... Well...

I saw the "BENTOS" Lorry parked up in a lay-by just after "Muller" and I am thinking... "That has GOT to be a sign he will be there!" I got a photo of "Bentos" it wasnt the same lorry from the Ossett bypass Bentos encounter though... Anyway...





THE SPEED CAMERA VAN WAS THERE!! But it wasnt that little one it was the regular size one! But I dont know if it was the same guy I caught speeding the other week or not?!

The crazy thing is that i do NOT remember saying BENTOS!? I thought that I said THAT when I saw the BENTOS LORRY earlier?! I thought I just said he is there!?

So.... I film the van & I Film him the other direction as well... & this Royal mail van zooms past me at speed. So I Beep & flash him to slow down.. But he muist have wondered how I knew the camera van was going to be there as I was heading back after passing it...



ANYWAY.... I went back to the last roundabout because I didnt find what was wrong with the road last time.... & I am thinking "There MUST be something wrong with it.. there has to be".

So when I get back to the roundabout I notice it is LIT! and guess what... NO NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT REPEATER SIGNS AT ALL! AS REQUIRED! (Like on those Harrogate roundabouts as example when they are there but illegal size) This roundabout has NONE!

THEN only a few hundred meters onto the unlit road.... There is one of those "Police signs" with a speed camera sign & including a national speed limit repeater sign! BUT YOU DONT HAVE NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT REPEATER SIGNS ON AN UNLIT NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT ROAD! just like it states on the Bedford Police website that 30mph repeaters are Illegal in a Lit area.so they say.

Anyway...

I go back to the Police van & do the Question time!! & he is smiling & nearly finds it funny!! I then challenged him about his speeding & the satellite tracking of his vehicle.... He sayus to put any questions to his boss! and he claims he doesnt have anything to do with the signs & checks!?

THEN.. I am driving off & notice this car behind me rather sus.... I get to the NEXT roundabout at the other side & guess what.. LIT! and.. NO NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT REPEATER SIGNS THERE EITHER! and as I get to the roundabout this dirty silver car gets along side me & goes at the side of me when I am trying to go around the roundabout so I end up in the wrong lane.... I worry he is going to drive into me.. But I indicate & He kind of goes all the way around the roundabout with me?! along side?! So I decide to put hazzards on & slow right down... he caries on around... I get behind him and he goes off straigh on... At that moment I notice he has a kind of "radio" on his jacket?! and I am like.. is this an unmarked police car?! and did I see him last time as well?! But he drives off then... & im wondering if the entire thing was another set up.. as what are the chances the police camera van would be there anyway again?!

So.... I deliver to the Place at Shrewsbury & go to the petrol station close to it afterwards & When I come out of the petrol station there is a police patrol car sat waiting in the carpark!? with a police officer in it... I drive off & he does not follow me..



So.... Then I have to go right across to Alfreton.. but Lucky as you can go A38 & it is the quickest way really.. and the M6 was closed so Lucky for me.. (its the way I went back last time the M6 was closed & people got stuck but the A38 is the secret way to get back in good time)

So... I go Cannock, A5 then onto the A38.... and I am thinking about that A38 Bridge position speed camera van that I have only ever seen ONCE, near Derby kinda area.. and was dissapointed because I thought the A38 was the true Legend route of no speed camera & National speed limit all the way mostly...

ANYWAy... I saw a VAN with the ARROWS on the back pointing UP with the HIGH vis.. just a regular Highways type van way, way ahead.. I thought.. "Is this another sign?" And Just as I said that should I make a BET if the Police camera van would be THERE as well... my mobile phone rang from the leeds number!? (Which is actually my voice mail!) and the little green alien Android symbol did the peeping into the screen from the top animation... Well obviously I did not answer it... But I am thinking.. "OK" I will make the "BET" - For calling the camera van Odds...

So I did a quick recording.. " I dont think the police camera van will be on the A38 today, but SOMEONE ELSE DOES!" haha.

So.... I am going steady.. and.. OMG! IT IS THERE!! NO WAY! lol. And I had noticed that the National speed limit repeater signs are 600mm (60cm) not 450mm (45cm) as prescribed!

So I get off at the exit & it is right by the bridge... But he is parked so close to it I cant get to speak to him & the other doors are closed! So I manage to squeeze in between the barrier & the van! And I ask him if its ok to do a few questions...

WEll... the rare Derby van.. This guy is not impressed, he is a bit like the attitude of the Stoke Guy from the other week.. but nothing like the A53 Muller guy from earlier today who was amused...

So I challenge this guy on the 60cm repeater signs.... & he is like "I Do all my sign checks properly" I do things correctly and professional"

Then I was curious if he actually was there every week & i was just lucky my whole life never to have seen him, only that ONE TIME last year...

And guess what!! HE CLAIMS HE ONLY DOES THAT POSITION ONCE A YEAR, EVERY 12 MONTHS OR SO!! so the ODDS ON HIM BEING THERE WERE ACTUALLY 365/1 !!

Can you believe it.. & it must have been DOUBLE those ODDS for him to have been seen by me the last time he was there! which does work out about a year ago!

Anyway... He wasnt being very enthusiastic.. So I left it as that... He did get his own phone & get a little photo or video of ME as well! haha. So I dont know if he Knows about the website campaign or if his Chief planted him there because they knew where I was going today or not!?

But he said "I will do my job properly" & you just go do your job properly" or something along those lines....



I filmed about 3 or so seperate videos for that but for some strange reason unknown to me, the LG phone has "edited them all together" into one film & its never done that before?! so I didnt do that myself.. I guess the speed camera guys days video is load of clips of his prosecutions, but where are the bits in-between?! like me waving at the Gainsborough van they showed me in Dewsbury police station when Tyson was there or else the time after it was!?

Anyway..THEN I DID see an unmarked police car pretty much for certain!? a dark grey one with TWO officers in I think & the proper roof light. It got off at an exit not far after the camera van location. (Im pretty certain that WAS a undercover police patrol) But they didnt notice me or seem to have been following me at all) didnt get a photo of it tho, damn!

Then I measured the signs when I stopped at the services and noticed they were switching around with the illegal 30cm, the correct 45cm & wrong 60cm national speed limit repeaters as the A38 went on... But there was also a BBC west midlands? BROADCASTING VAN parked at the services the OPPOSITE SIDE of the A38 as well! which I got a picture of...






Quite a few other things... but all really just for art or meaning purposes...

Anyway so the FIRST camera van guy was saying he didnt have to do sign checks pretty much yet there were NONE AT ALL ON EITHER ROUNDABOUT!

Then this second guy was saying he ALWAYS DOES THE PROPER CHECKS (So you do need them) but was claiming the 60cm national speed limit signs were of no significance to him & didnt want to go into the subject other than "just leave him to his job" and "get on with yours"

So no idea if either of these guys have been planted or what, but after checking how often he goes there (if he is telling the truth) it is at least 365 to one!


(I managed to turn the images around! for some reason the LG ones dont save automatic when you turn them?!)

And back at work they said those odds are gonna win quite a bit of money back?! Also I was late again because of the stupid M1 roadworks and MORE are scheduled for the BRIDGE at Sheffield! and it isnt that long ago when they already worked on that section!

So.. anyway I will make this post in a few other sections as well....
I would like to put more images up but not certain if those are a bit pointless or not as they are filling in quite a bit of page loading time!

Watching back a video from today, where i see speed camera van and the audio track is me saying "bentos" and iam certain that isaid bentos, back when i saw the bentos lorry! Just after the muller roundabout! Not when is saw thecamera van! Because i am certain i said "hes there!" But now i cannot remember! And this is highly questionable like the Alan White video, which sounds a lot louder than it was in real life, and i dont remember swearing at Alan White either! But i had to go with what was on the video when i was being interviewed by Tyson. And Walker... and the loudness of the video depends hoe close you hold it to your mouth when you are talking! And now my phone has just gone all green lines! And the youtube upload screenhas blue lines acrosd it now from the LG when it is uploading and some more while it is being "processed"?





So could the internet police have changed my videos or taken bits out/added bits in? so set me up for Alan white when the incident was not as it sounded on the video? or someone else did it to get Tyson round to twat me? possible?


How can anyone remember anything exactly from a video how it happened if there was only one copy filmed and it could be modified even as you are recording it!?

I will post this here as well, because of the odds, just after A53 Shrophire & A38 DERBY by a day or 2...

11:00 Friday 12th Feb 2016! You are not going to believe this! The Amazing Burt Wonderstone camera van guy at Northfield lane Wakefield! Apperently he is there once a month according to sandwich shop lady!

I'm just uploading the videos. I've told him to tell Tyson to send me the Ossett bypass video! I drove back at under 30 from Wakefield direction and its very difficult to keep it under 30mph ! The road just flows like you are driving a steam roller at 30! Woman in shop said it used to be 40mph!

Drive back to Question Wonderstone & tell him that I send a message to Tyson.. WHERE IS MY VIDEO FOR COURT & NUMEROUS OTHER REQUESTS & REQUIREMENTS?!


Then I get a Sandwitch and the lady says he is there once a month at that location & the road was a 40mph road. (30 is REALLY slow under the bridge really have to try to hold back at 30mph from speed percentile of road)

Driving away from Burt Wonderstone camera van & there is a car just afterwards!? Silver D12 CAM?! A police plant?


So the speed limit is supposed to be indicated by street lights not signs, yet the police erect 30mph disks (300mm) ones, when the police themselves say it is illegal to do!? Also if those are not supposed to be there. Why are they putting the 30mph road markings down? That are not even a circle in most cases oval? And what is the size spec?

It seems to me that the police and council ate going to a whole lot of trouble in some instances, but avoiding putting signs like traffic light signs out by cameras in other instances.

It is the police doing this as well, and I believe that it is the polices abuse of authority that has allowed them to scrap the prescriped regulations and given them false license to "do what they want" when none are even on questioning trained, Learned or even knowledgeable in any of the road signs or highway maintenance regulations or safety regulations at all.

Anyway this is the same guy as I reportedthe missing traffic light warning sign to, outside Dewsbury police station the other week..

On this occasion today, there is even a silver car with the REG number D12 CAM, after the camera van.. and I only just got that 4x4 the other day with REG: D 10 after i got off the motorway!

Here after meeting Burt Wonderstone van today... there was a police car with blue lights heading towards wonderstone... And a Lorry unloading on yellow stripe pavement! But he didnt have anywhere else to stop & unload! Also another one on Yellow stips in Huddersfield opposite the Tolson police station as well, but I didnt bother to video it.
You can just see the police car lights in the distance, might require HD version though.


I wonder if tyson is going to sent me the video or what? its getting riddiculus now.

The Guy I know from Elland who was on the speed awareness course with me.. He is going to get his speeding video from BARKISLAND as well... So we can compare laser technique... After I have mentioned him the other day in the thread on here.. the council have gone and put a one way arrow outside where he works, near the collapsed Elland bridge from the FLOODS!! the rotters.. and the Queing is insane on the Dual carriageway plus that extra traffic! there was no ned to add a one way to the road! In fact.. there was an AMBULANCE trying to get through all the traffic! and It couldnt get past! I am calling another Simon Taylor style trick but from Calderdale this time! REALLY DANGEROUS! there was a fire engine, and 2 other ambulances on the road as well.. all in the tailbacks! and I think maybe a police car as well! DUH! there was nothing wrong with the road!

Also the police have REWORDED & CHANGED the subject access information request form as well.... I think they are going to start opposing these speeding video requests.. Not that they dont supply the videos anyway when they are supposed to. Is there ANYTHING the police will co-operate with?!

I ponder chances for the fixed camera technician I spoke to before I started doing the stickers (Wigan) to be on my way to Platt bridge. He wasn't there, but instead I was diverted off the M61 and had to go through Bury to Rossendale and a different technician was there! But he wouldn't answer questions, as was too buisy! I asked if he would sign my petition! But he was too busy he said, so I left the website details. After that I saw him on the black phone to his boss afterwards! So not too busy to talk at all!


Speed camera technician! A58 Bolton Rd: DOESNT HAVE THE TIME TO TALK HAS WORK TO DO! PLACES TO GO PEOPLE TO GET FOR BEING LATE.



THEN i have to go back to Oldham because I forgot to drop something off! And I am just getting a picture of the sign posts that have 4 signs on instead of the maximum 2 per post. When an ambulance drives past and it is exactly approaching the "Bottom O'th Moor" road where the Traffic light camera is where I got the first ever 3points on my driving license from at 17 or 18yr old... AND guess WHAT!?

THE POSTS FROM NEARBY SIGNS are exactly in the sight line approaching the traffic lights and obstructing the view of the lights as you approach!

So obviously I am V.angry and have a little shout, I will put the video on but mark it explicitly. Adult content. Though, for religious purposes you can shout at god about anything.

THEN, I am driving back through Marsden past the little old garage that was on Calendar news and I was thinking the whole way back....

Chances for a Camera technician or speed camera meeting back through on that road...

And... Whaaaa?!

Yes! Mobile camera van on the 30mph road that is really 40mph... This time the guy looks a lot like Tyson but has the name tag RUSHWORTH?! Is it a joke? So they must have picked me up on the cameras while I was on the way over? Because before I got the 6 points... When I was just about to get a clean license..I actually thought they had got rid of speed camera vans! When I left college and got my license back I didn't see one mobile camera van for years! About 3 years until I saw the odd one or two and then that's when.I got done at Haslingden and Ossett! So it is rare to find them!

Anyway...RUSHWORTH knew about me seeing Burt Wonderstone the other say in Wakefield, and Is going to tell Tyson to remind him I am waiting for the video still. I told RUSHWORTH about the traffic light camera obstruction in Oldham on the way over... And he agreed he would report it to the council if he were me as well! They had some covers over the other lights there I think and an ambulance scene at the other traffic lights to the right!? Hope the view of those isn't obstructed as well?! If Rushworth WOULD report the missing traffic light warning sign and obstructive posts to the Oldham council.... then as a member of the road safety partnership... why is he and Halstead and Alan White and Burt Wonderstone not already reporting and complaining to Kirklees, Wakefield, Leeds, Bradford and Calderdale councils the missing traffic light warning signs in West Yorkshire?! or telling Alan White about them and Tyson? who i have already told Burt Wonderstone to mention to Tyson about the Dewsbury one missing opposite the Police station!!



Also almost immediately after I left RUSHWORTH, a lad was walking along the left pavement towards me who looked exactly like my mate who works for the council now! He mysteriously landed the job not long after his graffiti from the park was on the front cover of the local newspaper!? Was he scouted out for the job?! Another guy walking on the road from work who I have never seen before, who looked like my mate as well, but with long hair and walking kinda funny. Wierd.

Chances of this RUSHWORTH guy being there at Manchester road? He didn't seem surprised to see me anyway.

Quite a few people I know been done by the mobile camera van on the Manchester road and at 36mph as well. The OZZY guy who has a sandwich shop and used to play for the Rugby team has been done at 36mph on there he said as well.

So, I called a speed camera van to appear for yesterday, and exactly after i took a diversion to get around a tail back on a back way.. I passed the "Henry Rollins" look-a-like Fixed camera officer when was d rental box van.. on "Fall Lane" Heartshead.. the story is in the main Hello & welcome thread.. Then today... ANOTHER!? this time the www.safetycamera.org South Yorkshire police van in Rotherham! Right next to Sir Jacks! where i saw the police guy walking around on the roundabout the other week! and there are Illegal signs exactly where he was looking around! on exits from the motorway!? and the double repeaters as well.. and this week, i went to measure and record the signs.. and questioned this South Yorkshire road safety partnership about them and he was ok until he realised and then didnt want to comment! and closed up the hatch!

The thing is that at Blythe i found huge signs on a normal road.. 1200mm when they should be smaller.. yet here on exit from the motorway at Rotherham... the smaller ones should have been bigger! Is it a joke?!

2 CAMERA VANS! on the SAME ROAD 5 mile apart with CB radios! and the Terminal signs were the wrong size and no repeater signs for about a mile! PLUS google maps 2009 there are NO repeaters at that place! or 50mph terminal signs?! Is this even Humberside police area?! And the Signs at the Louth fixed Speed camera are illegal size as well?! how long for?
Who has authorized these signs? if anyone?



If you look at the MAP the location is only just on the EDGE of the Humberside police area anyway! And It would be interesting to see the official constabulary areas, because I wouldnt be surprised if they are "Sharing" that speed camera parking spot with Lincolnshire police.. so is it even enforcable?!





The 2 guys I was talking to must be the ones picking people off on the M180!? I wonder if it was one of then who did me on the Clive Sullivan way years ago?

I forgot to ask then if they have seen the new "GRIMSBY" film or adverts for it?

I haven't had time to look into the ex police lords yet...

The Police making excuses for it not being their fault for road signs being wrong or checking them... so here are again the illegal 300mm National speed limit signs, NOGT in either the Traffic Signs Regulations and Directions 2002 OR the Traffic Signs Manual 2008 Regulatory signs, Chapter 3.

Here near Runcorn, these police placed and created signs of illegal type bridge the link between the police and Highways both collaborating with illegal use of signage and direction. Thus one cannot keep blaming the other.
