You will not believe this!

First day back delivering after the 6 month ban.... I went to Craven Arms.. Then had to go to West Bromwich! i went via the B4176 and i had been thinking would a magical Police camera van appear?! UNBELIEVABLE!

I got to this well known roundabout on the way to the Black Country from Shropshire.... its the first main built up area.. really recognizable roundabout! I didnt notice at the time.. just now looking on the map.... The road the Police van turned onto off the roundabout is called THE MILKING BANK

He stopped to pick up a mobile speed sign at the side of the road!! so absolute odds on that.. i decided to follow him & he stopped just after roundabout!! LOL i turned around, pulled over just in time to get some Q&A questions and a general Chit chat! LOL! REG number BX06 WTJ and there were two crewmen. Really Brummie accents. West Midlands police

He claims the LTI and Prolazer are identical! anyway here is the convo if you can hear him clearly? lol...

Went to Whitby and decided to go back via Scarborough in case i saw a speed camera van YJ13 EZW.. and i thought not.. but very last layby on the A64, the silver van just pulled out before i passed him as if he was waiting for me.. i should have followed him for questions but turned off and went to Castleford for last delivery...

Police breakdown 40mph speed cameras getting motorists AFTER breakdown 10:00am M1 Sheffield North 19 April 2017

So, i set off to go to Truvelo UK this morning, and wasnt certain if i should have just Rung up instead. Anyway... i was driving M1 Sheffield Southbound and then noticed the Hidden Speed camera at the other side FLASHING getting motorists who were all already driving very SLOW! this distracted me.. i didnt even really see what was going on but the police had a lane shut off, and cars were going slow past them, that Speed camera flashing was shortly vAFTERWARDS! anyway... i was upset for the people that got flashed, as they were driving very slowly still!!!
I also wobbled the van between 2 lanes, trying to look at exactly what was going on and the flashes.. Which i wouldnt even have LOOKED or Payed attention to the SCENE if the CAMERAS FLASHING hadnt got my attention & INTEREST AWAY from the ROAD AHEAD.
So I went & Turned around at next junction and I filmed this... im sorry i didnt get the speed camera flashing people on film.. but this is with my new Sony camera as well (no sim car in so cannot be used for a phone) and is filmed for petition evidence anyway.. but it was in fact a police car getting towed away!!! 40 really was too slow and they had it 40mph quite a bit after the incident... I dont think they needed all this, as it also distracts peple at the other side of the motorway when the cameras flash!!!
I ended up driving back after this and Just rang Truvelo UK Instead.. as trying to get the connector cable for the Prolaser III.

Dear West Mercia Police,
Tosay 25/04/2017 I was in the Process of gathering evidence, filming a video for my Petition campaign at www.bentcop.biz & www.bentcop.boards.net concerning the Road Signage & speed limit & road lighting on the Chirk Bypass connected with GoSafe North Wales Safety camera vans that operate on that section of road. I was headed from Conahs Quay, on Route to Chirk, then from Chirk to Shrewsbury, When I encountered Your Camera Van YX62 HTE Parked over a similar Bridge, further on the road from where the GoSafe North Wales Van operates on similar Bridge position. Your van Was on the Bridge at West Felton, A5 in Shropshire. What were the Issues Today? 25/04/2017

Filming for my petition about the Chirk Bypass Bridge enforcement and guess who is further along, as West Felton Shropshire bridge position? I challenge him over adding M<PH onto vehicles with laser.. it was going to be detailed in depth convo, but he didnt wan to talk, only through door so i had to raise voice to be heard as he was in van... Was not the conversation i was hoping for this time. He was not as open to discuss his use of laser, i didnt even see what he was using this time.

The Issues Today were, that I was gathering detailed Strategic Lighting & Signage research & evidence of Police & council collaborated set-up of malicious enforcement strategys... When, shortly after my next delivery (I am doing petition work in between my regular job) I saw your VAN YX62 HTE. And i realised that i was driving exactly around the error threshold of 56-58MPH when i looked down, after being surprised to find him ahead parked over the Bridge. I was just driving along casually with other cars who had been going approx 55-60mph which is legal speed. They had then slowed for the camera van, which i did as well. But its then i realised that if they had not slowed below their legal speed (60mph) i would have just been flowing with them, in line and possibly have been doing either 56/57/58mph or even more... if i had not checked my speedometer when i saw the camera van on the bridge. They would not have been speeding at 60mph and i wouldnt have been at 56/57 but this is where the Critical interplay is..... as the LTI & PROLASER II can be used in a manner to easily ADD 3-6MPH onto a vehicles speed.. see my recent testing & research below. Also I believe that having CARS do 60mph and VANS only 50mph is NOT PRACTICAL. as Cars would be constantly overtaking.. thus VANS like the one I drive are LIKELEY to be going 56/57/58mph just by keeping flow and not hindering the cars.. and as we see from me filming your SAFETY CAMERA VAN VX55 AMV.. the Police Safety camera van driver also believes that 56/57/58MPH is perfectly acceptable speed on a 50mph Road.. as I have reported before... I believe the COUNCIL & GOVERNMENT & CHIEF have PLANNED IT so its ODDS on BET that ALL VANS WILL BE DOING THESE SPEEDS on these roads.. and the LTI LASER & PROLASER III can make a SWIFT 3mph+ ADD ON and the rest is the Art of speed enforcement.
So I Challenged your Officer today that He Is Using the Laser to ADD speed onto vehicles & that he KNOWS EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT... and in fact trains other officers. His responce was a big SMILE. as if Proud of the fact.. Though he denied it.. I believe that his SMILE is EVIDENCE he finds it amusing.
Here is The evidence Already reported to you previously also, your Safety Vans think its ok to drive at 56/57/58mph where the laser can easily add 3mph onto that to take a speed over the CPS published error margin in a 50mph area. (Example) already reported to you previousy also.

Before I encountered your officer today I was making a commentry on the Chirk Bypass Lighting.... And I CAN Film Videos for the Petition with Full Legal protection, as you know under the 1688 Bill of Rights, Right to Petition.. which is fully exempted from Advertising standards Authority regulations & complaints as well.. which means Its Not regulated & I can Say what I want and Do what I want in the videos for the stated Purpose. As its protected, exempted work.

I am looking to have the guns (LTI & Prolazer) withdrawn completely by the Home Office.

I request you provide me with the Full day of the camera offences from today from YX62 HTE.. for official purpose to evaluate & submit to the Ombudsman for evidence that the devices are being misused. Seeing as it was a Home Office device, used against me & the vehicle i was driving today REG______, It is also illegal to prosecute a petition work.. thus as i was filming while driving past today, the use of the camera on REG_____ was in fact illegal, thus i am in a position to demand ALL of the evidence gathered by that device today, to evaluate for complaint evidence to the Parliamentary & Health Service ombudsman, under Complaints of the misuse of home office approved devices and the approval process, which i am right to request and obtain evidence for submission & investigations.

Please Provide the Entire days evidence from all vehicles.

These are the LTI devices they use, if you go to the website the Calibration certificate is listed.. and you can view the piece of paper issued by Teletraffic UK.. which is a loada crap really in relation to the device itself being hooked up to the camera unit....

Also they are running a 100 LTI like what i have as well as 14x 1000 model units!

But where are the ProLazer III units the mobile patrol cars have and use huh? Not listed here.

**SOMETHING WENT WRONG IN THIS VIDEO AS THE SPEEDOMETER WAS NOT CORRECTLY LINED UP WITH THE VIDEO FOOTAGE SO I HAVE HAD TO CORRECT IT IN A DIFFERENT VIDEO***

I am going to have to re-combine the videos as the speedometer & the main camera didnt line up properly when i combined them.

OK**** so, i feel stupid now.. as for some reason the speedometer video and the dashboard camera had not aligned correctly in the above video

sorry about that.. so ive had to do it again.. its ok now though.. i sent it to West Yorkshire police casualty reduction partnership.. so i will have to re-send it again now.

I think the problem is.. with the sony phone being higher quality, my poor little computer is not always good enough to playback.. so i might be forced to get a better computer. but its been ok with the other videos.. so not certain why this just happened.

I got round to repairing that Video file from 2015.. which would not play.. i used an online repair tool.. but i had to pay a small fee...

Here it is anyway...

Most likely one of those Guys in the group of police bikes i spoke to & questioned that time, if you remember? some time between than & now.

See in comparison to this complaint i made about drivers getting fined for 43mph & 45mph on M1 Wakefield, when Sun was shining so they couldnt see sign board properly. i complained to West Yorkshire police about it.

See this video from a while back of many drivers getting flashed/fined at 43mph & 45mph!
