03 May 2016 Called some Bicester area Speed camera vans as "never, ever seen before by me" just on the Border of Warwickshire and then 2 appear shortly afterwards. TOGETHER! parked up at Tescos carpark, Bicester! no drivers  Then after i film the old TSS systems unit on the tile roundabout, one of them is driving past after i go back to get a bacon stick and film the signs!   |

I question a speed camera operator about the deviced giving inconsistent readings from the same vehicle, going at the same speed aimed in the same place on the vehicle & his reply was... He did not wish to comment further nor say if he has been getting the same effect as well with his own readings. I have put a complaint in to Scarborough council & North Yorkshire Police. But are the Council saying that they will not accept any fraud reports, criminal reports or conduct & behaviour reports of staff of their Highways department?   It seems to me that with the Rawdon, Leeds A65 case where an incorrect Traffic Regulation Order resulted in fine & conviction refund/removal there was no person to blame thus only required driver refund & legal correction. Where as with the Incorrect road signs, the Police & council do not, not, not want to do the correct investigations/complaint because it is Police & Council staff who are responsible and can carry criminal prosecution - causing drivers to contravene traffic regulation orders by maintaining & placement of Illegal and misleading road signage & incorrect prosecution history. And there is the problem. Also even though now several Police Chiefs have been in the newspapers for fighting, punching, sex affairs and things.. It seems thay still are not going to yet say sorry for my illegal arrest & prosecution. I do not think they want to, admit they have been collaborating with council staff & Highways agancy to maintain incorrect & illegal road signs and continue prosecuting with those circumstances.  I still am being prevented from freely putting up notices & stickers which they keep stealing to prevent me getting signatures from the public. |

Friday 27th May 2016 Delivering around Harrogate, York & Scarborough areas.. I film a Silver Police "Mobile Police Office" go through a red traffic light! at about 0.7 seconds! same as my alledged Macclesfield time and then there are TWO silver North Yorkshire Police Camera vans on the Way back! I talk to both & find out more information! Friday 27 May full day edit North Yorkshire Police mobile Police Office - YJ12 BAU Runs a RED LIGHT! Amber 3 seconds (34 seconds on timer)  (37 seconds on timer) light goes to RED and the police van is STILL WELL ON THE BEIGE BEFORE THE STOP LINE !  here at 38 seconds on timer the police van is clear of the stop line..  Thats 4 whole seconds from amber! so it is literally exactly like the Macclesfield time alledgedly played out over the stop line. |

120mph car catch Womersley!Sunday 12 June... I went to get Taco Bell in Barnsley, saw a sausage dog, bent lampost and a lampost i like in Hopton has been broken (I think by kirklees council so the new metal one can replace it) so i complained.. I went also to the A19 Womersley near Askern.. a really straight road, to do some LTI concept VS LR ultralyte tests. And got a guy doing 120MPH! over taking a car! and then saw a dragon on a lorry & did some experiments on a motorway bridge with the Concept & LR. see video. youtu.be/McEuGJImzhsCheck out my 120MPH speed reading of this car! The van's speedo only just has 120mph on it! and its limited to 79Mph anyway so impossible to do! but this CAR seems to breexe it at Womersley, near Askern. (I sent the video to the police, to see if they think the reading was accurate, though the REG number is not clear on the video! Here he is when i notice he is going fast, just as he starts to overtake the car..... i am just talking about the LTI & notice him.. and am like.. hey, this guy is going fast, i will try to get his speed!   Here , after the reading... i got him after he had over taken and it was a verra difficult shot because i had to go around/over the other car & he had got really far away by then! 427.2 meters! and thats without a zoom scope or video screen, just from the LTI standard sight!   the van speed only goes to 120! and is limited anyway! this car is going double my Ossett bypass alledged 59mph or whatever and its a single road country lane, National speed limit, just out of a 40mph village!

05 July 2016 Andrea Leadsom in the Newspapers today & I am sent to Bicester via the A43 Northampton... I was planning to do a surprise visit to Traffic Safety Systems again to see if they might be there... But I had a completely chance encounter with a Northamptonshire Police Speed camera van! KX13 EZC parked on a bridge over the A43! never seen one there ever before or a Northamptonshire safety camera van! The Fixed speed cameras on the A43 apparently being switched off, so I was told by the Police on there. Anyway... I did some sign checks & a video! Plus some google maps photos afterwards... You dont have national speed limit repeater signs on an unlit dual carriageway! a sign 0.5cm too small and a Natioal speed limit sign turned the wrong way. Questional roundabout terminals and illegal size national speed limt repeater signs by the M1 Juntion!         Will the Northamptonshire Police Chief Simon Edens be able to pull out a Authoritaztion document to use National speed limit repeater signs on an unlit carriageway from HM Government pre-dated? Forged? If 30mph repeater signs were authorized for use, why was the legislation not changed regarding their use?   Here is the contact form for Andrea Leadsom. 12 July 2016 - Ashby-de-la-Zouch, Tamwoth and Craven Arms Via Cannock & Church Stretton.More unlawful road traffic enforcement & surprise camera catches me off guar while I am looking for it! 30mph area! only just setting off from stationary at the traffic lights! I was delivering on my way to Craven Arms, Shropshire after doing some surveys & road sign investigations on the WAY AND some commentry for the petition videos... I was actually looking out for the Safety camera van on the 49.... driving carefully under 50mph, not over... When I got toChurch Stretton the traffic lights were RED. I stopped... waited & was just thinking about a pasty or Coffe at the petrol station 200yds ahead as I set off & to my surprise!! the Safety camera van!! parked on the left ahead! I had only just set off! Looked down at the speedometer!! AARGH!!! It was between 30mph & 40mph!! WTF!?  I am actually anticipating this guy to be on the road before the village! lol! Anyway.. So I immediately got recording again as i had been doing on the way between & did some investigating & went back.. found LOADS of unlawful road signage! and went to report it to him! then went to the village no 20mph repeater signs!? strange 500mm signs that should not exist! 45cm terminal signs!! so wrong! wrong Dog-leg configuration, oversized terminal signs & 45cm 40mpg repeaters instead of 300mm! also Moss covered terminal signs not clean for night time reflectivity! The Church Stretton Police station closed! So... By then he had changed position, but after my report had NOT left! unlike the two Retford guys who scooted last time I reported Illegal signs! Anyway... I did my delivery, and found some council Highways guys trimming grass & hedges! I asked who scheduled their hedge & bush maintenance? head of highways! And then Later Found also Two Highways Road sign Guys by Ness Cliff! taking a sign down! I asked a few questions & the signs DO have to be the correct size, but also they have NEVER KNOWN OF a 500mm size EVEN TO HAVE BEEN MADE! All this today was after me finding near Cannock earlier a LONE terminal sign! with Orange cones opposite it! Anway.. see todays petition investigations video! Im just sending a complaint in to West Mercia Professional standards who work with Warwickshire Police & sending a complaint to the Ticket Office as well... Apparently the Chief of Police is retiring?! I didnt know that. see shropshire road safe website....Think safer roads my complaint to professional standards department    The Court service listed as "partners" not independent judges.

A56 Chester Road, Walton 09.52am Warrington 19 july 2016Cheshire police patrol cars with two officers. Trainer and learner. Or Spotter & shooter. On Chester Road, Walton Warrington. Large Tree Grown over road signage for speed limit and the Google maps shows problem has been there for a while. Road not enforceable. Also the Sign Configuration is Questionable. I report it to the Officers. One Officer gets very angry that I ruin his little speed gun session. But agrees he will tell the council about it. The Officer is using a LTI True speed camera on a tripod. The Blue sign does not say Dual Carriageway. And it is only one lane on one side. It says 40 Means 40. And Police enforcement. Thus when the traffic signs manual says 600mm it means 600mm. and when it says Unlawful sign configuration it means unlawful sign configuration. And when the road must comply with the TSRGD for enforcement evidence to be submissible.. well... it means it is not submissible if "the road" doesnt comply.   You can have a single carriageway with 3 lanes and a single carriageway with 4 lanes. I guess you will need to check the Traffic regulation order for the road. But if it is Dual Carriageway status then it should have a sign in place stating it IS a dual carriageway, or else it might not be enforceable as one regarding the required signage configurations. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dual_carriageway#United_Kingdom Here is an example where there are lined markings, not grass. In either situation you would need to check the traffic regulation order to establish the road type. For signage configuration  Not long after, I see the Go SAFE North Wales Camera Van CW54 FCX on Chirk bypass.. by the McDonalds roundabout! Not on the bridge! first time I have ever seen it in this position! I do my delivery and the driver is still there afterwards! He is "VERY HAPPY TO TALK TO ME!" says to come back anytime. Is happy to talk about speed cameras & road signs as much as I want & takes my website details to look at. He is using an LTI 1000. He answers many questions & tells me a lot of things I didnt know. This Professional Police Witness gives me many testimony & evidence that I an sending to Simon Byrne, Cheshire police Chief, who work with North Wales Police across borders from time to time. Main points discussed... The Professional Witness agrees that a Traffic Light stop line can only be the size stated in the TSRGD manual. And they are trial testing a new type of Red light camera in North Wales called "RED". They do not use "Traffipax" brands in North Wales. But agrees that you need the measurement markings to calculate the amber light distance, like the traffic light cameras in London & manchester. The Professional Witness says that there is NO PRESCRIPTIVE DIRECTIONS FOR 20MPH SIGNAGE SPEED LIMITS. Local Authorities set their own rules & regulations & specifications for sign sizes & repeater signs. So there could be no Secretary of State approval unique for each area. The Professional Witness says that if a sign has foilage grown covering it, he will NOT enforce the speed limit. The Professional Witness says that he had tried to get slip efffect from the LTI 1000, but he can not do it. He also more or less agrees with me on sign condition, like faded numbers or red rings. & the amount of dirt covering a sign. He has not tried any of the experiments to the test the LTI laser size that I explained to him. I do not think he has seeen or read the Traffic Signs Manual, (Not certain) But has briefly attended court cases, when required to enter the court room to give evidence. They do try to put cases through sometimes, but most of the time when the signs are not fit & proper he simply does not enforce a location & moves to a different one, informing the council of the tree or bush growth. There is currently a sign on the Welsh/Cheshre border for a road traffic enforcement that the Police Cannot enforce because the "sign is incorrect". It must have been made wrong or something. I am not certain exactly where it is, as he only mentioned it as an example. But if a sign is "Not correct" it is a given exemple of where a enforcement cannot be done because of an incorreect road sign. Apparently this sign effects both Cheshire & north Wales because of its position on the border between both counties. For further points watch the video! although its difficult to hear the Officer as he was inside the Camera van & the road was buisy. But this Officer was very enthusiastic & co-operative and states that he is a very fair camera operator, and Is happy to talk "any time" about road signs or speed camera devices!

Safety camera technician is not fit to give evidence in court, or present a demonstration of the cameras.
OR refuses to discuss or comment about the required sign checks or the road marking information concerning operation of the camera & its legal enforcement & correct use.
I just left the House to post letters for an appeal as the Police Road safety camera partnership vandrove past & stopped at the fixed truvelo camera newar our house. the only one in several on the road, with incorrect markings, not uniform with the other cameras of the same type & model.
I thought this seemed more than co-incidence.

Truvelo cameras use Peizo strips and a +/- 10% triple strip configuration road marking.
Not the gatsometer long distances stripe layout.
I question the officer over these markings. he either does wan to comment, or does not know.
He suggests asking the council. as they are in charge of the road markings.
I disagree. that Kirklees council traffic light management have confirmed that the council does not install the cameras, or the road markings. nor do they enforce the speed limit.
The police officer of YJ14 CWL claims it is the council not the police who are in charge of the road markings & stop lines.
When i question the officer regarding TSRGD sign checks by the police, that are required periodically, he, smiles friendly, and gets in his van, keeping silent, refusing to comment.
and locks his vehicle. It was a friendly exchange of comments.
I walk away to post letters and get fish & chips. he is not there when i pas on the way back home & he did not service any of the other cameras on the road, as far as i am aware.
I wanted to add the questions to him, if he gies evidence in court about the camera prosecutions? and if so he must be fully trained & knowledgeable about the camera, operation, functions, all details about the road measurement markings and also the traffic light stop line calculations (forgot to ask him about how you work out the amber light position if the speed cannot be verified)
Also when I got home, the Parcel force/postman had been & left a package. It was a poster that i had ordered. of a steve jackson book. The poster features a character with content comparable to the LTI ultralyte devices. I thought it was significant that the poster was delivered just after the encounter with the vehicle YJ14 CWL, where I got to ask questions to the officer. He was friendly, but did not wish to give full answers or comment to my questions. and directed me to ask the council. where when asked, the council direct questions at the police.
The complaint is not against the officer, in this instance it is regarding the road markings being incorrect for correct operation of the camera.
Also that these officers should not be giving evidence in court regarding speeding convictions, if they cannot openly discuss or are not knowledgeable in the technical operation, markings and use of the camera and the legislation around its authorization for lawful use. because I have been in a court in bolton & the Officer there giving evidence, was the camera technician, same job position as YJ14 CWL. and he must know about the road markings for both red light & fixed speed cameras, to be able to give the court demonstration and presentation before the magistrates. so i believe that he should not be giving evidence or is refusing to answer questins because he does not want to admit that road signage is not lawfull at the sites.
I should have asked him how they work out the distance from amber on some cameras that display no vehicle speed.

I havent updated this thread for ages..... but im in one of the HGV groups on facebook & one of the drivers just posted this on the 8th, ive just seen it now..... Near Newport.. a speed Camera Van enforcing a road that is "Closed" lol!  stupid.. The lorry driver said he didnt have the "Heart" to tell the Police camera van officer he was a "Silly Cunt". Looks like he is enforcing the other direction. Istnt this a total waste on time & money when the roads closed?  |

Somebody just posted this on a facebook drivers page... Looks like they have no intention of stopping the mobile camera vans. They are spending more money on night vision for them.... And this camera officer really seems to think that camera vans improve safety.. Not limiting the top speed of modern safer cars.. Not certain i will be able to post it directly here. The actual story is from 25 January 2017. I had heard about the new night time technology... I think they do the videos to get them to push psychological resistance and openly support their team i dont think he looks too enthusiastic. For them no need to come up with this device.. there must have been issues about proving the aim at night time.. And that means that the aim can be challenged in daytime... but they dont even want to show you the video footage to look at it!! so these devices are in fact... just a "Statement" because really they are just trying to plug up every possible hole they can out of being challenged.. Yet they just will not put the road signs correct! lol. And the speed limits consistent! and stop the cars being able to do over 70/80mph would have helped from the start... When will these retards ever just realise that the entire idea is stupid from the start? |
