Your colleagues from South Cheshire magistrates court, Crewe have written in reply to my claim that the hearing listed by the CPS should go ahead as planned.
Since I have found reinforcing evidence on the Government website that the legislation protecting me from being taken to court by the crown prosecution service is without doubt active and enforceable, the court administration has no option but to terminate proceedings. The case can not be heard by the magistrates. To do so is illegal. It is criminal to hold an illegal hearing in a court of law.
The Crown Prosecution Service can not bring illegal prosecution into your courts. The matter is not to be decided by a magistrate, by a prosecutor or by any person.
The Law tells you what you can and cannot do. You cannot hold a hearing over any matters pertaining to my petition work
All that I am required to do I'd produce my petition and petition work, which is clearly evident.
This is no different to production of a purchase receipt when challenged over grocerys in your possession.

When will it end. It is clearly a personal conduct and behavior matter of your employees.

The legislation is clear that ALL prosecutions are illegal every kind. It means that there is no power, place or authority for the use of law in any way shape or form ontowards my person, when I produce written document to you of my petition and that I was inspecting the fixed traffic light camera set up for investigation of my petition campaign actually regarding speed cameras. Started in reasonable time before that incident and as I have given extensive document of the camera that is in my petitiond website, it has become part of my campaign now even if you do not believe me regarding my inspection at the time of the aledged offence.
The fact is that as ALL prosecutions are illegal against me for my petition on illegal speed cameras. I can in fact adopt the investigation into my petition campaign investigation for ballot voting documentation at any time. It does not matter when the alledged offense occured. The fact is that it is,most certainly now included in my campaign. And as it IS a prosecution of law. That is specific to the protective legislation of petitioning. That is the entire point. Immunity from "the law" in my endeavours.
The fact that the main opposing political force my petition is against is,the crown itself and the crown prosecution service and police! That is why the law exists and,EXACTLY who are seeking to punnish me in law through a prosecution process.
The entire point is my protection against that. And it is no wonder I need it by the blatant disregard and disrespect for that law itself by that party.
You can not continue with the hearing. There can be no hearing in these matters. The police and Crown prosecution may not like it. The Government may hate it. It exists the law is on the Governments own website and active. It may be a legal loophole, but my case is the epitaph of examples of why it exists. I am challenging the entire legal system of road traffic enforcement to be corrupted and am investigating it and gathering signatures from the public to force pulic enquiry into cps and police corruption and your court has no legal powers under law and order to make any decision or judgment on the matter what so ever. Law is null in this matter. I am doing work for government. It is a citizens power if they choose to take it up and I have taken up the pen I am protected from your court and any court. Whether you like it or not.
The case will be terminated immediately.

There is nothing your or any other court can do other than, obey the law & terminate the illegal prosecution listed with the court, or use criminal personaal conduct & behaviour to ignore the law and continue to punnish me, when the entire purpose of the legislaion it to prevent that. And currently you are causing me much stress and worry and upset over the matter,
LAW is void in matters of petitioning.
If it were a petition to have a new toilet block built in the town centre, then the CPS & Police would not have batted an eyelid at it. But seeing as it is a petition, to the people to present to HM government, in the ballot bag concerning the Police, Crown prosecution service and courts themselves that i have found seeped in fraud & illegal speed camera operations, it is no wonder that the police have tried to stop me. Have punnished me, and the Crown prosecution service continue to use the only means at their disposal to obstruct and attack me - the law, the prosecution process, the exect very thing i am protected against and the only thing that you would need to be protected against when doing a petition that is opposing the government, crown and Mp's and their servents - yourself. Nothing else would require me to be protected against, that it the entire point.
And as you are keenly ignoring this most valuable and ancient valid right. no wonder that the court staff and magisttates have no respect for the law at all what so ever.
The magistrates think that they are the only ones that make decisions regarding law. The fact of the matter is that in their choosen field - LAW, it is NULL. VOID, against a petition. LAW CAN NOT BE USED.
LAW IS THE MAGISTRATES, YOUR FIELD OF WORK. - LAW HAS NULL EFFECT AND NO POWERS OR AUTHORITY AGAINST A PETITION.
The magistrates powers in petitions & voting is the ballot box, not the courtroom. They vote for Mp's. and can sign petitions.
LAW FOLLOWS LEGISLATION.
Petitioning IS a public & Civil Right. It is POLITICS. POLITICS MAKES LAWS. POLITICS CHANGES LAWS. POLITICS CHALLENGES LAWS.
Politics is above law. NO MAGISTRATES DECISIONS OR POWERS ARE IN EFFECT WHAT SO EVER IN RELATION TO "MY WORK" going about my buisness for gathering research, evidence and documents for my petition to present to the public on why they should vote/sign on my ballots to present to HM Government for change and effect in parliament.
If a magistrate wants to change laws, get a job as a politician. or do a petition.
I AM PROTECTED AGAINST THE FIELD OF LAW, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND POLICE, YOUR AUTHORITY IS NULL. AND RIGHTLY SO AS I AM CHALLENGING THE ENTIRE UK CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE, POLICE CHIEFS AND GOVERNMENT.
