Further examples of defacement in public & police have NO INTEREST IN IT WHAT SO EVER AS CRIME.
I AM TARGETED FOR MY PAPER STICKERS AS POLICE OPPOSED TO MY PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR WORK TO UNCOVER POLICE CRIME ACTIVITY.
Sheffield students are not prosecuted for street vandalism & defacement or criminal damages or fly posting. LONG TERM. Bristol Cheltenham road & Manchester centre & London similar. WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE CHOOSE TO PROSECUTE ME FOR USING PAPER STICKERS EXEMPTED FROM LEGISLATION AND A COUPLE NEAR MANCHESTER FOR LESS THAN 12 STICKERS. CLAIM THAT IT IS THOUSANDS OF POUNDS OF DAMAGE CAUSED. THE STICKERS ARE POLITICAL AND EXEMPTED UNDER LAW. ALSO FLYERING IS DEFACEMENT NOT CRIMINAL DAMAGE ANYWAY.
TRUTH: WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE DO NOT WANT SIGNATURES ON MY PETITION OR PUBLIC AWARENESS OF ILLEGAL POLICE ACTIVITY. POLICE USE AWOL TACTICS AND ILLEGAL ARREST, LIES ABOUT CHARGES ANY TYPE OF OFFENCE & TERROSIST VERBAL THREATS TO ATTEMPT TO STOP ME PETITIONING AGAINST THEM.

 Ive been phoned twice from 01132388### no idea who it is. Could be the CPS or newspaper or somewhere else. Google search of the number does not list it as a legitimate number. Some complaints thing and a badoo listing. I am going to take it as Dodgy.    I am also trying to get an advert in the Manchester Evening Post, but they are only accepting contact via an enquiry form and I have had no reply. Is this a BLOCK before my court case on the 9th next month? The Yorkshire Evening Post would not run my advert before the Election, and It was in my opinion political in nature of refusal. Fortunately the London Evening Standard & metro accepted by adverts. The police do not seem to be moved by newspapers as they are robust and seem to just lie and avoid questions with ease in the culture of propaganda that they aide and abett.  |

  Ok, so it is illegal to trespass on a railway. Railways are privately owned, and you need to pay to buy a ticket to ride on a train anyway. In comparison, even though no pedestrians are allowed on the road of a motorway. The fences are for safety purposes especially at night time. Not for legal reasons.. If you have to take fuel to a vehicle or have payed road tax, you can be on it and I take that as on foot as well, if needs be. Such as in breakdown, to walk to a phone, or even to take a pee as its against health & safety to pee your self. Also if you need to check your vehicle, a bulb, or inspect it or any other legitemate reason. The motorway is not private, its public owned and in addition it is only illegal to be on the road tarmac itself. And I am guessing that includes pedestrians. The fencing around a motorway is for safety reasons only, not legal reasons as stated. You cannot "tresspass" on a motorway grass or woods and usually there are no signs anyway and they rarely even bother with the vehicle restriction signs. you are not allowed on the road or to cross it if you break down in the middle lane you are supposed to await recovery with warning lights? So you can/cannot push the vehicle?. I have seeen people get out and walk on the road in long traffic jams & talk to eachother. With police present also. No-one was arrested or charged. Note that I see a lot of these motorway regulation signs in South Wales, but in England they mostly cannot be bothered to put them up. For example on the M66/A56 they only have "restricted vehicles keep left" which does not even say that restricted vehicles cannot continue forward (farm traffc issues with the roads construction restrictions) So if pedestrians are not informed, the correct signage is not in place. Even if it is, then I state that is is for the ROAD SURFACE ONLY, and that there is no law that describes a person is not allowed to be on the land at the side of a motorway. As stated its where you go if broken down, and i assume you are not supposed to walk on the hard shoulder, or collect lost items from the road without calling for assistance. Although a mechanic can work on a vehicle on the hard shoulder. If you are doing something that is exempted from requiring permission from the council or highways authority, then You can be on there with or without a vehicle. |

Does anyone know the name of the Ex policeman who was on dragons den and started a mobile media advertising board rental company? This one was in Bicester.  (EDIT) I cant belive this! He is called Taylor, I think! Ian Taylor! What are the chances of that?! considering that I have been ranting on about the corrution of Simon Taylor of Kirklees planning which ties into the illegal road signage! haha. Are these people just getting BAD SCHOOLING? and really terrible corrupt peer circles here? Who did Taylor even learn from? The police try to argue that your signs distract drivers, then go and start a media company selling adverts that are mobile by roads & sell to the Police! What other goods are being traded here, thats what I would like to know!  Here is a clip from the Dragons den episode. Im certain it is this one! Dragons' Den - Ian Taylor pitches Media Displays TV-Bikes and Digi-Vans. He sells to the police and Im certain is an ex police officer!? I bet he probably knows Sgt. Tyson as well? Tyson & Taylor. The Road signage & display experts!? This has got to be a set up! And from today 15 September 2015 an example from Manchester near Stretford. I was going to a shop JUST AROUND THE CORNER, called "Robin Hoods" Lol. Also another place today just by a Robin Hood pub off the M62 where all the pointless roadworks are going on. Heres a notice the road works manager put up?! Keep out of the woodland area, as there are "Green back Newts" there?! and the area was partitioned off. Also I saw an edge line on the side of the hard shoulder, so cars certainly cannot cross that! so this to me is undoubted that you CAN be on the grass & woods by law next to a motorway. Just that they usually fence it off for safety reasons.   Anyway, back to the point on these media boards... Here are my Images from Stretford. I also just noticed that it says Brearleys on the vehicle parked behind & brearleys solicitors in Brighouse do use a big Bill board to advertise their solicitors buisness, which is updated frequently with new adert photos. I took my case to them to bring litigation to the council & police for incorrect road signs & illegal prosecution against me, but they wouldnt take on the case, they told be to go to a "swazinski's" instead, which I couldnt find!? Ill go get a photo of their current advert now! Brb!   Looks like Ben Robbers little van as well driving past, lol. "Trade team?" Nah.  And here when I turned around, by a fixed speed camera where there are 2 U-Turn places besides eachother by the M60 Junction.. Funny that it says Matthew, as We had a Matthew & his dad work delivering for us & Matthew left to join the Police force. His dad was our best driver, but soon after Matthew left, his dad got pulled over by the Police mobile vehicle weighing team & red diesel dipping test thing. Our lorry was over weight. I am certain to this dad that Matthew got his police mates to be waiting for his own dad so they could do our work for sending him out slightly over weight!! There had been some arguments about pay as well. VERY soon afterward Matthews had left and got a job with a security van company, group 4 or something. Those are the jobs ex-police men get, so I wouldnt be surprised if the police got him that job through contacts. Matthew left his girlfriend as well when he joined the police! And I think she might even have been pregnant?! They set him up with a police lady!? they moved to a different area to where they work as police!? With ex police as security guards, buisness men contacts, keep it in the family, and contradictory buisness plans against the stuff they are prosecuting you for, No wonder todays newspaper says Court Jezter on it. The law is a joke!? who can trust these people? After experiencing Crew Commander "Sutcliffe" of the fire departments attitude as well, after she realised I was going to complain about her attitude, A police PC was sent all the way from Bradford for that to ask ONE QUESTION, in 5 seconds, THESE PEOPLE HAVE SERIOUS ISSUES WITH POWER AND AUTHORITY AND USE OUR SERVICES TO THEIR OWN PRIORITIES NOT AS A PUBLIC SERVICE. Its like some kind of club, for people with authority issues, who like to play games with regular folk and "set up little games for fun" with speed cameras & even the TERM "speed cameras" is like a porno joke. Is Sam Goozee Clerk of the Justice's in on the porno joke as well?!  A stange speed camera with M8 "Mate?" spray painted on it? Police mans mates? Solicitors Mates? CPS's Mates? a Police breeding program? Robocop? The Terminator? The Mayorinator? Prime Ministerator? The Eatonator?  THE BOLTONATOR!  And some poor devil stuck at the Traffic light junction. Seems they got caught when the lights changed and ended up stuck? In a Gold/Orange car, in front of a Yellow tractor pulling a red trailer. No cat adverts though, or Pantyhose in this photograph! Did someone rig the lights to change on purpose?  |

University paintwork on the pavement, is not criminal damages. Try telling that to Mr. Stephen Murphy or whoever? at Crown Prosecution Service Leeds.. who claims water colours used on the pavement or road is criminal damage. Tour De France? Paint all over the roads around Holmfirth? It Ok Murphy... Forget the legislation... You just make up your own rules that you want to argue in court & if the judge is on your side, you know its a steal before you even start. Dont even bother throwing the dice.  Circus posters endemic around Huddersfield & West Yorkshire. Council staff say "where are they?" "we havent seen any"  They must be walking around with their eyes closed... None removed. Apparently the circus has certain notice placing rights...  Like with political petitions...  |

Just for a legal opinion, where exactly IS 57 and 58 Mph on the speedometer of the vehicle I drive?  Can you mark it out exactly, and not just "about there" or "around there" ? Or is this another "Freeman" miracle speeding case stunt that can be used in court? I only see the speed marked out in 5mph increments. And between is a guess.  |

Banner's over a road Knaresborough... Fire service with A Led Jones!   Funny, because i bumped into "Fireman Paul" the other day in the fish & chip shop and there were about 3 ambulances went past with sirens on. EVERY time I go out there are ambulances! You hardly ever used to see them! I dont know why they are complaining about the NHS. I have never heard as many ambulances flying around, like all the time! |

A57(M) Motorway. WITH PAVEMENT ALONG SIDE, AND NO SIGNS FOR RESTRICTIONS OF PEDESTRIANS OR OTHER MOTOR VEHICLES. I dont think they have even replied to ANY of my letters & the Magistrates court ignored my Emails previously as well. Also I did not even know THESE OFFENCES CARRY PENALTY POINTS! THEY ARE BANNING ME FROM DRIVING! 6 PENALTY POINTS FOR ALLEDGEDLY BEING ON THE ROAD! TWICE SO FAR! So with the ^ points I already have from the WRONG & ILLEGAL CONVICTIONS OSSETT BYPASS AND M66/A56 (6 points) THAT IS 12 POINTS! AND THAT IS FROM WEST YORKSHIRE MOTORWAYS, NOT EVEN THESE CLAIMS OF MANCHESTER ONES FROM MANCHESTER POLICE! WHAT HAPPENS TO PEDESTRIANS? HOW CAN THEY GET POINTS ON A DRIVING LICENCE?! Sliproad into services Litter collector alongside motorway. Any warning signs flashing informing traffic? nope.   Slip road out of services Hitchin a ride?  Lorry parked not broken down..  As well as this, I keep replacing light bulbs on the van, and others keep going! every time I put new ones in, other go! and its a newish van! One time I replaced a bulb & the light still didnt work on the side! till I tapped it a few times! Now one of the drivers at work just got back today & had a headlight bulb out as well, and they put a NEW bulb in and it STILL DIDNT WORK! Whaaa! He said THAT CARRYS PENALTY POINTS AS WELL!!! You can get BANNED FROM DRIVING FOR THIS!!  And with what I have seen regarding "mysterious and questionable electrics and other operating quirks" recently on the Van & other vehicles... Its really concerning as if it is the drivers fault or not! And difficult to prove.  |
