This was today... Well rusted fixed speed camera, Barnsley centre bypass.   This one has no way been maintained or cleaned in years! or serviced! A few cameras in Barnsley are out of action and Ive seen them with those orange covers over them! Someone had rammed a street lamp post as well, like flat! Please do NOT do that! That is real criminal damage! Please do not damage the street furniture! take pride and care in public property! |

On Monday I passed through Shropshire on the A49, one of my favourite roads... & there was one of these Police "request for witnesses" for an accident that happened. I have seen them before...  It is annoying that when I was being questioned by the police (Sgt.Tyson) about my stickers & his officer attacking my van (turned around as "a fray" against me - (later to assault, then down to intent to distress) I asked him about getting one of these signs at the location where the events occured between myself & Sgt. Tysons officer, Alan White... but Tyson claimed I could not have one. I refuse to believe this, as the police should have been able to have a witness board put out. I think that Tyson did not want to get any witnesses who would give evidence against his officer. The police also failed to finger print my door handles that Alan White threw open. The Guy, Timonthy Smith, whos details I took down as a witness at the time.. well his details did not save to my phone for some strange reason when I saved them. There was some strange phone error. Hmmm. Anyway. You can get witness boards, but not apparently if its in a situation where the police could get prosecuted! BENT! Oh I forgot to say! This A49 near Church Stretton, Shropshire (A village with the most wonderfull bowling green & used to have a decent skate park until someone got rid of it!) is seriously lacking "SHARP DEVIATION OF ROUTE" Road signs!!!!! And as a mega BENDY ROAD, it REALLY NEEDS THEM, AT NIGHT TIME EVEN MORE!!!! So the road is lacking important safety features! I think A mobile camera operates there as well & some road signs are too high and other questionable specifications. Some locals have made their own little "Orange sharp deviation of route" signs, to help make a safer road. No idea where they got that idea from!? Back in West Yorkshire the A644 Corn Mill road has had loads of accidents! and it still has illegal size 50mph signs! the council can be litigated against by the accident victims. All the council & police do it put up a sign saying how many accidents there have been!? I put up plastic encapsulated notices informing people about the illegal signs, But Officer Alan White stole them all, when he was passing by in his police fixed speed camera service van!!!!!!!!!! He went A.W.O.L. to get them all. I even took the signs into the police station to report & they "DIDNT WANT TO DO IT". "DIDNT WANT ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT" - "GO SEE THE COUNCIL"... ErrrrrRRrrr ## ILLEGAL ROAD SIGNS## ACCIDENTS. ERrr They updated the signs on the roundabout (after accidents??!) but not on the road!? WHY!? errr POLICE!!!!!!!  ? AMBULANCE!!?? FIRE ENGINE METAL CUTTERS??!!!! POLICE PATROL CARS? ROAD SIGN CHECKS?? COUNCIL VEHICLES??? DRIVE BY???!!! MAYOR!!!?? SIMON REEVEL??!! BARRY SHEERMAN!!?? DAVID CAMERON??!! ANYONE!!?? |

Ok so I have written to the Court, Huddersfield Magistrates, The Ministry of Justice & Complained to both Manchester & West Yorkshire professional standards about my Illegal arrest & charges.
They are opposed to my petition, but I have legal protection.
I was given a wrong court time/date card by Huddersfield magistrates court & that is fraud & their mistake, thus I should be issued with a new date, other than the fact that the whole thing is illegal and must be withdrawn.
So it is limbo at the moment.
I have a few letters to reply to to the IPCC, SRA, Bar standards and other complaints authorities but I have been so buisy & they usually just fob me off, so I havent got around to responding with all this other hassle from this as well!!!! So if those organisations are reading this, I am being legally abused & at the moment have not had chance to reply.
I do not believe that the court can issue a warrant if they made a mistake, because a power would not have become exercisable because an error had been made. Also I would still have the right to appeal & they have not responded to my further emails.
This is getting silly now.

By fact of "error". - Example, they get your name wrong. And it is ammended... or THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG COURT TIME! And a warrant IS WITHDRAWN. - They should have to send you a new court date. You can not be expected to know to just turn up anytime, when it is their error. Also if you are just "told" a date by a magistrate, but not given a notice or letter, how are you expected to remember it? What if you email the court & they tell you a different date to what you thought the magistrate said? When you have had all your things taken from you, how can you write it down? I do not believe that a power has become exercisable if a wrong time/date has been issued. Because that is fraudulent. Also when the law states a decision can not be made or no conviction is possible, it means that! So there is no power to do so. An appeal is againt a decision that COULD be made, which you seek another opinion on, from a different court. When a decision can NOT me made. But is anyway, against the law. That is error. and thus errors can be corrected, just as with incorrect hearing times. The problem is that most people who appeal, with a strong case, do seem to win with driving related issues. But it is only the DECISION of the magistrate that is challenged and re-decided. Crown court hearings are recorded & used as referance. But what if a magistrates court makes errors? evidence not presented/or is removed, decisions that could not be made... Nothing is recorded when you ask for a recording . there is NONE!! did the Clerk do as required? was the legal advisor accurate? what was seen? was video watched as the receptionist says it will be? what did the prosecution say? was your mitigation read out? These issues are why a Magistrates courts operations could have been allowed to come into question. |

Issues with honesty & employment policy seem apparent across the entire government currently. Most staff working in email reply do not even know what is on the website of that department. I am very concerned. Mainly the complaints departments and agencies are also demonstrating problem issues.

Ok so I am extremely disturbed tonight. My friend has just messaged me on the phone chat, saying that my Court case was on the newspaper website at the start of this month over 22 days ago!!!!!!!!
And that it claimed I had been found guilty of 6 offences!!!! when I was only charged with 3!!!!!!
Also that a warrant had been issued for my arrest!!! This HAS to be the Warrant that got withdrawn because of the Court sending me the wrong time on my attendance card & they later withdrew the warrant, but re-issued it again! But by admitting the mistake, they would have to inform me of a fresh time & date, they couldnt just "hold it any time"!!!
Its been over 22 days now!
Added to this, my mate himself was in court for arguing & fighting with his girlfriend!!! He said that in the report on HIS court hearing that they had also written false information!!! That he had been charged with Drunk & disorderly!!! something that WAS NOT TRUE! as that never happened in court!!! so he is saying?!
Funny as I was telling him that was what he SHOULD have got charged with, when we were talking about it before his hearing?!
This is getting stupid now. wrong dates on the BBC & SKY websites, illegal court cases, incorrect information on newspaper websites & I am in limbo, trying to get the Ministry of Justice, Police, Council, Crown Prosecution and Courts to STOP THIS LEGAL ABUSE AGAINST ME!!!!!!! This is nuts.
My Friend was charges with Criminal Damages for breaking a small window on a rented house, and it is subject to insurance contract, and it is as his own house while living there, in that a contract with a Landlord is a legitimate legal excuse for not being prosecuted for breaking a window by accident during an argument. Because it is his own dwelling at that time, under different legal contract.
Also he was charged with threatening his girlfriend with a knife!!! but he said before that he was NOT found guilty for that?? But before in his previous hearing he was not supposed to be being charges for the window, because of the contract!
Someone is lying here. If this is a joke at my expence then, bollocks. I am innocent.
The law is bullshit. The authorities just make stuff up to suit themselves.
All these Magistrates, Police and prosecutors need to be brought to justice. The council & government as well. They are taking the piss out of us all. Or me, at least.

Getting annoyed with this now. I have written to Number 10 a few times. They are responsible for the employment policy conduct & behaviour of employees in the various government departments. Its a Human rights issue & Legal abuse beyond the limits of the law is terrorism in breech of the political civil freedoms & liberties of this country. I even complained to the armed forces, because thats what they protect both at home as well as overseas. Anyone can easily write to the Prime minister at number 10 if you hadnt been on the website. And when they are in direct violation of the Human Rights act, the Prime Minister has a legal obligation to ACT. Or committs and criminal offence. I have been caused to do this petition campaign by repeated failures by the Councils & police. And all avenues of complaint to no avail. I have operated with protection by Law & exemption from legislation to speak freely to petition and communicate the truth and state my opinions of thought. It IS the full responsibility of the Prime Minister to direct his staff to act according to the Laws and employment policy they work under. |

3 seperate cars with people "on the motorway today, in the roadworks! I got 2 pictures but one has vanished from my phone. Didnt get the 3rd in outside lane as well, yet traffic after them all was just the same. LOL.  Heres the fact, IMHO> You ARE ALLOWED TO CROSS A DUAL CARRIAGEWAY. & people even live on them. You CAN NOT CROSS A MOTORWAY. Its illegal to go on it. In the legislation/highway code it STATES you must not BE ON THE ROAD, SLIP ROAD OR A MOTORWAY ROUNDABOUT. Which I take as you can not CROSS it, or walk on the road ITSELF. If you BREAK DOWN, you must retreat to the GRASS BANKING. SO NATURALLY BY COMMON SENSE ## YOU ARE ALLOWED TO BE ON THE GRASS BANKING ## because that is where you MUST go TO, if you break down. Most motorways have fences around to keep people off for safety reasons, not legal rwasons. There are also signs & notices which must be readable by people. The motorway NO PEDESTRIANS sign is not always or hardly ever used, as is the vehicle restrictions. And the pedestrian warning IMHO is for the ROAD ITSELF & SLIP ROAD TARMAC. Naturally when WORKING on a motorway there are HIGHWAYS AGENCY ROADSIDE WORKS SAFETY PRECAUTIONS & EQUIPMENT - NOT USED BY POLICE CAMERA VANS! ONLY PATROL & EMERGENCY VEHICLES! So. YOU CAN stop on the hard shoulder, thats what it is there for, so you dont pee yourself against health & safety pants, or IF YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE for any reason. Or any reasonable excuse except taking a phone call possibly unless its for a HM government petition??  |

So here is an example of 3 women broken down on the M60 motorway Hard shoulder. 2 of them walk to the SOS phone, and the other is sat in the Drivers seat, with the boot & front passenger door both left open. There is no grass to retreat to off the Motorway, so they were stood on the road. Later walking on the hard shoulder. I went back for a 2nd pass and then a 3rd to get some video evidence.
& 2nd Pass..
So SGT. Tyson charged me for "being on the Grass" which I contest is allowed because it is not on the road itself, or slip, or roundabout. Fencing it for safety, but in Law you cannot cross the motorway or be on it. The GRASS/Banking is where you are supposed to go to, so you can be there.
Here there IS NO BANKING. So the girls are on the motorway. & in the car, which you are supposed to get out of.
On the way there I saw 2 breakdowns on the M62, one with 2 kids sat on the Concrete block of a legend sign (the same as I put a sticker on) and a further break down over the Manchester side. Then this one on the M60 all within 15 Mins or so. There was notably also an Ice cream van parked directly over the M60 on one of the roundabout juntions over the motorway. Does this mean the police cannot be or park there as well? or must it be a "motorway only" roundabout, not a cross over juntion?

LJ15LSX HIGHWAYS AGENCY VEHICLE I QUESTION ABOUT THEFT OF MY SIGNS FROM VARIOUS LOCATIONS ON NON HIGHWAYS AGENCY ROADS & PUBLIC FOOTPATHS NEXT TO MOTORWAY. IT IS ACCEPTED AS FINE TO USE HAZZARD LIGHTS AS SAFETY TO STOP BESIDE MOTORWAY ON HARD SHOULDER TO TALK TO HIGHWAYS OFFICERS, WITH NO TROUBLE. I am given a contact card for HQ.  So, After delivering to Belper, then M42, M6 past where the "FAKE M6 ROADWORKS" were (& Spaghetti junction motorway bends with no 50 bans required, just advisory limit) by Perry Bar and then, afterwards on my way to SHROPSHIRE, past the "RAC HQ, FAKE MOTORWAY CONGESTION LIMIT SIGNS" & SPEED LIMITS THAT ARE ON THE MOTORWAY SIDE BY THE "LIGHT UP MEDIA ADVERTISING BOARDS" (details to add later) I head on the Motorway Past TELFORD (M54) where I AM DELAYED AN HOUR!! because the road is CLOSED at SHREWSBURY!!! I have to divert past the old Wroxeter roman city and go by Much Wenlock, to get to Craven Arms... ANYWAY, on the way back I decide to go A5 Tamworth & (past the 40mph limit that tries to get you to use the M6 Toll instead by slowing progress) & I get on the M42 and go M1. Then AS I am passing the EXACT Misk farm footbridge, over the M1 where I put some petition notices when I conveniently encounter the HIGHWAYS AGENCY VEHICLE,REG: LJ15 LSX immediately when a flashing police car passes opposite way on motorway... And another police car my side & A Highways vehicle the other side as well!! So I use my Hazzard lights and pull up on hard shoulder in front of the HA vehicle & he pulls up behind me. So I can now use the opportunity to Question him about my stolen signs! He claims not to know anything about my stolen signs, when questioned about it but gives me a "contact card". To question the Highway agency about it. There was also a HA vehicle going the other way as well. Anyways There was NO problem with me using my Hazzard lights and stopping beside the road to talk to the officers on the hard shoulder. They were happy to discuss the matters I raised roadside & answer my questions, with no trouble. This was by where the new motorway speed camera section is over the canopy. & before the curent 50mph looong roadworks. So you CAN be on a motorway for certain - as I suspected & have stated, not ONLY in a breakdown, but for other reasons that might apply. Such as distributing exempted political materials to those who it may concern who use the road! And off of it as well. I obtained more photos & video & have more examples & links to add regarding this issue they claim about "signs at the side or over motorways" and I want to add the example of the EX POLICE OFFICER who was on "Drangons Den" with HIS ROAD ADVERTISING BOARDS, as well as the new LIGHT UP MEDIA THEY ARE USING ON ROADS NEXT TO SPEED CAMERAS WHERE YOU ARE DISTRATED FROM THE VARIABLE SPEED LIMIT!!!! (( NEW TRICKS )) Question HA about stolen signs (8 signs) + more As I was entering the South Yorkshire/West Yorkshire border a bit further up the motorway... GOD seemed to agree with me, because he gave me the nose sign.... A big "Highways agency know" nose, in the sky.. see!!!! LOL> NOT FAKE!!! They are no more distrating than ANY OTHER SIGN TYPE IN USE. And mine are LEGAL on top of that. Its the LIGHT UP ONES in use with SPEED CAMERAS that is the TRAP, especially on the M6. - I have more on that to add as well. Also these keyboard keys are not adding letters I type sometimes, and I am certain someone is still dicking with my bank account as its Maxed out again in overdraught. Also can you tell me why all the services have been RE-FITTING when there was NOTHING WRONG WITH THEM!!! where is all the money coming from???
