SPEED LIMITS

Further example of illegal size repeater signs and missing terminal signs and how they need to be correct as they interact together like cogs in a machine for speed limits to function correctly and work in both directions

The terminal signs on this road entrance are not maintained. To BE terminal signs to indicate a change in speed limit, they must be a pair of correct sized and height signs, placed either side of the road, to inform you of a CHANGE in speed limit. If there is only one sign, it is a repeater sign and mis-inform's the driver that a speed limit continues from where he has been already. Thus if he turned around he would be being informed the road before the sign was the same speed limit, not a different one.. So it is incorrect set up. Not erect signs and this one is not maintained to deliver the correct message to drivers.

6 INCH! national speed limit signs?! and missing terminal sign!

This illustrates incorrect signage perfectly. The National Speed limit Repeater signs are TINY! only 6 inch! NO SUCH SIZE SIGNS EXIST OF ANY TYPE! nowhere near correct visibility distances. ALSO the TERMINAL sign for the speed limit into the village IS COMPLETELY MISSING! Thus this is NOT a change in speed limit here. IT IS SAYING "IT IS STILL 30MPH" BUT IT CAN NOT POSSIBLY STILL BE 30MPH, BECAUSE BEFORE THIS POINT IS NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT! and even THAT IS NOT ENFORCABLE BECAUSE THE SIGNS ARE OF ILLEGAL SIZE! How can "it still be 30mph" when it is NOT 30mph before here, it is national speed limit. THERE IS NO SET OF TERMINAL SIGNS TO INDICATE A *ChAnGe" in speed limit! if you decide to turn around you are being misinformed of the previous speed limit. WHICH IS OF ILLEGAL SIZE REPEATER SIGNS ANYWAY. THIS IS HOW ROAD SIGNAGE INTERCONNECTS. IT ALL NEEDS TO BE IN PLACE TOGETHER SO THAT IT IS LIKEW COG MACHINERY AS YOU PASS BETWEEN DIFFERENT AREAS. EVERY SIGN MUST BE IN THE CORRECT PLACE AND CLEAN AND MAINTAINED SO AT THE CORRECT SIZE.

If you are driving from the VILLAGE OUT of the village the oppositw way... a SINGLE NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT SIGN, would be saying "it is STILL national speed limit now you are leaving the village" and thus it is INCORRECT BECAUSE THAT IS SAYING THE VILLAGE WAS NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT AND NOT 30Mph or 40Mph whatever... SO BOTH TERMINAL SIGNS MUST BE IN PLACE OR IT IS MISLEADING, FALSE AND INCORRECT. Also speed limit road markings are not terminal signs, they are repeater signs, and could mislead drivers of the speed limit going the opposite way, if you for example need to turn around & go the other way.

Also today 09 November! A FIXED SPEED CAMERA IN PENISTONE HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM ITS SITE! and FILLED IN!

Its one that had been petrol bombed a lot, and it had a orange cover over it. I had also put a sticker on this one and previously a encapsulated notice. But now its been removed!

My Manchester Salford Magistrates court hearing (most recent) was on the 10 November (yesterday)

On the 09 November I had sent various letters & emails to Leeds Crown Court concerning my Appeal against the Huddersfield magistrates court conviction & sentancing. (including the complaints that the CPS had witheld evidence, not responded to communications and ignored legislation. As well as sending late letters (when they did bother to write) That appeal has been submitted to Leeds crown Court, And I am awaiting to read a reply..

I also had sent letters of dispute over all my driving convictions to The Ministry of Justice, Caldardale Magistrates Court, Chorley & Burnley Magistrates Court and The police. To request the endorsement be removed due to the fact that conviction was not within the courts power because of incomplete/illegal road signage which has now been admittedly acknowledged as incorrect.

I sent ALL documents, mitigation, Legal details, legislation & facts concerning the Manchester Salford case to the court which they recieved. And acknowledged. I also had not had the Money to employ the solicitor from Stockport in time for the adjourned date, As my parents only just confirmed that they would lend the money & be able to transfer it. So I requested to Manchester Salford Magistrates court if they could extend the date to allow more time to accomodate for this, without me having to travel to Manchester. They said they would put the request through...

And Also to contact the solicitor to request also...

At this time I have just in the mail got a Letter from the DVLA and one from some place in Manchester yet unknown (I hate having to read these letters as it is distressing)

Anyway, I had not been "disqualified" from driving for any set period by Huddersfield magistrates with the addition of 6 points onto my existing 6 penalty piints from Ossett & Haslingden incidents that I am disputing.

So I have been worried IF I have been disqualified and have to relinquish my driving licence OR just send it off for the 6 penalty points to be put on...

Remember that I have the RED LIGHT N.I.P. through as well, from Macclesfield, when I did NOT see or pass a red light. And I have evidence that the VAN is 2 cars long and that there is no Traffic light warning sign inplace, faded road markings and the TIME on the photographic EVIDENCE from the POLICE is UNDER the 1 second prosecution time ANYWAYs!? So I am disputing this with CPS cheshire/liverpool & Cheshire police, who dont seem to want to withdraw the N.I.P., even though I have recently VIDEO EVIDENCE of a speed camera officer saying on film that an N.I.P. can be and will be withdrawn if the times/speed is shown to be incorrect or with error or within threshold times.

SO.....

Worry, Worry, Worry...

& really also was NOT in the Mood for Manchester, can I even drive still?! even though all these are illegal prosecutions and hold no true lawfull powers. !

So...

I sent in another email to Manchester that I requested an extension date on the hearing. Also that it was illegal anyways (with supporting legislation) AND I said that if they cannot accept the legislation IF I ATTEND, then what differance will there be if I am there or not?! True I should attend to defend myself. But Why should I have to attend a hearing & prosecution that is illegal?!

And if the legal system works correctly, and my documents are read out in court and are true as I know they are, then there should be no reason to need to attend if the system is honest & correct!

So... I did not go to court!

But... I had kind of got the half day off... So... I decided to go to Manchester anyway! and just be "near" the court... well for a couple hours... This was my own way of dealing with the matter.

I got some photos & videos and went to a few shops & things... and then went back to work.

So...

Now I will just have to read the letters & emails & find out what kindsa trouble I am or am not in...

I have the appeal for Leeds Crown Court... all sent in, and accepted, just a few more details to send, but i have asked for a subpoena or something to force Martin Goldman to give the police interview tapes and Ossett bypass video over which they really are trying not to do.

Also the case will be too complicated to do myself, and you need to name witnesses and number of professional witnesses!? So I really have to get a solicitor to do that.

So there is still a way out of this, but I am not looking forward to these letters & what happened yesterday.

So i will have to face it tonight, as i will need to find out & respond.
But first I am going to do a few of these Bingo pink scratchcards & have a cup of tea.

I am convinced my internet browser has been HIIjacked & is being slowed down/and or other stuff. Before it was the BBC iplayer. Now that is kind of back to normal.

Oh, one more thing to mention... On the way over to Manchester, just by where the Manchester/West Yorkshire border is.. I was going to take a photo & my phone went wierd again.

THIS TIME it was... when I pressed the "camera" application.. it went blank black and then like tried to do "something" & then just reverted back to the main screen as if "Blocked" from going to the camera function. I kept blocking the camera program from working.

I re-started it and it still wouldnt do it... So I re-started a 2nd time... & then it worked.

& I am thinking of when I was sending out the first letters to Manchester Salford Magistrates court... and Getting NO REPLY WHAT SO EVER! Letter after Letter... about my case.. before the first hearing & complete ignorance.. & then because I didnt go... I got grabbed & arrested with a warrant (I claim not legal as you cannot be prosecuted) And prison* (NOT GUILTY UNTIL PROVED IN COURT) transported over to Manchester after having to spend a night as if a convicted criminal in prison... (hospital as well under guard) (at your expence too) Only to be in court for less than a half hour in a cell & about 1 minute in a court room to say one thing! Not guilty! after talking to the Duty Solicitor who I would have thought should have been able to have the whole thing called off there & then...

ANYWAYs..... going forward in time to NOW.. The court has been responding to all communications fine this time... So i am hoping something might go right for a change..

Do you think they just ignored my emails first time around? or they were being blocked ?! Like my phone was yesterday from working properly?

Also, I need to say that All through this, right from the start I have been writing & responding to & sending letters like clockwork. I reply to them STRAIGHT AWAY, as soon as I have read tham. I always know what to write & have already thought about what I need to say and I am able to improvise very quickly the required reply.

I post them straight after and it is only after MONTHS and now YEARS of literally fighting a BRICK WALL, AUTOMATION and IGNORANCE and CARELESS REPLIES that I have been run down and brainwashed, as well as "CONDITIONED" by the police & courts to have "No hope" as all my enthusiasm and eagernes and "fight" in me has been drained & sapped by this "REGIME" of COLD and un-co-operative persons working in supposed responsible positions with apparently the HIGHEST NEED FOR TRUTH & HONESTY IN ANY POSITION IN PUBLIC SERVICE AND SOCIETY.

OK, So.... I have had an idea & invented a new thing...

It is based upon when Martin Lewis (Money saving expert) Was on the Jeremy Vine show & helped people claim money back from banks by downloading a "TEMPLATE" letter, to take legal action against the bank if they did not refund your money.

I did this & it WORKED! I got £2,000 back! Thanks to the Money saving expert!

Around the same time, Martin Freemen, "Mr.Loophole" was on the Jeremy Vine show and he was supposed to be giving us "advice" about speeding fines - I he did "NOT GIVE AWAY TOO MUCH" but did say that certain signs have to be the correct size & distances and things... (not to help you out too much) He charged me £4,000 to defend me on a traffic light offence in Bolton. By the Stadium. The Tarmac & road markings there are laid out misleadingly as well as dodgy timing.

"Freeman" did not even turn up in person and for that fee you would expect he should, as on the radio show he was advertising his own personal representation.... It was just a local barrister girl he contracted out! and the knowledge she had was not to the expected expert standard. I only seemed to get off points on "special reasons" because of the large legal fee I paid & my extreme distress with the events.

Anyway....

As I have been doing a lot of research & the fact that IF THE ROAD SIGNS ARE NOT CORRECT AND SOMEONE HAS AN ACCIDENT, THEN IT IS NOT THEIR FAULT AND THE COUNCIL CAN BE FINED/sued/LITIGATED AGAINST.

But this should be true if you are victim to a road traffic fine and the correct signage is not in place.. BECAUSE IT IS AN OFFENCE TO "CAUSE" someone to contravene a traffic regulation order, such as a RED LIGHT JUNCTION.

No-one seems to go down this path, its always a FIGHT WITH THE POLICE that you will never win. So instead of trying to defend against a Brick wall... I have thought of this

Its called a NIL. N.I.L. (notice of intended litigation) for places of interest notable to safety (P.O.I.N.T.S)

Possibly Martin Lewis could get his legal team to draw up some N.I.L. templates for peolple to download on his website?

This is not a way to "get out of road traffic offences" this is a legitimate way to stop being bullied and prosecuted when the council have failed to have the correct safety & signs in place as required.

And sign by sign, road by road we can all work together to force the police & council road safety partnerships to GET THE ROAD SIGNS ALL PROPERLY IN PLACE LIKE THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE.

I have responded to the DVLA today via email, because I cannot send them my driving licence, because THEY ALREADY HAVE IT! I only remembered today! BECAUSE I SENT IT BACK TO THEM FOR QUARANTINE WHILE I DISPUTE THE ILLEGAL CONVICTIONS FROM BURNLEY & CALDERDALE!

So I have further complained to the DVLA now about the Huddersfield Magistrates and another illegal case!
To be forwarded to the Chief executive!

ALSO LEEDS CROWN COURT! replied to my email saying that there were having trouble opening my attached documents! So I had to convert them to .pdf and re-send them again!

Ok so a warrant was issued and I am on bail until the 04/12/2015 at 10:00

The officers who collected my for bail processing were really nice, but they drove back at 40mph in a 30mph zone! the road that got me banned for 2 years from driving!

It was 3:00am! and their shift finished at 3:30! There was not really any need to go that fast! I saw the speedometer from inside the car!

So after the Other police van that I video recorded speeding at 42mph in a 30mph zone the other day said the SAT TRACKING said he wasnt speeding... This one MUST say 40mph as it was a consistent speed! unless the tracking is wrong!

I did get a lift home this time, by a different officer! The other two had gone home by the time I was through!

The other officer who gave me a lift home did not speed, he drove at 30mph!

Ok so I have just looked at my letters and THERE IS ONE AT THE TOP OF THE PILE FROM CALDERDALE MAGISTRATES COURT!DATED 05 NOVEMBER 2015. THAT LETTER WAS NOT THERE YESTERDAY OR LAST NIGHT AND NO ONE HAS BEEN INTO MY BEDROOM THAT I AM AWARE OF, YET THERE IS A LETTER THERE NOW FROM CALDERDALE MAGISTRATES AND I HAVE REASON TO BELIVE SOMEONE HAS BEEN INTO THE PROPERTY AND PUT IT THERE. BECAUSE YESTERDAY ON 2 OCCASIONS SOMEONE PUT MY DRIVER SUN VISOR DOWN TWICE AT TWO DELIVERY LOCATIONS WHEN I HAD THE VEHICLE DOOR LOCKED AND THE ALARM WAS ON, AND THE SUN VISOR WAS *UP* ON BOTH THOSE OCCASIONS BEFORE I WENT INTO THE PROPERTY TO DO A DELIVERY AND AT ONE ADDRESS THERE WAS A ELECTRIC GATE IN ADDITION TO THE LOCKED DOOR.

ALSO I AM TRYING TO PAY THE SOLICITOR AND IT WILL NOT ACCEPT THE CARD! arrgh! And my mum wrote Mortimer on the cheque when i said Morton!

seriously not on purpose.

MY DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN PRINTED OFF FOR THE LEEDS CROWN COURT APPEAL AND PUT ON A SHELF FOR PROCESSING. I HOPE THEY DO NOT GO MISSING.

AS A POLICE OFFICER RANG ME THE OTHER DAY AND VERBALLY CONFIRMED THAT SATELLITE TRACKING CAN BE USED AS EVIDENCE FOR VEHICLE SPEED CONTRARY TO WHAT THE GEORDIE SPEED CSMERA EXPERT TOLD ME.

ALSO THE POLICE OFFICER STATED BY PHONE THAT MY VIDEO FOOTAGE WASNT VIABLE AGAINST HIM FOR FOLLOWING & TRACKING SPEED (non radar) ALTHOUGH IT HAS VISUAL EVIDENCE OF MAINTAINING SAME SPEED AS VEHICLE PERSUED AND THE SPEEDOMETER READING = ALL THAT IS REQUIRED/ THIS IS ALL THAT IS FITTED TO THE POLICE CARS. NO RADAR. JUST A CAMERA TO FOLLOW THE VEHICLE AND SHOW SAME SPEED IS BEING FOLLOWED AND A SPEEDO READING OF THE VEHICLE FOLLOWING. NO EVIDENCE FROM THE ACTUAL OTHER VEHICLE.

ALSO MY VIDEO OF A MOBILE SPEED CAMERA OFFICER STATING THAT IF YOU ARE WITHIN THE POLICE PUBLISHED THRESHOLD AND SHOW EVIDENCE OF THIS THE N.I.P. WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND NO PROSECUTION CONTINUED.

I HAVE GATHERED EVIDENCE TO SHOW THAT MY VAN DRIVES AT 50MPH EXACTLY ALL ALONG THE OSSETT BYPASS - BOTH DIRECTIONS.
AND EVIDENCE OF THE SPEEDOMETER OF ACTUAL VEHICLE & THE TIME & DATE OF THR RECORDING FILE.

ALSO SAT NAV TRACKING (SAME AS POLICE USE) TO COMPARE THE SPEED OF THE VEHICLE (AVERAGE SPEED CAMERAS ARE USED ON MOTORWAYS) LAZSER FOR EXACT SPEED ONLY IN ONE MOMENT ON BYPASS AT LOCATION) video never given over.

AND ALSO "SKI TRACKS" a GPS BASED SATELLITE TRACKING PHONE APPLICATION. THAT TRACKS THE VEHICLE SPEED.
THIS ALSO INCLUDES "ELEVATION" of HEIGHT, AS THE ROAD IS ONA HILL & THE VEHICLE GOES NEARER & CLOSER TO THE SATELLITE UP OR DOWN HILL AS WELL.

SPEED TESTS OSSETTT BYPASS 50mph

Ossett bypass 50mph exactly on speedometer to compare to satellite and gps.
14 November 2014 approx 11:30 am 2 test runs video

You will see that I stop at each end of the bypass, at the roundabout & traffic lights.
I maintain 50mph all along the bypass exactly on the speedometer.

These are the satellite tracking every recorded minute of the experiment In between the 2 points.
Also I have ski tracks tracking as well, which was included in the original defence to the CPS. & police.

The Sat tracking is consistently a few mph lower at 47mph & 48mph and i suspect that it could be the gradient of the hill, the altidude change or the time you need to accelerate & slow down at the start and end of the bypass calculated into the times.

ALSO * DO NOT FORGET THE WHEEL SIZE! * Larger wheels on a Van to a car, which will effect the speed calculations as well. (just like the vehicle length does with traffic light cameras)

SKI TRACKS GPS

The ski tracks GPS was also used in 2 runs here, and 50MPH was maintained as precise as possible with the SPEEDOMETER OF THE VEHICLE!
Not going over 50/50.5 mph EXACTLY.

The SKI TRACKS monitored the entire distance and said that the highest speed was 54Mph! and 54.5Mph on each of the 2 runs! when the vehicle speedometer NEVER WENT ANYWHERE NEAR THAT SPEED!

Look at the change in ALTITUDE! the hill is quite steep over the distance! and that i am certain is what makes the ADDED 4MPH or so!! by going UP! or DOWN! the hill over the distance as you go away or closer to the satellite!

I am going to take two phones next test to show that i do not go over 50mph yet the live gps shows a higher or different speed!

Also dont forget regarding the ossett bypass, i provided satellite tracking that i was just within the threshold speed limit allowance and should have been able to have the N.I.P. withdrawn, confirmed by the speed camera operator! on the A64 (video earlier) but the ticket office & court and CPS wouldnt withdraw it!

Also no one has seen the police video to see if he does the UNDER THE VAN AIM trick, then UP to the bumper! they will not give me the video evidence even though I was sent mine from Lancashire but not West Yorkshire! so something is very fishy indeed! which Is why I need a subpoena to get it!

Also on the way back there were TWO BLACK UNMARKED POLICE CARS SPEEDING TOWARDS MAMCHESTER DIRECTION/ M62.. BLUE LIGHTS FLASHING.... I did manage to FILM the 2nd one! but the VIDEO has dissapeared from my phone!

And the sound switched off on 2 other videos!?

Misk farm footbridge, highways agency on hardshoulder Looking like a set of tools. why?
No parking rules for police just regular parking as civilians in non emergency. Does not look like an emergency to me.

Also. Stopping to take down petition notices is NOT an emergency either. So there are at least 6+ stopping on the motorway offences to the NOSA or police or Highways agency or whoever it was who took my notices.

The POLICE cannot just "stop on the motorway, when they feel like it, If I can not. They have special observation platforms provided.

The Chief cannot just "give special permissions to stop any time any place any where. You need specific authorization, or an emergency.

But as the Police dont seem to follow ANY rules at all... (which is why we are even here discussing this)

Fuck em.

My hard drive it full now anyway.. And we have paid the solicitor, so I have to find out what he says now...
I hope this mess if cleared up before Christmas. Not another rubbish Christmas again..
