Non-endorsable offences
Some offences are non-endorsable. A non-endorsable offence is an offence which courts do not endorse onto your paper counterpart. No penalty points are attributed to these offences but they carry a period of disqualification.
I need to find the CODE for the walking on a motorway. It cannot be endorsable, because people who have no driving licence & do not drive can get fined for it...
I cannot find the code though. I should have got the CODE from Pc Farley (if that is his real name) when he showed me the charge sheet.
But all this is a load of rubbish anyway as I DID NOT NEED PERMISSIONS!
THIS ENTIRE THING IS ABOUT PERMISSIONS & AUTHORITY.
AND THAT IS THE CASE WITH ALL THESE ILLEGAL DRIVING CONVICTIONS AGAINST ALL THESE DRIVERS WHERE ROAD SIGNAGE IS NOT ERECT OR MAINTAINED!
IT IS THE SAME ISSUE. PEOPLE. WHAT PEOPLE ARE DOING & WHAT THEY ARE SAYING.
POLICE, CPS & COURT, COUNCIL & GOVERNMENT PEOPLE.
THIS IS A PEOPLE PROBLEM. AN ISSUE WITH AUTHORITY AND WRITTEN WORD.

WHY WERE EXEMPTED FLYERING DEFACEMENT OFFENCES PUT THROUGH AS CRIMINAL DAMAGES? WHEN IF YOU HAVE DONE IT WITH "LAWFULL REASON" YOU ARE EXEMPTED FROM CRIMINAL DAMAGES ANYWAY.. such as for a political petition?
WHY DID THE POLICE NOT WRITE TO ME TO ASK ME TO REMOVE THEM MYSELF? YOU CAN NOT JUST GO REMOVE THEM & CHARGE PEOPLE FOR REMOVAL COSTS THERE IS A PROCEDURE! WHY DID THE CHIEF IGNORE MY LETTER ANYWAY BEFORE I PUT THEM UP?

OK, so I have opened the Letter I got today, from the LEEDS CROWN COURT. They are going to let me appeal & I choose dates that I cannot go on, so there is some freedom... Looks like they are not processing it as a "complaint or dispute" & they said I can defend myself or get a lawyer... I still only have 8 days until the Manchester magistrates! and I didnt get Morton, because he wanted £1,000 up front. I think the POLICE are hoping that if the COURTs convict me, it will somehow "VALIDATE" what they "want to do" and their "feelings" and somehow make it official that they can "just do what they want". Where the truth of the matter is this.... NO MATTER WHAT ANY COURT SAYS OR DOES, YOU CAN NOT BE PROSECUTED OR CONVICTED FOR PETITIONING THE CROWN. AND THE DRIVING CONVICTIONS ARE ILLEGAL AS WELL, NO MATTER WHAT ANY COURT OD POLICE CHIEF SAYS.. YOU CAN NOT BE ENDORSED WHEN THE ROAD SIGNAGE IS NOT ERECTED OR MAINTAINED (OR ILLEGAL) AND MAINTENANCE IN THE ROAD SIGN MANUAL MEANS BEING KEPT AS IF IT WERE NEW, IN FULL OPERATIONAL CONDITION. CLEAN. CORRECT SIZE. EVERYTHING. I THINK THE POLICE ALSO HAVE BEEN TRAINED TO "FIGHT" AND "GET PEOPLE" WHO GET THEM OR TRY TO GET THEM> ITS A "DOG GAME WORLD" for them. Problem is I had my Grandmas money taken away by the Huddersfield court which is why I now cannot afford Morton to defend me, unless I borrow the money? which is why I am trying to win a scratch card...  I have come to realise that people who go into the government & councuil seem to in most cases have genetic genes missing for "Love & caring" they seem the ones with "Language skills" .. Which is why they can probably do the job, because they dont really care. I dont think a chief of police would be capable of the job if they had elovled human emotions, love, kindness, compassion.. which pretty much fits the type of people who join the police force... people who like punnishing people, power, control... Like Theresa May, Cameron, Mp's, Chiefs... They have intellect.. for words, talking, climbing, getting people.. There is not any "LOVE" "KINDNESS" "CARING" in fact the entire IDEA of the police is stupid. How can anyone solve social crime & problems with handcuffs, truchions, cells, locks? You need understanding, communication, kindness, caring, love, problem solving. THE POLICE CAN NOT EVEN COMMUNICATE. THEY DO NOT WANT TO COMMUNICATE. Ok, So did the police set me up to drag the courts into this do you think? or are they truly bent? HERE IS THE APPEAL LETTER! IT SAYS TO STATE WHAT WITNESS I WANT TO APPEAR?! If I include EVERYTHING in the case, IT WILL REQUIRE THE ENTIRE POLICE PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS TEAM, D.STICKLEY, THE CHIEF, TYSON, ALAN WHITE, L.D. MACFARLANE, BASICALLY NEARLY ALL WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE, SIR PETER FAHY, CHIEF FINNEGAN, LARA BARR.. THE WHOLE LOT!? THEY HAVE ALREADY CHANGED THE ROAD SIGNS ON THE OSSETT BYPASS! SO THEY MUST HAVE ACCEPTED THEY WERE WRONG! Looks like I might be able to borrow some money for a solicitor, but after Carr & co let me down, can you trust them?! I might be too late to get a solicitor for Manchester now, unless they will accept I have only just been able to get the money borrowed, as they wanted the fee upfront?! This entire thing is going to rest on a few simple fects (other than all the additional details, that there is no way I can present myself as way too complicated) And that is... The Bill of rights.... (I will need to prove it is in legal effect & the political exemptions are founded on it) that it is our right to petition the king/queen/crown (police, government, cps all are the crown as that is their emblem) without being punnished or prosecuted and that it is illegal to do so, and that for petitionING it is requisite not just to write up a petition, but go about ones buisness of asking for and collecting signatures and making people aware of the petition and where & how to sign it. which bears fruit to the various exemptions in legislation.. The exemptions from the Flyering legislation and requiring permissions and that it is the ENTIRE LEGISLATION SECTION, which includes defacement, that the exemptions apply to (WHICH IS WHY THE COUNCIL CAN STICK & PAINT THEIR OWN MATERIALS) And the fact that The REASON these exemptions exist, is that persons working in any position could have personal political reasons to deny permissions to you, thus why you DO NOT REQUIRE PERMISSIONS & can not be prosecuted, fined or punnished for use of political materials. Or to use any roads or highways to distribute them, you do not need police permissions. Council permissions or government permissions. Also this naturally would include talking to anyone regarding the petitions & political matter, such as ALAN WHITE. AND I was entitled to use reasonable force to challenge him stealing my notices to deprive me of signatures on my petitions, as I was petitioning against THEIR ACTUAL DEPARTMENTS (police speed cameras) The main issue are these.... (& THE ONLY ISSUES REALLY EVER IN ALL THIS) 1. POLICE HAVE NOT SENT ME THE INTERVIEW TAPES WHICH I AM ALLOWED TO ASK FOR, WHICH CONTAIN MATERIAL THAT THE POLICE ARE USING ILLEGAL SIZE ROAD SIGS AND ALL KINDS OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE (REALLY THE INTERVIEWS ARE 100% EVIDENCE AGAINST THE ACTUAL POLICE! AS I REPEATEDLY STATE MY LEGAL RIGHTS OF WHAT I WAS DOING AND IT WAS WRITTEN ON THE NOTICES I USED AS WELL! 2. But I have since been proved wrong? could someone have been feeding me false infomation back then even? anyway here are the letters, quite different to the crown court appeal letters I got through when i was going to appeal against the Ossett bypass conviction, then decided i should not have to because YOU SHOULD ONLY NEED TO APPEAL AGAINST A DECISION THAT A COURT CAN MAKE. NOT A DECISION THEY CANNOT MAKE. AS THAT IS ERROR. NOT SEEKING ANOTHER OPINION ON MATTERS THAT COULD BE THIS OR THAT... ON TRUE FACT OF LEGAL TRUTH, A COURT SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO WHAT IT CAN NOT. Question.
Would a Speed camera maintenance officer, the bureau manager & Sgt. in charge, Police Chief and Chief crown Prosecutor have any MOTIVE to block or stop me conducting a political petition against their activities, if there was reason to believe with strong evidence that they had been conducting illegal prosecutions & convictions against the general public?
And
Question 2. Why in the Bill of Rights does it say that it is Illegal to be prosecuted for petitioning? and WHY do the exemptions from legislation exist when the purpose is for POLITICAL, CHARITABLE or RELIGIOUS reasons? Why are those laws there for? WHAT PURPOSE?
COULD THE PURPOSE BE TO PREVENT Mr. SGT. TYSON COMING OVER TO USE HIS POLICE UNIFORM TO PEE-DO FILE someone with his big trunchion? when his entire ILLEGAL operations are being disclosed to the public?

Also, HERE, the Junction 20 of the M62 has signs for a Motorway regulation Roundabout. If you are not allowed to even walk at the side of the motorway, how can you even STOP, or walk around IN THE VOSA TESTING AREA AT THE SIDE WHERE YOU ARE PULLED INTO? FOR VEHICLE CHECKS? When the entire roundabout is subject to the regulations?

When you are doing any "WORK" on or besides a motorway... you can stop. & you can walk around.
And if you are exempted from permissions, then you do NOT need police or anyones permissions to Work.

Also, Vert important for MANCHESTER CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE & WEST YORKSHIRE CROWN PROSECUTION SERVICE. I have been convicted for stopping to put stickers on posts on 2 Motorways in West Yorkshire.. Yet I only stopped on THE M62 & M606 as the M1 I was not with vehicle, I walked through the trees to the post.Thus... If I have been Convicted for the M62 & M606 for 2 endorsements (^penalty points) then what about the M1 where it is non endorsable? and a £30 fine only? And if this has been the case... THEN WHICH MOTORAY ARE THE CROWN PROSECUTION MANCHESTER PROSECUTING ME FOR BEING ON?! OR STOPING ON?I DO NOT KNOW! I was questioned about NO MOTORWAY by West Yorkshire police on Behalf of Manchest police. Only some A roads. THE LEGEND SIGN ON THE M62 IS IN THE WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE JURISDICTION AREA. NOT MANCHESTER. I am at odds wondering exactly WHAT Mancherst police are playing at & charging me for? Work lights "orange" not emergency lights. Every vehicle is fitted with hazzard warning lights (orange) in addition I had a roof flashing beacon, which Sgt. Tyson failed to collect from the room when he searched for evidence.  |

 So, just as I am driving back over ripponded (M62) Rishworth Moor... between the "White rose & The Red Rose" Before I get to the Legend sign where I put a sticker (West Yorkshire, not Manchester) The van suddenly starts making this WhOOooooshIng! sound.. So I have to ease off, in case i break down, but it seems to go away... And I am wondering exactly what Motorway Manchester police are prosecuting me for stopping on, as here id WEST YORKSHIRE & add the M602, that is the 2 concictions they did me for, as the M1 i walked upto the grass from the A road. (even though I am exempted from permissions and doing work for a petition) Because I can think of no Motorway in Manchester police area I stopped on. Cheshire possibly, but not Manchester. The Rat Squeeak noise has not gone either, even though they tightened up the anti Roll bar & replaced bushes. So I went to the main dealer again for the mechanic to come out and have a listen again & he still cannot identify the problem, or the whoosing sound. So it will have to go back in AGAIN! Also, as I left the VW van centre I called at that little shop, you know I mentioned in this or the other thread? where there was a notice on the Door last time, "BACK IN 5 MINUTES" like that was left on BINGO's door of the "MISCHIEF" shop, stockton when he was found not alive?  But this time an ALARM WAS GOING OFF AT THE SHOP?! I went in to get a scratch card but they didnt have the one i was looking for. wierd.? Shop alarm Later on after work I typed up a couple letters to Calderdale magistrates court to have the endorsements removed & authorised for the DVLA to remove them, as they have accepted the illegal road signs at Ossett & changed them for 450mm ones. As the Crown court said to first try settle disputed with the magistrates court. I wrote to M.Treece & director of prosecutions at Manchester CPS as well to withdraw the charges as if they are not using the West Yorkshire police interview tapes then what evidence IS there?! they did not even say which MOTORWAY I STOPPED ON?! if different from the WEst Yorkshire ones?! There was traffic jams on the way to Halifax (i had been to the Doctors at 4:20) and I was worried I would not be able to post the letter and get back home for the 7:00 TAG naughty time! WHICH IS REALLY REALLY OBSTRUCTIVE WHEN YOU ARE DOING YOUR OWN DEFENCE CASE! HOW CAN YOU DO WORK & GO PLACES AT NIGHT TIME IF YOU DO NOT USE A LAWYER?! HOW DO YOU DO YOUR OWN LEGAL WORK? WHY NOT WAIT TO TAG AFTER AN APPEAL? IS THIS A WAY TO STOP YOU DOING A PROPER APPEAL?! Anyway I got in at EXACTLY 7:00 *AGAIN* just enough time to feed the rabbit...  it is absolutely IDIOT IDEA this TAG. Oh, on the way past MOLD GREEN police station on the way back, I stop & post a letter. I saw the "double wheel" police van & Mr. T get out. I call him Mr. T because I am willing to bet he is on steroids. Just a hunch because of his figure & the way he drives & parks.. Ive reported this guy & seen him pull people over with the worst mind parking power ever... didnt get a picture as i had given up on photos & i missed a few.. a car running a red light in Halifax & people walking down a no pedestrians pavement in Huddersfield... ANYWAY... I carry on from Mr. T & in less that a few minutes there is this black CAR! with the REG number 64 T Mold Green station, double wheel Police van: "Mr.T cop" & (64 T) black car.  If he really did come up positive on a steroids test, it would be interesting about the 64 T reg number.. lol. I wonder if he has been clocked at 42mph in a 30mph area as well? 42 is also the number of a local graffiti crew based in Halifax as the number is meant to be mystery?! RED LIGHT TRAFFIC LIGHT OFFENCE, MACCLESFIELD.. CONTINUED..OK, so regarding the RED LIGHT offence I have had through from Macclesfield, Cheshire police when the traffic light was not even at red! I have got the photographs! here..  I did NOT see a RED light on that set when i drove through... & as you can see, on the FIRST picture that is supposed to show you BEFORE you go through, the FRONT of the VAN cannot even SEE the lights! Also the van is about 16ft long! much longer than a car, so when the RADAR thinks it is a car not stopping, at the BACK OF THE VEHICLE (moving) the FRONT HAS ALREADY PASSED THE TRAFFIC LIGHT, so all you saw was GREEN or AMBER. The RED light will not bee seen as it goes to RED (AFTER) the front of the van crosses the line. And the Back of the van is still moving as if crossing the line late.. (If you see what i mean?) ALSO you have to tke the WHEEL SIZE into account as well. The VAN WHEELS are BIGGER than a CARS wheels & the speedometer calculations for timing are different (I have discussed that before in a section about speed surveys) ALSO it says i am only 0.78 of A SECOND INTO RED! *and that will be based on the back of the vehicle, not the front* It SAYS ON DORSET SAFE that you are ALLOWED upto *ONE SECOND* before prosecution! I think these RADAR CAMERAS have a DETECTION FOR HGV/BUS & LORRY (2 settings) and the VAN one goes on the CAR settings, not the HGV ones? Anyway THERE IS ALSO NO TRAFFIC LIGHT SIGN IN PLACE BEFORE THE TRAFFIC LIGHTS & THE ROAD MARKINGS ARE WORN OFF THE CROSSING. I have contested these points and they have done the "fob you off, not interested, take it to court" rubbish answer. WHEN THEY MUST CONSIDER THESE FACTS WHEN CONSIDERING PROSECUTION CASES. So I am going to write to the CPS Cheshire as well. AND REQUEST SOME PHOTOS OF CARS at the SAME set of light going at 28mph or what ever it was... to see where the FRONT & BACK of the shorter vehicles are lined upto. I would be really interested to see photos of regular size cars at these lights going at 28mph ish as well, to see where the front & rear of the vehicle is. I bet there are a LOT of BUS & HGV & LORRY ones that are QUESTIONABLE. I need to find more info about how the traffic light cameras work, as I said the link is not working currently. There will be other sites. Also I saw that the FIRE station DOES have SIGNS to inform you about *ITS* lights & there was a POLICE VAN parked nearby , so I asked him about it!! Still need to find if the TRAFFIC LIGHT TRIANGLE SIGN IS REQUISITE AT TRAFFIC LIGHT CAMERA LOCATIONS! Even if not, it would be evidence that they are not making the proper safety & warning effort at these traffic lights... Just a few more photos about my "banners" placed over several motorways, without required authority or permission needed. And they were NOT charged for any damages, just stolen... Here is a mobile electronic sign placed over the M6 today as well..  Heres a bus shelter over the M61, that has billboard adverts on it changed regular hmm my M61 photo and a video have been deleted from my phone..  i will check google maps..  I also have quite a few example photos & videos of vehicles stopping on the hard shoulder, or working on there... still need to upload those.. |
