RADAR IS VERY UNRELIABLE FOR USE ON PUBLIC ROADS.TO LOCATE AIRCRAFT AT GREAT DISTANCE YES, RADAR IS GOOD, BUT IN CLOSE QUARTERS WITH PUBLIC TRAFFIC IT CANNOT DISTINGUISH BETWEEN TWO VEHICLES THAT ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO EACH OTHER. THIS IS WHY THEY STOPPED USING RADAR GUNS AND EXCHANGED THEM FOR HAND HELD LASERS. RADAR REMAINS IN FORCE WITH FIXED SPEED ROADSIDE CAMERAS OR OVER HIGHWAYS, BUT IT STILL IS VERY QUESTIONABLE WHEN TWO VEHICLES ARE ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER OR ALONGSIDE EACH OTHER. You will see two cars pass together several times but it can only read the speed of one vehicle at a time and even then, which one is it? also it is quite slow to change between different targets. If another car passes faster than the first along side it will not distinguish seperate vehicles. End speed camera's now!In This next video a cyclist set's off a speed camera and does not get prosecuted. The cyclist is not even riding on the road! He is to the side on the pavement area! These guy's are really dangerous. Speed camera's encouraging people to actually drive faster on roads THROUGH speed camera's. The mobility scooter is not even licenced for identification.

If you take this evidence into account then add the additional evidence i have supplied you with showing the police van rocking from side to side and not used on a grounded tripod, plus consider the malicious techniques that can be used by camera operators.. then it doesn't give a pleasant picture of the speed detecting departments. In fact i would call it highly unprofessional and a criminal operation. Dont forget the incorrect road signage added to that!

This is a frame by frame evidence example of malicious aim techniques to add anywhere from 3mph-5mph even 10mph onto your vehicles true speed EXAMPLE OF THE DISTANCE the LASER AIM is influenced by wind & passing vehicles. Here Callaghan uses the laser and aims under the van, after the barrier being focused on it shifts to going under the vehicle and focuses on the back wheel/road under the van. Then he bring is up last minute. I posted loads on this. someone has hacked into my website and deleted it. Im not writing it all out again. I can not compete with hackers fucking around with my website so thats it i give up. I gave detailed information about this. The Focal length is dysfunctional and only goes in one direction no matter if it focuses nearer or further. I suspect the entire programming of this device is highly dubious regarding its nearest calculation formulae for the exact speed. Something of this seriousness and technology should be calculating to the exact .1 of a mile per hour and the calculated distance and speed should be shown at all times on the display, not only afterwards. You are not even told at what point the reading begins. Also the reported 0.4 of a second to obtain a reading is only the initial reading to get the first distance marker before it tracks the vehicles advancement over the next 4 or so seconds to get the final reading. This equipment is not used in any professional manner at all and is not accurate enough when considering the serious legal implications it has on the drivers. I need to mention that somebody hacked into this website and removed this evidence so i have had to post it again. I can not fight Hackers I do not have the knowledge or technology. This just shows the seriousness of this topic and the implications it has. My ebay was also messed with, i dont know if its a police intimidation tactic or newspapers or the government or just some joe bloggs hacker but I needed to mention it. I will try to make certain all the information stays on here... I see that they dont play fair which is just proving the corrupt nature and culture of these people.  |

I passed a speed camera van today on the A620/A638 near Gainsborough. The licence plate was FJ14 CSO. It was at 10:48am.
It was a dual carriageway that should be National Speed Limit, changed to 50mph and I was flashed by passing cars to warn me of the camera van.
I noticed that the 50mph repeater signs were all extremely low and under the required height that the posts should be. HGV drivers who are sat higher up may not notice them. I do not think this classes them as fully erected signs to the prescribed height.
I parked right behind the camera van in the Lay-by and had it out with the crew. There were 2!!! crew one was a CIV i think and the guy sat doing nothing in the front (his body guard?) looked to have a proper PC's uniform on.
I told them about the incorrect height signs and they just laughed about it and thought my challenge was funny. I did use offensive language as I stated they were both C#NTS and that they should be in prison for fraudulent enforcement of the speed limit against section .85 as drivers can not be convicted in there circumstances. I was surprised that they had heard about my website! So I guess the word is spreading!
Heres a video I filmed with a 2nd pass, having the video phone setting balanced on the dashboard inside a wide roll of sellotape. I wish I had recorded the conversation confrontation. They really DO NOT GIVE A DAM AND ARE TOTAL COMPLETE MALE CHAUVINIST IDIOTS. Proper tools. I would not associate with persons like them socially. I really was up for laying them both out, but common sense prevailed.

There are quite a few videos scattered around the hello & welcome thread of "your speed" electronic speed signs not giving the correct RADAR speeds as the speedometers. Here are a few more. There is one in another thread of it saying 50mph! to the vehicles speedometer of 30mph! usually they set it to show slower then the vehicle for obvious propaganda of laser guns readings. the RAdAR "your speed" sign, shows "changing" speeds of vehicles and not one set speed. so your prosecution could have been fluctuating and not just one constant speed. also vehicles get mixed up in the beam as it is a wave. youtu.be/exTLPYYOb4oTry figure out which car is doing which speed & if it changes while it approaches!?  no .5mph with this advanced technology that they put your licence, job and career on! At the time I bought the Electronic "your speed" sign to donate to Wakefield council... The technician was showing me the configuration settings on the computer & there are lots of different settings you can have it at.. Like change the tolerance by + (plus) or - (minus) Mph and have the green lights change to RED at different speeds say 30, 40, 50mph and even the snsitivity i think as well... But different signs are set at different tolerances, including for the HEIGHT, DISTANCE and other factors of thespecific location (calibration) . & when the signs are FREQUENTLY moved around site to site.. the SIGN is usually NOT re-configured for each specific location.. because its NOT SWARCO that moves it, but the council in many instances. And this is the SAME for the POLICE MOBILE SPEED CAMERAs (LASER) The DEVICE may be calibrated (itself) But every different location, FLAT, HILLS, on a BEND, or with the police VAN parked at a diagonal angle, or UP on a bridge.. would really need the FULL CALIBRATION TO THE ENVIRONMENT. not the device of itself. You would need to check the SPEED READINGS against various vehicles speedometers to make certain its set at a good AVERAGE speed for all vehicle SIZES and TYPES and EACH LOCATION ROTATED THROUGH EVERY DAY, at EACH DIFFERENT LOCATION GEOMETRY.

A64 York. mobile speed camera "Doppleganger" of court speed camera expert "geordie glasses" guy. I ask questions and he tries to cover up figures on clipboard  TESTING OF "YOUR SPEED" signs in a car instead of VAN, to compare. I went to test the electronic speed sign out & IT DID SHOW SLOWER SPEED THAN THE SPEEDO, JUST LIKE THE VAN, BUT WITH A DIFFERENT MARGIN OF A MILE PER HOUR OR 2. I did 3 tests and recorded 2 of them, i think? Anyway... Your speed sign says 27mph speedo says 34mph SEVEN MPH DIFFERANCE?! check the video to see if i am correct or not! Your speed sign says 27mph speedo says 30mph - THEN 3mph this next time! The thing is my MUMS SPEEDO DOESNT EVEN SAY 30mph! just a RED LINE?! Whhaa!!  There are NO NUMBERS ON THERE HARDLY! manufacturer for or against speed cameras? which? |

02 September 2016 So I did a very rare and unique delivery route today... Castleford, then Askern (Ive been checking out the Gayle Common place recently & was asking around for memorys or photographs because it looks a lot like Oswestry and Maiden Castle but its supposed to be a slack heap....) Anyway... after Askern i had to go to Stillington and i decided to go through Selby! and I was just going towards this village called BURN! and a car flashed me to watch out for the speed camera van! so i got ready to record in time! and I got to ask the other question i keep forgeting to ask! also funny as Ive just sent to try get an official Arrest warrant from Westminster Magistrates Court for Simon Byrne for illegal prosecutiuon against me at Crewe!  Check it out!  She was expecting me as well, apparently! & my memory card filled up in Selby halfway through a talk about professional witness importance of supposed to be being "independent" completely unbiased as much as "professional expert" . how can half the safety camera operators give evidence if they "dont need to know" half the questions you are asking them!! how is that professional?! I have seen signs like this all around the UK now.. so either someone is bleaching them for a joke.. or they are being manufactured like that.  Same person as who cut the poor rabbits ears off? and threw it side of the road?  is someone out to upset me? or other people as well? is bleaching the sign to just legally disable it? or vandalism? or? distraction excuse?    no identification or origin..  Errr which sign to clean on the council rounds?  Bar!  on the motorway earlier...  too many repeaters and a little mirror on the floor nearby   |

The Peizo files.  2011 speed camera photo my mum just randomly found it. I never knew we had this photo from 2011. 37mph fine. actual speed 33.7mph? Under 35mph CPS ACPO prosecution threshold. Dad is not bothered. Done & dusted in the past. Its ok for police to rip us off., Its just a government cash mover like the Banks scandal. money saving expert.com hussle. gets money circulating. |
