These Radar speed signs are supposed to be newer and to new regulations but are even less accurate or set to wrong speed on purpose.

Ive now got a new little set up to film the speedo and the road at the same time!

My statement...

I was in Long Eaton, filming evidence of RADAR devices being upto 13mph in error. either way. For complaint to DAMACH and SWARCO ltd.. as i am trying to get a refund for the sign i bought from them £1600

I encountered FJ62 ABU, and decided to see what speeds the vehicle was reaching.
I followed FJ62 ABU Nottinghamshire police van, who exceeded the statutory speed limit of 30mph and the CPS error margin threshold of 36mph... the Police van reached a speed of 38mph

I have reason to Believe that the RADAR "Your speed signs" are accurate, and no new regulations for "ACCURACY" are required. Because the SIGNS are never SET to show the vehicles ACTUAL speed anyway. they are regularly and uniformly, STRATEGICALLY SET to display 3MPH LOWER than the vehicles speed.

I believe the REASON is to give Motorists the Sales Pitch that the devices are reading a LOWER speed and the LASERS & Radar Fixed Cameras will do the same.. But on certain days they set them the Opposite to give £mph HIGHER tha Vehicle Speed.

I Have been Prosecuted with police laser where the SAT TRACKING was ALWAYS 3mph LOWER speed than the POLICE LASER which I believe produced a HIGHER SPEED by 3mph on more than one occasion.

Also i am trying to get a refund from SWARCO of my £1600 speed sign by returning it to them, brand new, but they claim its no use to them as the regulations have changed. Yey older radar speed signs are still in use. Thus the sign can still be deployed. and used.

Also the regulations cannot have changed on accuracy as all these devices never show the correct speed.. so setting it to not show the correct speed completely evades the point of more newer accurate devices.

I believe a strategy has been in place to give psychological effect to drivers to assume fixed speed cameras will not get the vehicles speed but a lower one. then on certain days its set to give a higher speed by 3-5mph not set to read a lower one, which is the "Milking days" with the cameras. But also they are not that accurate anyway on Piezo strips & Magnetic field as they need to be calibrated to indivudual vehicle wheel sizes and magnetic field strengths, or they will not be accurate across vehicles. Which is why i believe the police.. decided to think.. sod it.. we will just set them up and cycle the cameras and have "days where we just get a load of people" no matter what exact speed is.

I do a drive by filming the speedometer anyway to show the radar sign is not correct.
