Ok, video to follow... But i managed to get a friend to help me by driving the van that has the speed limiter cruise control on it... Did a few tests today... Only basic ones.. as didnt have much time free... But i got 31mph with the Home Office Prolaser III, when the speed limiter was set to 30mph. And the actual speed is supposed to be even less by 2mph... (28mph) and i also got every other speed in-between! So.. yes.. exactly as predicted. The 3mph error i have been looking for is possible with the Home office standard device as well as the American standard one. Thus my claim that the Ossett bypass & Haslingden bypass speed readings were 3mph higher by the Police than the satellite tracking is validated and also the visual video shows "movement" and going under vehicles and around the bonnet.. so the devices were not aimed steady. I will be interested to see the North Yorkshire police video among others. This evidence / tests proved that my claim is right and that there is no police or home office statement that can say the device cannot produce errors in speed reading or a slip effect. Thus any cases based on that statement are invalid. I would like to get a full statement from Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK & the Home Office exactly what their claim is as to the point & purpose of the Home Office standard settings therefore. Oh, also I was correct about the fact that the rear, flat surface of a box van / lorry produces much less errors. Only consistently about 1mph to 2mph speed errors.. while targeting the front of the vehicle produces a lot more error as much as 3mph and 4mph. This i believe is because of the presence of the bonnet and window of vehicle upto 36mph reading and 31mph readings from front of vehicle when limiter was set at 30mph and the actual speed likely to be lower by 2mph also

OK, so it turns out that the Peugeot Boxer van speedometer at 50mph speed limiter setting.. over 11.9 miles in 15minutes 26 seconds is 46.2mphSo the Car Manufacturers and Government are really stealing time from us and Money... And I don't think its acceptable. So with the speedometer literally being 4mph over the true speed... To Drive at 30mph in an experiment by the speedometer and get a speed measurement of 31mph and even 36mph with the Prolaser III and every other speed in between.. shows that it IS perfectly capable of giving and producing seriously wrong speed measurements either way.. lower or higher.

Can you believe this?! my research is really lagging! The CPS are actually based in Athena House in York same building as the Base of the Speed camera Vans! and Manager Andrew Took! err police led prosecutions?! hmm, yeah, right. I also was going to Copmanthorpe because there were some scratchcards i wanted to get.. as thats where i originally found the ones with the green diagonal lines on.. When the female speed camera van woman was on the A64 shooting at a really over angle to the carriageway.. Anyway.. The camera van was there Saturday! YJ13 EZW . and on my way back, he was still there. Did not have his window open either time. He was just parked there! and i pulled up to interview and question him, but he drove off! so i followed him and he went back to the Police base which is at Athena House! i didnt know! i do now. I could have found out by more research online.. but i know now.. anyway.. i spoke to the officer and made a official request for my video in person. It was one of the guys ive spoken to before. He said i need to see a guy called Andrew Took. I have found out the CPS are in the same building! can you believe that? Anyway... Heres the video... The officer also drove past a small child at a crossing at 36mph and the kids dad had to grab the kids jacket to stop him walking out. But the road was 40mph even though its a short road between 2 roundabouts. I thought 30mph would have been a more appropriate speed. Anyway, i was following the officer and got some good communication across.. so will see if they send me my video or not now. Once i get the video, we will be able to see the ammount of movement of the police laser target required to obtain the -4mph speed error. (taking into account it is going to be more like -2 mph error inclusive of the vehicle speedometer calibration error margin. But still an error in measurement.

03 November 2017 North Allerton . North Yorks. Not far from The New North Yorkshire Police Headquarters
Two North Yorkshire Police encounters in one morning.1. 11:38am Thirsk Road, Northallerton, Silver Yahama Police Cycle with mobile LTI 1000 on tripod. He knew who i was by name and He gave me false accusation of causing an obstruction when i was questioning. He had no comment to questions concerning the size of the laser beam & does not Know Steve Callaghan or Road safety Support. He then asked kindly if a would move "because he wanted me to". and i agreed. Also the Police Motorcycle appears to be hindering access and operation of a bus stop! but in fact its a power grid substation! Encounter #2 2. 12:16 lunchtime, A170 between Thirsk and Sproxton, Silver Vauxhaul YJ15 HDH. Parked obstructing the inbound entrance to a private RAC property that has a warning sign that access must be kept clear at all times for emergency use. This officer claimed i was causing an obstruction also when i stopped to question him over the beam size as well, so i moved to an off road legal parking position. And when i returned he had closed windows and locked vehicle so i could not question him any further on the matter to gather important evidence on beam size. And who had given him his information. I them found in fact he was parked illegally. Here ive found a photo of Andy Tooke the Camera Ticket unit Manager.. with Lord Goldsmith www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0ahUKEwjM1ICH5qPXAhUDBsAKHTXKAfcQFggrMAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.ny125.com%2Fnw-files%2Fpdfs%2Farticles%2Fcjb-newsletter-1.pdf&usg=AOvVaw25-0xIvZgmolXAckDXTc-H

Ok, so yesterday (Friday) i was told where a camera van was... by the place i was delivering to... So i went there and one of the North Yorkshire police vans was there.. So i made a statement and communication to the officer to Ask Andy Tooke what he is playing at, as i cannot be charged by North Yorkshire police for testing the camera accuracy out.... Then as it turned out i was driving past the Camera unit office anyway at Athena house, Kettlestring lane.. So i went in to see Andy Tooke, but he was not there.. But i did get to speak to a female officer instead & made a communication/order to that office to withdraw the charges.. That female officer was a quite hardened police woman but she took my points and said she would pass on my representation to Andy Tooke. I recorded the visit & will upload soon.. I then went to Northallerton Magistrates court, racecourse lane, Northallerton to speak to somebody in the court office legal team.. and all the legal advisors were tied up in court so i spoke to the office girl and she was very understanding and i put my position across very well. and She said she would pass on the information to the Head of legal side... So i need to make an appointment to go in and see her to complain that my case cannot be heard. And to enforce my protections myself. I also went to Police Headquarters to try see the Chief police officer but he was not in.. though it appeared like it might have actually been possible to see him.. They wanted me to wait an hour to speak to professional standards.. but i didnt want to wait an extra hour.. But i did talk to the desk officer who was actually great and i did communicate to him what i wanted to and he did understand me and would pass on my visit to professional standards.. I recorded all that as well... Now today i went to the post office to send recordings of the visits and a follow up letter to the police and the whole system went down at the post office just as he scanned the barcode on my letter for recorded delivery! Hmmmm. He is still going to send them for me though! crazy. Lots of strange computer errors this week, sat-nav not working with satellite, and internet went down at home... I feel like somebody is trying to sabotage my communications. hmmph.

Steve Callaghan of "Road Safety Support" (a company operated by ex police chief Meredydd Hughes and ex officer Trevor Hall) has appeared in courts across the United Kingdom giving false account and misleading evidence and information about the operational function and nature of the laser beam fired from the police speed measurement devices (prolaser III and LTI 1000) He has given statements and guided cases on information and claim that the beam is in working effective area of 3feet wide on the target vehicles. And claimed that precision aim on specific areas and targets does not effect the speed reading.
I have obtained a Home Office standard, fully calibrated device and tested it.
It can easily produce slip effect readings of plus and minus MPH like the standard devices. And the laser operates well on exact targets and between gaps of 1-2 feet easily.
So the beam can be fired under, around and between targets and through windows and obtain readings from precise vehicle parts which will effect the overall reading.
Also the video recording laserwitness lite does not seem to have a flashing number on the speed reading if the device goes off the vehicle then back on again. it only seems to give a three line error if it goes off for too long. And the actual first contact of the beam with the vehicle is often not recorded on video evidence by the police officers, but edited off or not recorded. So important evidence is not recorded.
Also, under infra red camera, the screen perspective of the beam at working distance is only a tiny speck of light.. a white dot on the screen. And the beam certainly does not appear to spread out but if anything stays the same diameter when it gets further away. This is confirmed by my gap experiment on the stair case.
I am happy to challenge Truvelo UK and Tele-traffic uk on this information. But they refuse to answer questions.
I have obtained plus 10mph speed reading from a vehicle with the Home office approved Prolaser III device. Nothing prevents it from getting a higher or lower speed reading. My friend drove a vehicle with the speed limit set at 30mph and even with allowance for speedometer calibration .. the Home office device still produced up to plus 10mph extra speed from the vehicle.
I believe this is common.
The police making it difficult for us to obtain a copy of the videos makes this difficult to check for. And Tele-traffic UK and Truvelo UK refusing to answer questions literally is a perversion of the course of justice, as defence cannot even conduct their own cases outside of court hours to prepare cases for hearings and trails.
I believe a official UK distributor of speed measuring devices should be unbiased and not be "police" witness, and not exempted from giving independent witness evidence. Unfortunately, the distributor has reason to want to sell these devices to police, even though they supply devices for distance measurement and survey purposes to the public unbiased to police work.
Complaint to Frank & Paul Garratt, Mike Ricketts, Tele traffic UK + Police colleagues & Home Office approval department

All in together at the end..
Though i still don't believe its a legitimate video...
I still think they have either made a hoax video and its not the original, and zoomed in so other cars cannot be properly seen... As the van should have been visible over the top of the car in front of me... but i would need the same lens as he was using and to know the distance of the car in front of me from me to prove that...
But i still dont think his reading was correct and also i was still accelerating so how could it get a stable reading? I really think they would go to any lengths to stop someone getting evidence they have been adding speed onto peoples vehicles with the device.
And even if this is legitimate, there is still at least 1mph or more slip in the front grille..
But i suspect they created this to make it look like you cannot add speed on from going underneath then onto front.. but he didnt get a back wheel in this one. And we cannot know for certain when the reading started being taken.
