Legal loophole closed after fines for speeding at Rawdon are refundedLINK> www.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/news/1990095.legal_loophole_closed_after_fines_for_speeding_at_rawdon_are_refunded/March 2005 traffic regulation order errors corrected & reported in Jan 2008 "too late" after penalty points had already expired. Police "Put off" and "evade" responsibility as much as possible. Simple TRO errors by "unknown" persons are not as serious as PLACEMENT OF INCORRECT & ILLEGAL ROAD SIGNAGE, which is an criminal offence "causing drivers to contravene traffic regulation orders" - thus this line on enquiry will result in both Council, Highways & police staff being prosecuted.. something which so far thay have been "avoiding like hell"

20 May 2016 North Yorkshire police PCSO officially actually accepts my illegal signs report! and agrees with me! and will forward it to the police Sgt. Hunter! but will the road traffic department do anthing about it, taking into consideration that the safety camera van unit have been enforcing the speed limit when the evidence was not actuallly submissible for prosecution because of the road signs being incorrect and on a county wide, national scale!? it is possible, if the Rawdon drivers got fine refunds and penalty points removed! the issue now is what police officers will be honest about it. So today I had to go to Pateley Bridge. North Yorkshire and I passed the Oldest sweet shop in England! I stopped to investigate and gather evidence of some suspicious road signs just ad PCSO 4154 Brian Tongue drove past. Who returned to assist my investigations and agreed with my concerns. He stated he would also take photographs and forward the report to Sgt.Hunter who he thinks is in command of the roads enforcement in North Yorkshire police PCSO Brian Tongue was really friendly and completely understood my concerns and what I had found wrong with the road signs. He was co-operative and wanted to help! Profile> www.northyorkshire.police.uk/1836 Here is the video from today 20 May of todays encounter and also in there some more road sign checks and a few more LTI tests. I also found a lot more illegal signs faded strangely. I have seen this sign today near Harrogate, but it was white on white, with black lines! not white on grey! Really too similar to National speed limit! it was while i was investigating other signs that have been vandalised OR made to look faded on purpose! This is another lorry trick i think! because there are a few little pull ins where you can park a car or van but if a lorry stops there, but it looks very similar to National speed limit in that colour state! how the sign is supposed to look. How the signs are at the Harrogate and similar sites... Here is some nutcase saying we should change the uk road signs. really daft. (it would help if they got them the correct colours and sizes in the first place! rather than the council putting wrong signs out and the police covering for them. globonsomeday.blogspot.co.uk/2009/08/improvements-for-uk-speed-related-signs_4326.htmlSome photos from 20th May North Yorkshire.. public vandals or council tricks like the Ossett bypass? made to look like vandals?
