ROADS ARE DESIGNED & constructed for certain speeds. This is the Average speed percentile.
All roads with the same profile should be the same speed limit.
This has been changed, thus any two identical roads can be completely different speed limits.
And when you travel around from place to place & visit new places, this can catch you out.
MORE SO WHEN THE ROAD SIGNAGE IS NOT CORRECT TO SPECIFICATIONS. Or INTENDED MISTAKES ARE MADE.
50Mph at Elkersley with no Traffic regulation order in place? similar limits at Angel of the North Newcastle & Beeston, Sandy, Bedfordshire (nice little place) all on the A1. I put together a list on this website somewhere of a load of other places but you may know more. especially further south?
This one had 2 speed cameras, fixed. one has gone missing?! There were 40mph road works now its back to 50mph. But its just not for any reason, when you compare it to the A38 Derbyshire to Birmingham (even the roundabout sections could have warning strips that work perfectly fine everywhere else!
Also at Elkersley there are like "fake" terminal signs... not THIS set,... NOPE not THIS set.. NOPE, not these.. THESE! then by that time you have either given up or forgotten or just dont believe it! I think the south bound camera went walk about?
The national speed limits dont even match either! and there are DIRTY signs! and on one ENTRANCE slip one terminal is dirty & IN A BUSH!
Also, when I was recording the videos... the recording just "STOPPED" ?! just before I got to the camera! Thats why I had to drive back around for another pass, through the village, and do it again & I passed a funeral car by a church & just after some nice farmy houses, and then the covered up terminal sign on a bend in a bush!?

Onto the A1 northbound from the village then turn around & head southbound on the A1
Ok so now if we think of all these MOTORWAY roadworks GAMES (big boys SIMCITY) where they controll US to make enough money to build their new high speed railway... (NOT the GAME of.. LETS HAVE ALL THE ROADS RUNNING OPTIMAL AND AS SAFE AS POSSIBLE WITH BEST SAFETY FEATURES)
LOOK.... A38 Northbound near Birmingham... ROADWORKS! CONES! down to one lane! BUT NO SPEED LIMIT IN PLACE! JUST REGULAR NATIONAL SPEED LIMIT! & NO ISSUES! EVERYONE DRIVING REGULAR! in FACT CHOOSING TO DRIVE A BIT SLOWER VOLUNTRY! or whatever...
And then compare that to the other two examples one again, cones & no speed limit change & then CONES WITH 50mph limit... (whick really should be "ADVISORY" not "COMPULSORY FOR FINES"

Apparently the speed limit can not be challenged in law. But If you have evidence that speed limits have not been put in place consistently, you can prove that A PERSON, or GROUP OF PEOPLE have "mixed up" speed limits with intent. ESPECIALLY WHEN MISTAKES SEEM EXTRA PROMINENT (a lot of the time) WHEN MOBILE SPEED CAMERA VANS, FIXED SPEED CAMERAS OR POLICE PATROL CARS ARE ENFORCING THE SPEED LIMIT ON A ROAD OR SECTION OF A ROAD.
Also A impoant example of RADAR NOT being that ACCURATE? by example of RADAR ELECTRONIC SPEED SIGN before we go into these mystery 50mph speed limits with NO, or QUESTIONABLE Traffic regulation order juggling or not even that.

The little pumpkin ring on the dashboard was from "greggs" pastys in Barnsley earlier today.
For speeding prosecutions these vans do not even have the exact numbers between 5mph intervals anyway!
Also at the moment the little "play" & "pause" buttons are not showing up on you tube controls?
HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING COMPLAINTS ACKNOWLEDGED?
The police and Cps only have walls& barriers so you cannot go and MAKE them reply to letters correctly or do what they are supposed to. Its not REALLY a physical safety thing. Its so THEY CAN OPERATE DOING WHAT THEY WANT TO. Same reason the government just "IGNORE" your letters or stop responding.
If you "IGNORE" their lies.. THEY SEND THE BAILIFS AROUND... TO USE PHYSICAL FORCE. It always comes back to the police & physical force, a power which they take from you (EXCEPT YOU CAN USE PHYSICAL FORCE TO PREVENT STEALING)
The "BRAINS" in parliament ... how can you "MAKE" them do what they are supposed to do??
You can not really "send" a bailif around as they have BIG GATES & BLOCKED UP LETTER BOXES. The only way they have been able to continue sending out legal abuse and using force, the LAW and PHYSICAL BARRIERS. Or £MONEY if you can afford a LAWYER and most will not take them on.
