I started off going near Nottingham today, then back up to Castleford & Barnsley. Called in at Woodall services & there was a police Panda car parked in the car park services southbound. It had a strange notice fastened on the inside window that said "NOT IN SERVICE" - quite strange!? I thought it was some kind of joke, unless it had broken down & been left.. So I didnt bother getting a photo of it. Wish I had done! But I got this Ice cream van instead at the petrol station services.. Just because it said Cooler BAR! lol.
Its not as good as getting the police car photo complete with "not in service" notice on it, but still nearly as cool as getting a photo of the "GIANT CAT" ice cream van thats going around, that is shaped like a huge cat! Missed that one too!
Anyway, back on topic...
So, Back to getting the evidence... Later on I was In Castleford on the A655 & As I have been taking photos of unserviced & unmaintained speed cameras recently, (see thread here) with some photos of rust speed cameras (not my fault!)

I found a Fixed speed camera installation going on & was able to ask him a few questions about the cleaning & maintenance of fixed speed cameras. The Guy had a foreign accent, he sounded european but I wouldnt have guessed that from looking at him! lol!
This guy actually uses safety cones when working roadside. Which Alan White & other fixed speed camera service officers do not do. I did manage to get Lancashire police to start using cones with the mobile speed cameras, like they do when fitting a speed survey up. So some complaints can get somewhere.
Anyways..
My mobile phone has been acting naughty today as well, it still will not sync with the "matrix" date & meantime on the server!! boo! keeps going to the wrong time or date & I have to keep correcting it myself! Also text messages wont send sometimes even after like 4 or 5 try's, & I have to keep retrying to send them! Also my keypad will not type sometimes! keeps freezing up, it vibrates when I type in messages but no letters appear!! If someone is dicking with this on purpose like the POLICE?, please STOP IT!!!!! STOP DICKING WITH PEOPLES MOBILE PHONES!
Grrrr!!! It has only been like this the last few days. Also my mobile phone company EE, will not let me send picture messages since I went to a cheaper tarrif, the £15 one! even though I have enough data allowance GB spare, it wont let me send MMS messages, that only was in effect since I downgraded. I wish there was a TEXT & DATA tarrif only with no deals for calls. But they wont do that! It should be £10 per month unlimited texts & data. If you never use your phone to ring people! Have you noticed the tarrif for buisness is cheap internet but expensive to talk. Yet for children tarrifs, its the opposite, cheap to call, but expensive internet! Where is the tarrif for people who dont call anyone hardly, just text or internet??!! come on!

Anyway here are the videos & pictures I managed to get. As I was curious why some speed cameras are left to go rusty & others have mould on them or are not facing forward pointing sideways! or no road markings like at Mold Green. I am certain I have seen cameras that have NOT been serviced for well over one year! Even though this guy claims so! They neglect them! only want NEW NEW NEW!
(EDIT NOTE: I HAVE ONLY JUST REALIZED THAT THE SOUND WAS NOT RECORDING ON MY PHONE FOR SOME REASON WHEN THESE 2 CLIPS WERE RECORDED. I ONLY JUST TRIED TO WATCH THEM AFTER UPLOADING & SETTING OUT THIS THREAD. THIS MISSING SOUND WAS NOT OF MY DOING, IT MUST HAVE BEEN A FAULT WITH MY MOBILE PHONES RECORDING & AUDIO SOFTWARE. COULD HAVE BEEN AS MY PHONE WAS LOW ON MEMORY? BUT I THOUGHT IF SO WOULDNT IT JUST RECORD BOTH SOUND & VISION UNTIL THE MEMORY WAS FULL?)
Also I saw the council trimming hedges by the road side & cutting grass!! but they do not do this in places where foilage covers road signs!!!!!!! grr!! Or clean them!
Another thing today.. I have noticed that a police station building has been knocked down in Bradford, by the Wibsey roundabout, but quite a few new ones have been popping up. REALLY BIG ONES. Like 2 in Wakefield & one by the Leeds united staduim. I have seen more Community support police on the streets but less "proper" constables. The police are supposed to be reducing staff, but they are having more buildings built!!
Is this to be for more cyber crime and less street presence?
The plan has been to go nuts with Motorway police & fixed motorway cameras, which this petitions campaign is against, because they are being misused & it is about power & control! not road safety! With fake congestion!
The new buildings will have been payed for with the speed cameras I reckon! (including deleted records & fraud which is evident, combined with illegal signs!) which I am trying to expose!
If we can not TRUST the POLICE to honestly moderate & govern the speed cameras & road signs, then we certainly CAN NOT TRUST THEM WITH ALL THESE NEW BUILDINGS! & POLICING THE INTERNET! With all the free laptops given out & stuff everyone is a target!...
I have noticed BY ACCIDENT WHILE BROWSING HONESTLY (pop ups).. that there have been a lot of PAEDOFILE type "FISHING" images pop up when "innocently"
on REGULAR porn sites.. these seem to "FISH FOR PAEDOS" even people who might not have looked before. - I have had to report a few of them to the internet standards sites. But they seem to keep appearing, if you ever even go near a normal porn site.
But if people are being "FISHED" by speed cameras.. could it be possible that the police or government were intending to start more online "fishing" for other crimes, that people otherwise would not commit?? Can we really trust the police in these big buildings with online crime? it is all to do with information really. & can they just "cause" people to do crime?? can they "make more crime" to give themselves a job to do? when other strategy could eliminate all crime completely??? Do the police want to keep themselves a job to do??
What is the future if we can not have an honest, trust worthy police presence now? Or is it all more propaganda?
They say they are short on PC's but send them off to do silly jobs as well, like when I went to the Fire station HQ just to ask a few questions! & a PC was sent all the way over for the best part of 30 seconds to ask 2 pointless questions! Then they say they are short on money and employ community support officers!
