I went to Ashton in Makerfield today & on the way back passed the Hawk Eye van parked up in the petrol station, with no driver.
I am pretty certain it was him who grassed me up for placing "a couple" of stickers on the A580 fixed traffic light cameras. They were not removed though at first!! Just "made not readable" so I couldnt get website visitors or signatures! What a dirty trick!
I had the exemption legislation & law on me, so I placed a copy of it under his windscreen wiper. It states I can not be prosecuted. So I wonder if he will take it in to his SGT. ?
I am being prosecuted as stated in the other thread.... for placing "about 12 paper stickers" and use of roads for distribution of political materiels, when it is illegal to be prosecuted.
I wonder if the Hawk Eye guy has noticed this sign on the A580? its a new one to me! Maybe he was the one who placed it!?
This is the dual carriageway that should be National speed limit, but they have it at 60mph & pick people off with the mobile speed camera van that parks in Lay-bys and obstructs the entry/exit slip of the lay-by. Not to mention all the van wobble from passing vehicles!
