Ive had to spell check and edit a few posts. And also im certain there are a few emails appeared that were not there before. I think someone is messing with them. im convinced all the spelling errors are not my own. Also on the way to Bristol on Sunday there were two strange yellow lone brackets on the legend sign on the M5 before i got to my first location. To measure the incorrect bracket sized signs! Did the government highways control room put them on there? Or did someone hack into it!? I am not lying! Just 2 strange brackets with a few spaces between them! Also someone had ordered a pizza to our house but left a different phone number .. And there was a strange digital sound noise in my room somewhere but it wasnt my phone! And the other phone was in the van! Could it be a hidden Device!? Was it even inside a wall cavity!? I am not making this up! Oh dear.

Apparently this is the appropriate episode of Dixon of Dock Green for the bentcopper quote " The rotten apple Series 2 episode 10. Paul Eddington was the bent bobby. Then he ended up Prime Minister........... " That's what someone from YouTube just told me. Here are the details www.imdb.com/title/tt0562437/I cannot find the actual episode available to watch. I also just made the creative connection of "Dixon" of dock Green & "Dixons" Ices!

This website archives Crown court cases. But you need the details of the case to search. I don't think you can just type "driving cases" in and search. You might need to pay a lawyer to do the research for you. www.thelawpages.com/court-hearings-lists/crown-court-lists-archive.phpI had a missed call today from a Warrington number. It's not the court. Does not show up in a search either. And I am 100% certain that professional lawyer Nick Freeman stated on live radio Jeremy Vine show that "there might be a road sign wrong or something else" in relation to driving offences. Also on the radio, a case where a man was not prosecuted because of an incorrect road sign. And I have the actual manual which confirms that to be the case. Unfortunately not all police camera van operators seem to be educated in this information. Ok... This story says that even if the font style was wrong you couldnt be prosecuted or convicted. A guy DID prevent conviction. but the secretary of state for transport just started changing the law to get around it. highwaysmagazine.co.uk/speeding-motorist-fine-quashed-over-wrong-signs/So... The thing is.. That if NEW laws are valid for the font styles.. What about section .85 of the road traffic act? Because if the new traffic signs manuals replace or update the 2002 TSRGD then that means the new tables and sizes and distances ARE valid and correct and need to be complied with. Where is the change in law regarding the requirement of the signs to be correct? Is this why the government dont update the legislation website? So they can keep one step ahead and change legislation as it suits their adjenda? I think thatcis why Pat and Theresa May currently having no fear over recent petition campaign by bentcop.biz as they have heard it all before. Unfortunately no one thought to prosecute the secretary of state for transport for "causing drivers to contravene traffic regulation orders" before he had chance to toy around with the legislation again , and stop his terrorist legal abuse and racketeering against drivers. Of fish farming of vehicles that you cannot say no to.

highwaysmagazine.co.uk/speeding-motorist-fine-quashed-over-wrong-signs/So basically i do not see how "Pat the fat controller" would publish a new manual that doesnt have to be followed correctly. Has the secretary of state for transport authorised and legislation that says the prescribed road signs do not have to be erect and no not have to be maintained clean? They do not have to be the sizes stated in the manual. And they are not an obstruction in the road if wrong or unlawful. The configurations that state unlawful in the manual are in fact not unlawful? Pat Mac. Are you taking the piss? Leave our roads alone and fuck off. Please. Go away.

Neither contested they were speeding on the controversial stretch of road, the A20 between Folkestone and Dover in Kent, which was restricted from 70mph down to 40mph as part of the Dover Traffic Assessment Project (TAP) to calm lorry traffic around the port. The order was based on a section of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 which allows for traffic measures in the case of roadworks - which were not actually in place. It failed to include a section of the act allowing reduced speed limits when there is 'likelihood of danger to the public'. I dont see why they should have to appeal individually if the Rawdon drivers were all contacted by West Yorkshire police. After all, the price of a stamp wasted in contesting these cases with police is four fold. www.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/news/1990095.legal_loophole_closed_after_fines_for_speeding_at_rawdon_are_refunded/
