Ok, so it will not let me do a Manchester City council petition, because i do not live in the area. A bit like Machester Crown Prosecution Service not being able to prosecute me for stopping on the motorway because it was West Yorkshire, not Lancashire and they got the wrong location area.. but i couldnt be prosecuted anyway as to do so is illegal because i was stopping to distribute petition materials.

Looks here, the National assembly of Wales clearly states that you CAN give "evidence" about a petition! and May be required to do so! So Steve Finnegan is Wrong when he Doesnt accept that I was Collecting Evidence from his Speed camera van officer for my petition thus cannot be prosecuted for the seatbelt. You CAN do work to collect evidence for a petition to submitt to the Government! It says they can even CALL for it to be presented to the Welsh Assembly, thus it will be the same for HM Government as well! Well, i have an entire website full of evidence! I dont need to go into the assembly to present it because it is available online!

BBC2 The World's Fastest Indian Adventure drama. A health scare prompts eccentric New Zealander Burt Monro to attempt to break the land speed record on his treasured Indian Scout motorcycle. www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b00gbjg9/the-worlds-fastest-indianThe Archetypes in this film strangely fit Tele-traffic UK.. just switch the motorcycle for an LTI Ultralyte 1000 and you get an interesting artistic comparison

So this is the Daily Mail newspapers story on the LTI speed gun... www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-365563/The-great-speed-gun-scandal.htmlI find some of their experiments a little difficult to believe, but they seem to have tested the device more rigorously than i am doing. Strangely there are zero comments on the story on their website?! I must say that i cannot read the story from my phone as a pop up columb covers half the screen.

This is a recent story from the Daily Mail, dated 17 March 2016.. so recent in relation to my petitioning work.. www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3496518/Speed-camera-catches-25-000-offenders-week-installed-quarter-drivers-road.htmlThis is the new perspective on the situation... So, it Seems a dramatic shift in Strategy from the police here. Instead of trying to "cover up" how many drivers they are issuing fines to. They are now claiming high numbers. And pitching the "warning drivers" approach as opposed to fines & driving licence removal. But they have bought a load of extra speed guns. And was the camera the same type as pictured (Gatso) ? It sounds like it was NOT. It sounds like it was a "Hidden" Licence plate detecting camera. Do we know the accuracy of these cameras?! What was the Road signage like on the road? Out of the quoted numbers, Could a similar experiment with different/better road signage resulted in less people speeding on the road?

This is typical dialogue & letters from authorities when you start to write letters two & fro... lots of interesting information in this link from What do they know website. www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/lti_camera_type_approval_corraboBut really with the article i posted above and these examples as well.. i just dont know how the authorities can continue with all the complaint letters. And past Petitions & newspaper articles online seem to get little comments? Are the government blocking and obstructing the online responce from the public? The complaints alone are enough to get cameras removed as in my own petition by the Law anyway as a "nuisance". The previous post with the Stroud camera.. all those speeding motorists but it reports no accidents?! Then the Mail newspaper also quoted writing about - A plan of deliberately reducing speed limits without good reason whilst increasingly operating speed enforcement covertly. same again, different website.. www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/154060/response/404472/attach/html/3/Dennis%20Fallon%20Internal%20Review.pdf.html

Some photos from recent days..... I had a hunch we might leave the Euro.. because there did seem more LEAVE notices up than remain ones. Also quite a few people waving on the roundabout by Starbucks on the A38 Derby/Belper.. Well i voted leave anyway. i thought there were other ballots as well.. Cameron does look to be missing a french style moustache in this photo...kinda feel sorry for cameron, but he did not act to stop me getting illegally prosecuted when i asked for emergency assistance from HM government. Cute! They have libraries in pubs now that a lot are closing down!? do they still have an actual librarian pulling pints?! I went to Taco Bell again in Barnsley today... and it opened late because one of the staff didnt turn up on time! there is a fit euro woman there Saturdays, not sundays though, haha. I got free fries because i had gone there from Huddersfield & they were late. You also get a card stamped for freebies now as well. Apparently the first ever Taco Bell drive through is opening in Cleethorpes!! i just found out! Awesome! its where i used to go on holiday with my grandparents! and where i got a hole-in-one at the 9 hole pitch & putt course! really! near the tropical butterfly gardens! its all changed now though... but i will go there for certain, i love Cleethorpes its a bit like Austrailia layout of residential and surrounding areas. Here at Taco Bell the skateboard on the wall has a truck put on the wrong way around!! they have a website called "Tellthebell" to get offers but you will need your receipt number. Look at the drinks machine it says "pull me if you can" lol. you get unlimited re-fills. i wonder if i will go try pull the euro woman.. apparently there are a few working there though! dont all rush at once. i will put the LTI ultralyte testing video on from today & other petition matter discussions. This was just before the other video im a police chief get me out of here in the previous post!
