Ok so i have actually got the Sun newspaper form to work now.. but i bottled it! haha. Here is the advert i have got, just simple... I guess there is no rush, but it would have been better to do it before the election day!? (Eu voting i meant) I guess i do not want to make a tit of myself in front of the entire country, but also dont want to get in any more trouble and i need to sort this Macclesfield traffic light thing out.. I will do it though, the advert! just also that hardly anyone signed the petition from the Metro and Manchester evening news adverts.. unless those readers use the bus?! do more Sun readers drive? where are all these people who actually dont like speed cameras and need to know about the road signs? Did Cameron order a hack? they cannot be trusted with road signs, thus i estimate that is the "standard" of government crookedness and deception... to guage the rest of how they run things.. including accident hoaxes and timed deaths. Unless someone else set them up.? who knows what they are capable of. I know i am not wrong about the signs. hmmmmmmmmmm.... Do you think that the petition sites were blocked or Hacked? or?? just people are a bit Foggy and dim? I know i am not that stupid. i could do with getting the 1000 LTI to test it for slip effect though.

Undercover policing scandal in the news www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-36587661I actually believe that it was illegal for undercover police to even investigate political protests because investigation is with view to prosecution. Thus is illegal against petitioning groups. Seems very likely the police were used to sabotage political movements Was the need to hide the identification of the undercover officers less to do with them being found out for operational reasons and more to do with the fact employed police cannot have a political biased and involvement because of Police policy??

Roadworks crew speed through roadworks. No issues with that at all? Their safety, your concern. Your fines & guilt? Also Today I was passing the fixed Red light camera by McDonalds in Rochadale, the one at the Crossroads.. and there was a Flatbed van, with Highways maintenance on it and the yellow, red arrows.. exactly like the type in the above video! ... and i tried to record it but i have lost the video, it didnt record but anyway.. there was no company name on it at all, but a guy was working on the red light camera. He seemed local. not foreign. It isa Gatso traffic light camera. He had the columb hatch open and was doing the electrics. I got to ask a few quick questions at the traffic lights, about the road markings & why they have only just started using them... he said only newer ones have them. I said that they are needed. He said its red light camera. And i said yeas but the Amber phase is the critical concern in law. He just kinda Shrugged. I had to set off then. I didnt get change to think of other questions or quiz him any deeper like where is he from, what company? the police or council? settings questions and challenge his road markings replies. I lost the video i was recording with the registration plate of vehicle, but it seemed like a bog standard Highways Maintenance flatbed with traffic cones on it and road signs. He was not dressed like a technician or specialist, nor was he from Gatso or Truvelo.. i asked him about traffipax cameras briefly... but i had to go. I think if i had stopped properly & got out i would have had change to get some very valuable questions and answers, responses and points across with feedback.

So, here is a petition website of Manchester City council. They are facilitating the petition process for matters that concern the Manchester area. LINK> www.manchester.gov.uk/downloads/download/3980/petitions_schemeThey set out their own "preferred" terms & conditions and what they state they would like to accept and what they will want to reject. This obviously is not the absolute law, its just as they choose to present their own petitions service that they have put together. Obviously if you do your own petition it is subject to nothing but the Law. But i guess Manchester Council is not "HM Government" ? or is it? Is a Local authority the local branch of HM Government? Anyway.. interestingly they state that they dont want to accept any petitions over any Legal action that has been taken. These are really interesting listings of things the council really doesnt want you to petition about.. and interestingly the list is pretty much everything you would want to petition about that was important! (in law you can petition about anything) I mean just look at the Monster Raving loony party genuine policy list if you want to get serious) So basically, A petition is something that gives a Citizen and the "people" power to get together to challenge the Government over any matter that is important to them... And that is the most strongest power you will ever have. It is Democracy. So these from the list are interesting... Any petition relating to the subject of any legal action taken by the Council or an individual. Well... there is nothing in the Law that says you cannot petition against those causes.. inclusive of.. Any matter relating to a planning decision – These will be dealt with using existing procedures. For further information about making representations about planning decisions, please contact the planning team at Now, if we think of this as a "court" making a legal decision whom are not "the council" that may give a plausable excuse to get the council "out" of having to accept a petition or act. OR them saying that it is "The Police" not THEM you should be Petitioning. BUT if we Take the Wharfedale Observer example again here> www.wharfedaleobserver.co.uk/news/1990095.legal_loophole_closed_after_fines_for_speeding_at_rawdon_are_refunded/And The Rawdon Fine refunds.. it most certainly WAS the Council who acted to badger the police to refund the drivers fines when the traffic regulation order was incorrect.. er.. not in place! So... If we could bring Attention to the M60 controversial 50mph speed limit at Breadbury that has Illegal size 1500mm terminal signs that are reserved for road works only. And the Fact that according to the Traffic Signs Manual you do NOT have 50mph Motorways at all.. and that there are numerous examples of Similar roads that are NOT 50mph... it is evident that the Highways & council are NOT providing CONSISTENT and expedient transport at all, of which is required of them. ALSO the M60 is the same bend both ways, but the 50mph speed limit is only in place ONE way around. It was listed as the highest Grossing speed camera at one time in a National Tabloid story. THUS because INCORRECT & ILLEGAL road signage is ON PAR with a incorrect or not placed Traffic regulation order, which is required for enforcement of the speed limit... There is NO REASON why Manchester City Council can not be petitioned to get Greater Manchester Police to refund the Fines to all the Drivers on the M60, because the Road signage does NOT comply with the Road Signs Manual thus the Highways authority and police have not met their obligations for the evidence obtained from the road to be viable for prosecution material. A very important matter that the council should not be trying to evade. And that would include the numerous "Bus Lane Fine" issues around the city which have highly questionable Layouts as well and can be misleading to drivers. (I actually investigated one of these bus lane traps myself after being caught out by it) So.... I do believe that drawing up a petition about the M60 Motorway 50mph limit & fine refunds IS viable to submit to Manchester city council.

Here is another petition site I have found... Citizen Go! citizengo.org/en?gclid=CL340I3UvM0CFdRuGwodKgEBlwI am just about to draw up a new petition about the Macclesfield Traffic Lights. I also have had a Letter back from Lancashire police Chief Steve Finnegan... My dad has read it, i havent looked at it yet..but apparently he doesnt seem willing to accept either my seatbelt exemption for driving a delivery vehicle on local rounds, or else he is not accepting i can do my own police work (investigating his police force) or that i am not protected when travelling in a vehicle doing work for my petition in between my driving for work, getting in & out of the vehicle to record, inspect & document illegal road signs & question his own safety camera officers. So i have 28 days to respond / pay the seatbelt fine. I might have to book a meeting with him in person. As the solicitors seem to be acting to "Back up" the police and courts instead of telling the truth. (Auriga advocates Tony stylie) So really this entire situation is a battle for truth VS bullshit. And it seems very very personal conduct & behaviour orientated to specific individuals.

Can you remember the Terrahawks? It's like The square ones are based on the speed camera logo, or vice versa! Remember Zelda was really scary and used to wear a strange wedding dress all the time.

So, it looks like Someone has been in my room again and broke a few pieces off one of my sculptures. Probably just to make the point.. "we can come into your house whenever we want and you cannot do anything to stop us" Wasn't my parents anyway. :/ Also someone left a playing card at the bottom of the drive with two black cross eyes. So possibly we should legalize booby traps, if the Americans are going to keep guns for self defence? No house is ever private with mobile phones anyway. Is there a "snoop gene" some people are born with? Ok, so I am kinda getting sick of this game now. They just want me to post the clues left, to make the point for them :/ Also I am on the process of repairing my disk drive but now my computer is locking up in explorer so cannot browse files or my computer and this is now making it verra difficult and awkward to upload the videos to my computer and edit them to put on YouTube unless I upload them direct from my phone :/ Also found a strange policeman keyring, but Its my grans apparently :/ Also strange spelling mistakes on here that I am certain are not my fault.

Ok, 24 June... I redesigned the main bentcop.biz website page and added more petitions. As well as legal information for protection. I opened a new HM Government petition on their website, but now the entire HM Government petition site has gone down for "maintenance" mysteriously. After I stated I was going to run a SUN national tabloid advert for ending speed cameras in one swift go using existing legislation. The site has more or less only just got back started again. My previous 2 archived petitions with them being down now also. In addition to this, I have a letter through the post from HM Government! With official stamp embossed! So, will this be good news or bas news?! Just at the EU membership voting count as well! And I am facing Finnegans seatbelt charge and Byrnes red light offence.. so it's all crazy. Do you think Cameron has ordered the petitions site down? To block me? Had the site been hacked before? What does the letter say?! I was just about to draw a petition up for West Yorkshire and Greater Manchester police professional standards department and detectives to have independent drugs screenings as required by public interest to establish the percentage of officers who have used narcotics but police against them. Also a possible speed survey of police staff off duty driving habbits. I also want to look at mobile phone use as a potential schooled skill with permits and lessons instead of enforcement and fines. Anyway.... I don't know why the site is down, which authority or who?! So I will have to read the letter and the Finnegan letters as well! photos from yesterday/friday (editing today saturday)

Remember that Cameron, Faulkes and other MPs ignored my Human Rights act requests to "act within their power" to stop the illegal prosecutions against me previously
