Only that taking a lot can give you diarhea. Also... Apparently the MAX lethal dose of potassium is guessed around 50g ... And there isnt really any NHS advice for calcium... Only that its not advised to take over 1.5g a day for extended periods.. But no specific danger data... Hmmm... Interesting. This is all getting very Ayahuasca-style boiling leaves down to a cup full and drinking high concentrations to see what effects it has like Amazonian shamans dietas's lol. So really theres so fixed calcium, magnesium or potassium upper limit.. Obviously 50g is a LOT anyway... And salt is always only 50% sodium. So always half... So IF you have clear healthy veins which you cleaned out and are on a healthy diet... I wonder just exactly what the upper sodium limit is as well then? Really? As potassium actually lowers blood pressure... This is the part that i have just realised is possibly significant... The NHS website says that magnesium helps to convert food into energy... So where do we usually GET magnesium from? Well usually leaves and veg.. And those are not really high in energy.. Are they. Low calorie.. So really the more calories and energy you eat... Pork pies.. Sausage rolls, bread, milk with all that sugar in... Its a whole lot of energy... Isnt it? So you would think that you WOULD need a whole lot of potassium to help convert all that extra energy... Especially seeing as there isnt reall an upper limit on magnesium... Also... Meat.. Sausage and RED meat.. Dr.Berg is saying is in fact OK. Red meat has iron. Well.. RED meat has a lot of protein, energy, and makes you constipated... What works opposite to constipation? MAGNESIUM!! Lol... Also, red meat doesnt release insulin too much.. Its like fats.. Neutral. I would be interested to know if the minerals themselves trigger an insulin reaction? Do minerals actually have energy? I should know that. Protein is energy. Fat. Sugar. Carbohydrate.

Fish has magnesium.. Bread does have magnesium Milk has 11mg per pint But these dont have as much as leafy greens. And the greens have less energy. There is more sugar in milk than bread.
So what? Well.. Its carbs...
I think that its significant that something like a MacDonalds full meal that is over 1000 calories and over half a days eenergy is unlikely to have a significant contribution to magnesium RDA.... Which would be 200mg??
How much magnesium DOES a MacDonalds have??
Its no secret that governments, NHS and campaigning groups all openly complain about fast food franchises and say they have not enough vitamins and minerals..
But what is the nanny government doing about it? Besides letting them put up more billboards.. TV adverts... Flyers and Donald Trump gambling channels and casinos?
As well as illegal Toy grabber machines.. Why is it like Back to the Future IIs horror future with "Biff" Trump running the place and Theresa May flying around on a broomstick in the smoggy city with people crossing roads with walkmans and phones and gadgets... Yet the drivers are the ones being picked on...
Why is the government obsessed and fixated with the perpetual torture and punnishment of drivers?? And a Royal Guarda police coin collection squad of self important badge polishing bafoons?? Who frequent social media claiming to do Gods work collecting stacks of coins and whipping the public?? For perverted magistrate gratification and leisure??

Im not certain other than generally saying.. Get more calcium and magnesium.. That taking more of them both together soecifically has the above effect? As there is no real stated upper limit for calcium and magnesium... Lets suggest 1 gram a day of both?! Just for suggestions sake... The NHS website doesnt actually say not to do that. Or not to take more than 1.4g of potassium. It just says not to take too much salt. So.. Its an interesting area.

Ok.... Heres something predictable...
When you start singing Parsley, Sage, Rosemary and Thyme... And typing Potassium, Magnesium, Calcium into google... Your full 400g Tin of spinach or big huge bag of 400g Kale or Nettles starts to shrink down to a 100g bag size... Lol!!
All these years searching for the mystery of the song!! Ta-da!!
I love thyme as well... Maybe a bit harsh eating straight Rosemary!! As its strong enough as it is in seasoning!! Or chrimbo dinner!!
But im pleased ive solved the obvious riddle!! They all go on about the psychedelic Salvia plant as Sage. But the serrated edges of the nettle plant are so similar to mint leaves.. That i think nettle is obviously the missing key with its huge calcium content. The legend of nettles and DOC leaves... DOC being coined for DOCTOR.. And its funny that nettles sting and they have the tassili cave art guy with a bee stinger.. Lol... Interesting yes??
If we all ate nettles maybe we would need the doctor less?

Here is Bergs video on Sports Drinks from the other day..
My mum got a couple of coconut water drinks to try... But they are not at all like the profile of the cocunut milk i was showing you.. Which is a lot tastier.. And it really just fat energy. With no sugar or nutrients in it.
This coconut water is about 50 calories per carton. And does have quite a bit of sugar in it. But its got lots of potassium and magnesium as well! In fact a large part of the RDA...
So maybe this is a lot better alternative to diet coke? For a diet? IF the magnesium and potassium are beneficial to us? Just a shame about the sugar.. But 50 calories or so is quite low.. And even orange juice needs a pint to getbanywhere near that.. And its got lots more calories and sugars. Interesting the colour of the diet coke can is silver.. And tne caffeine free one gold.
I want to do a talk about coffee and service stations and truck stops. And these legal breaks the drivers must take. Why would they get tired anyway? They shouldnt do. I used to drive and not get tired. I think the red bull and costa coffee actually make it worse and junk food so lorry drivers are worse and need these breaks and its wasting a lot of time and theybare eating more junk food and spending more money... Its like a corporate and police handshake plot. And FAT PAT McLoughlin is the last person to consult about diets and driving breaks.. Seeing as he was a miner. Not a driver.

Im getting sick of this now...
Reading loads and loads of online reports about people getting dizzy and feint from the ketosis diet. And these are fit non diabetic people!!
But there is no warning for driving or opersting machinery.. Only for people who are on diabetic medicine!!
Also to add to the insult.. The newspapers just published a story about a new pill thst lowers blood pressure!! When all they need to do it stop eating rubbish food and it pretty much instantly drops.
I dont think Dr.Berg and others are warning about this diet as much as they need to. Also i think we are as humans supposed to eat fruit and have a bit of sugar energy. For reserves...

I think with over-weight people..
Its not so much the INSULIN.. And blood sugars.
My blood sugars were fine 5 years ago. In fact i wasnt that fat at all.. I had lost some weight... But it gets difficult to loose all of the weight.
There are lots of very large people around who are not type 2 diabrtics or type 1 diabetics..
Its the stored fat is mot being converted by the liver..
Is there something thats not 'insulin resistance'
But something between where the fat is stored and used up.. That has another type of resistance?? It seems ok when you are loosing the initial bit of weight... But then you sort of stop. And the rest just sits there?
Your fat burning must "work" or be able to work... As you lost a lot of weight... But then now you arent :/
Slowed metabolism? Intermitten fasting? Calorie defecit? Ketosis? Blood sugars?
Is it possible if you are eating way too less... That your body will hold onto the remaining weight? Is that why they say eat once a day only? Likeva full 1800 calories.. But nothing the rest of the day? Some people say that works. Maybe im eating too less calories in total now.. When i only eat 1000. But i want to try keep my blood glucose levels down.
I am doing really well at "not eating" but no more fat is being lost anymore to reach my BMI target. :/

The oral glucose tolerance test. labtestsonline.org.uk/understanding/analytes/glucose/tab/test/So basically, you dont have anything to eat for 8 hours. Check your blood sugar. Then you have a glucose drink like lucozade or something... And then you check it again to see if its gone back down. Which is basically what ive been doing. Lol... And mine has been going back down. But it has usually taken about 3 to 4 hours.. So its a bit slow to recover.. But it does recover. Which is how ive been able to keep both morning and evening levels under 5.5mmol/l I really need to be eating 2500 kcal a day with it being 5.5 or under. But as im eating Less... Its OK. Just that really i want this fat to go away so i can eat more again. :/ I dont like this ketosis diet at all. Everybody who does it... Even fit healthy people dont like it because it makes people feint and puts a funny sweet tase in your mouth.. In fact doctors should warn people about this diet. Its actualy as bad as the diabetic medicine yet hardly any safety adbice... Although UK Doctors dont push this diet on patients. Mabe why? Lol.. Dr.Berg and U.S. doctors possibly less concerned about the side effects. Think i will try 1800kcal like the NHS calculator suggests. But mabe try eat that. All in 1 sitting. I think i can mix a tin of spinach with a tin of coconut milk... And have a bag of walnuts. Which is 1700kcal. And that seems like it might let the weight come off. Because your body will up the metabolism again.. As your getting fed. But will allow for weight loss at the end of the day :/

Here.. Look... I havent read the story.. But police chief says give people Heroine to cut crime.. Cant say i know much about Heroine. I doubt the stuff they are selling people on the streets is actually heroine anyway.. But you have to wonder if people who use drugs like that took full vitamin dupplememts.. Would it prevent the side effects? I dont know.. The drug is as mysterious as the silk road and the countries it originates from. Heroine isnt even natural its man made version of opium. Whats the original use of opium? Just a pain killer or more? What are the effects of the plant in the regular diet? I always wondered if athletes used it to enhance performance by removing fear and anxiety? And reducing pain? Didnt they used to use it in the Tour De france before it was made illegal? Why was there a skateboard company called H-street? Did they call it that because they used it to enhance performance or remove pain before or after injury? Hey...
Apparently i have lost weight after all.
23rd Feb 2017. 14st 3.2lb 07 March 2017. 14st 0.8lb
Hurray!
Ive lost nearly 3lb! Haha. In 12 days. Hmmmmm. So nearly a pound every 5 days. So very close to 14st straight now!
It works out at another 4 months, though to get to 12stone.. Quite a while.. Unless the intermitten fasting would reduce the time? 28 pounds to go anyway!
Possibly im just slow at loosing weight.. Or its because im eating too less and the metabolism is way too slow now. :/
I dont like this diet at all though. I cant sleep consistently. Its horrible. One night might be ok the next a nightmare.
And i really want to eat more but dont want by blood sugars to go back up again.
Its going to take a while to loose the remaining 2 stone though...
And my driving ban has run out.. So i can get my licence back and go to work!
But will i ever get back to normal health?
What about being dragged through the thorn bush by the police and being branded a criminal? What about all the other drivers?
The government lies... Can our country ever be the same? Can we find trust in kind nice people?
Or are we doomed to be run by bond villain super criminals like Andrew Jones and Pat McLoughlin?
