Ok so to get 2.5g of sodium per day.. You would need to eat 15 and a half eggs. :/
Or 3.2kg of Spinach...
The highest content of sodium is obviously seafoods...
Oysters, mollusks, seaweed, fish and of course... The sea!
So... If you boil off or evaporate seawater.. You have salt. Obviously.
So the sodium requirement is supposed to be half of the potassium requirement...
So in salt there is only 50% sodium.
So you actually need about 5g salt.
Equal to the 4.7 or lets say 5g potassium..
potassium chloride and salt weigh about the same and take up the same space.. so 5g of each is a good volume if you are on a mega diet.
If you are eating 2500 or more calories a day.. Its likely that you will consume 5g of salt a day... But if you go on a very low calorie diet.. You probably will not be getting the adequate salt intake?
520g bread = 2.5g sodium.
520g bread = 26g sugar
12 pints of milk = 2.5g sodium.
12 pints of milk = 306g sugar
100g oyster/sea mollusk 210mg sodium
1.1kg seaweed 2.5g sodium
100g kippered herring 918mg (google)
100g mackerel 4450mg? Atlantic 83mg? Hmm. not certain about this figure.
Really?
1 raw haddock fillet 411mg sodium
1 cooked haddock fillet 391mg sodium
100g sausage 813mg sodium (smile and say sausages)
Here the actual tin doesnt say sodium, it lists salt. is that the entire sodium content of the product? they claim there is around 1 gram of salt or just under in a tin of fish. So you would need 2 and a half tins.
The sausage is quite high in salt. But other meats arent. So unless its fish or sausage, you are not going to get the salt from other food sources. (I dont think anyway)
Might explain on & off days for blood presure? sausage ranges from 1.2g, 1.4g and 2.2g of salt per 100g of product... not the best photo.. but are we clear on the exact sodium content here? lol
So no wonder you have high blood pressure eating bread and milk and sugar!
So to warn you about salt causing high blood pressure... When totally ignoring these other factors.. It completely retarded...
In fact... If you have clear arteries and have cleaned your cardiovascular system out. You need a lot more salt!
And i have read a lot of testimony of this.. Though they said they increased their salt intake? But i would guess marginaly..
It seems that prior to bread... We as humans lived as a coastal creature near the sea and islands and either ate a LOT of fish and fish oils and seafood.. OR we got a lot of salt out of the ocean water.. To preserve fish and meat!! And that was our source of salt...
Thus makes sense to the old ancient sea faring civilisations of Skara Brae, Isle of man, newgrange and coast of france... With the old barrows and monuments..
All the way around the top of Scotland as well.
And its correct to pre-windmill history when bread was not being mass produced.
I think the symptoms of low blood pressure are more of a concern.. Much more of a concern than mercury from fish. In fact ots only really a concern in larger fish like shark.. According to Dr.Berg.
Lol.. I should do youtube videos. Haha.
No wonder that they put everyone on low carb diets and feed them metformin.. Then people are getting numb feet and hands!!
Duh!! They must be getting too little salt..
It makes sense to whats happening at the doctors with the nurse diabetic checks..
They DO check your blood pressure..
But alarmingly they are only on the look out for too high blood pressure.
As i read on the NHS website they are onmy concerned about LOW blood pressure if anyone experiences adverse symptoms..
Errr HELLO!!! Diabetic nurse Que??!!
Retards?!
Hmmmm. Im sorry.
Im stupid. Im so sorry.
Is this the next beer alcohol scheme of dumbing and control of the masses?
Trick road signs?
Taking your mobile phone and driving licence away.. Taking candy from a baby..
I am getting tired of the polices part in this... The Royal Soldier.. Taking our money and punnishing us to death after we have been brainwashed with adverts, TV and newspapers and made brain fog fast food bread slaves of sugar plumbs.
Stupid.
