This going to get extra boring now.. Accu-chek aviva way off higher than the contour and HCT! Hmmmm... The Accu-chek is usualy lower. So is it in fact the actual blood samples do contain different volumes of glucose? Even from the same drop itself when seperated into 2 or 3 samples? This is the thing... If the devices were sneakily programmed to sometimes read 1mmol/l higher than the true reading.. It would be very difficult to identify if its accuracy was not perfect anyway.. And it was even allowed a certain percentage of errors way off. Also... They know that the device is not measuring everybodys total blood volume. And in addition to that they know every sample will differe or can differ in concentration of blood glucose.. Even the new HCT device is not giving consistent HCT and HB readings... I thought those would be more set in stone readings.. But as it turns out they are highly variable as well!! So what you have instead of 1 variable reading taken from a variable sample... You have THREE variable readings!!! From a variable sample! Silly. So really its impossible to use these devices for any accurate tracking of detailed readings. For a solid evaluation.. Say for sports purposes or just health monitoring. Really they are only decent for generally trying to get the levels down into the normal range from being Over 6 mmol/l.. Also, even if you fill the sample correctly, they dry up and afterwards it can be hard to tell if it was or wasnt filled properly if you want to complain.

Ok... So this guy is a bit of a poser.. But go with it... I think he kinda makes sense about the food period later in the evening as the traditional eating time.. And the myth about breakfast...
This is just what i was thinking... Id like to try skipping breakfast and lunch and eating a couple of spaced out meals as late on as possible... I think after sleep we would be charged up ready for the morning....

So... Ive been taking the serrapeptase for nearly a week now.. And a couple days ago my right thigh started to hurt inside.. But now its stopped..and moved down to my Right knee!! Wierd! I had some scars inside my thigh i think.. Old ones..
And also i had the odd problem with my right knee when i used to walk downhill for extended periods hillwalking.. It would hurt. That never effected my sports performance though..
My dad once had a bit of floating bone removed from his knee! So i wonder if its possible the serrapeptase really is clearing my cardiovascular system out? As well as any debris and scar tissue as well?! Interesting! Mabe it is helping to clear out and repair my thigh and knee!!
We will see..
Does that mean my right elbow may also get better as well?! The piece of bone that broke off in the X-Ray that the Doctor showed me that was shaped like a perfect mushroom which i thought somebody had photoshopped? Lol!! How much serrapeptase will be needed to recycle the whole bone fragment?!

This was on the news in June 2016! Only just been presented with the story now by facebook..
But they were talking about this on the radio a short time before all these bentcop and other happenings started to occur.. Exploring ideas of new fuel sources... I did text in about a giant scalextrix type road system.. Looks like it works anyway.. At least its now a reality in Sweden..

Late evening... After a 4.6 and 6.1 i re-tested the 6.1 again and got a 4.6 so snap! Thus didnt bother with the HCT as only a few strips left. NOT within the required error margins when you test and get a 6.1 then a 4.6 which is identical to the other device! i would have liked to test that with the HCT but saving the strips for morning & lunchtime..

This study concluded that Mushrooms are an important food in our diet. They measured the content of zinc and copper in mushrooms important for our diet. The giant puffball mushrooms had the highest content per weight sample.. www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/12520390Google claims we need 20mg a day of Iron. We can store Iron in our bodies. But hardly any foods have a lot of Iron. And if you eat a full tin of spinach per day (395g) then it seems like too much vitamin A to vitamin C. When 1 chilli pepper would do the job. I am interested to know where they come up with all these numbers from? What if in the distant past our bodies didnt need so much nutrients because it was much better at absorbing and utilizing them? And now our livers are so resistant because of all this bread and pasta and alcohol that we just are all messed up? Do we all really need iron supplements?
