This is an idea for a 2500/2700 calorie eating plan. Not to loose weight. For a Male. There is probably a bit too much protein in this menu. If you are veggie eat more mushrooms and not bacon, sausages or little fishys!
Breakfast: Spinach Omlette from fresh leaves (100g) made with 1 egg. Sausage or bacon.
Lunch: 2 Tins of Mackerel with a little tub of natual chilli sauce.
Snacks through the day: 100g mixed dry mushrooms and a few walnuts
A few cups of tea with milk.
Evening meal: Large fish shop plaice or haddock No chips. 2 slices of Brie.
Supper: 1 slimfast nutrition milkshake
That is a good days food to keep in fat burning mode and maintain the same weight. While getting all of your nutrients. 2500-2700k
But im not even certain i can eat that yet because im only eating 1000k to stay at 5.5mmol/l
I just looked on the side of a carton of cranberry juice in the fridge and was like Aaaaaaaarghhhhh! I cant drink that!
Its amazing you only need One chilli pepper a day! Well im pretty certain thats enough...
Broccoli and artichokes also nice especially grilled artichokes. I think when its a diet it needs to be straightforward though... I know. Borning. Hmmph.
If you want less meat or no meat.. But no carbs.. You could make a Mushroom pate with coconut oils to add energy thats not sugars or protein.
You dont really want fruit juices or breads or pasta. Berg says to make your main meal more energy use fats! Have the jiicy fatty parts and cook with coconut oils even goose fat! If your not veggie go for the skin and greasy chicken! Apparently its ok because you dont go into fat storage mode. Just fat use mode.

Ok.... So here is a milk profile.. Its got fat in it. So lets assume its supposed to. So why take it out? What is the purpose of milk? Well... Ask a stupid question. Short of BEING the food.. If you are an egg or a chicken... Milk IS the food. We make it and apparently dont have a choice in our own personal production line to make any custom adjustments... Unless you want to pee in the Milk churn when the farmer has his back turned.. Or is buisy with the silver tartan milk bottle foil. :/ So Milk is public food #1 And we store vitamin A which is in milk. But not vitamin C. Yet taking up the life of a fruit picker is no chore if you were a Aztec or Mayan indian because you only needed 1 red hot chilli pepper per day. Not a carpool karaoke full of them. So how many blackberrys IS that exactly?? A handfull like when you go for a walk on a lane in season... Not a picnic basket full. No. Need. Diggin up veggie roots to find interesting turnups to bake? Or diggin up carrots?? Climbing trees to poach a few tiny little thimble eggs?? Probably not worth it if you have chickens. But if you have a Cow... Is there much point having the odd egg?? Both have cholesterol but its in milk on purpose. For a human to drink. Or at least a baby one.. But this potassium buisness and the protein from mushrooms that really reduces the protein we need from the milk is important. Really milk is fuel. It has fats in. Fats are fuel. And a small bit of protein for a small person... But theres only so much human milk to go around... But to make a bigger monkey we need protein to get bigger and that protein needs potassium. Yes bannanas have pptassium. And energy as well. Ok. Fair enough. Sugars and carbs. But we dont have many diabetic monkeys. Anyway... So we eat mushrooms from the floor. And mabe handfulls of leaves that just might be spinach and leaves.. But we need to sail. Sail to a place where there is less sun and you might need to catch a few fishys on the voyage.. Or else if you are in the sun.. You probably dont need the fishys for vitamin D. Or the protein. But its good for omega 3 and 6 oils. And if youve got big enough to build a boat youve probably got big enough to need more omega 3 and 6 than is in a handfull of spinach and a couple of bannanas. But not so big as a giant oversized wedding cake made of ben and jerrys on a huge pizza base with fudge and sugar plumb decorations. :/ So... It this nutty? Fruity? Shall i make it a biz cheesy? How about an absolutely massive complete and total windmill of a fairground ride. Exciting. Sorry.

Artichokes... Broccoli profile... I think because of the switch of the vitamin A and C profile.. If we forget aboit the potassium.. Broccoli has a better profile to be usefull as a food compared to Spinach..

Apparently cats make their own vitamin C. And when wild carnivores eat an animal.. They eat the organs and entrails and its stomach as well as its haggis. :/ So thats how they get minerals and nutrients... Where as we dont eat the animals haggis. Just its meat muscle mainly. Scotts eat and make haggis. And play bagpipes.
And blend special nutritious traditional concoctions that they stuff into a large milkshake bottle.. Traditionally stuffed under the edge of the pavement so wayward travellers in need of refreshment can partake in a meal?? Or is that black pudding? Not certain if "drinking the blood of tbe dead" is a matter of fact or a symbolic gesture of some ancient mystery cult? Did Mary and Joseph eat haggis?

There isnt much knowledge about the tingling and numbness caused by neuropathy from having high blood sugar levels.
But ive read that its still effected even if your blood levels are 140. But then a new figure is only 120!! Which is only just 6.5! And thats in the NORMAL post meal blood sugar level for healthy people! So they are claiming that even if you get back to normal you are going to have to keep a hell of a good blood sugar leval diet not to go near 120! Thats why these gluco nexus RX machines are stupid because they are not even consistently ACCURATE at those ranges ANYWAY.
It must take a very high blood sugar to irritate the nerves in tbe first place. When i first got tested to have high blood sugar in the police station it was 22! But my feet were NOT having the current problem until they gave me metformin!!
Apparently it messes with the calcium channels.. And calcium gets in and excites it. Messes with B12 vitamin as well.
Heres a study
Dr.Berg knows that potassium helps all these other vitamins to work better and get absorbed.. And it helps muscle issues.
Calcium and B12 apparently reverse the effect of the metformin. So im wondering if the potassium with further help it.
The thing is that though Berg has experience with directing his patients to get more potassium...
I dont think many people are taking 4700mg of potassium pills a day. Or eating 2 cans of spinach a day.. Or 1 can and 500g of mushrooms either... Daily.. To attempt any repair or reversal to nervous system..
And the thing is that most diabetics are put ON metformin ongoing! Thats why they have regular foot checks..
But Berg is against the entire metformin franchise anyway! Just as i knew it was a bad thing from the start..
My blood sugars are better than a normal person now.. But if your post meal levels of 120 are still being claimed to effect this once its been caused... Seems like a trap to me.. If you are on metformin all the time. Unless they get you to 4.0.
Which i think is too low But i think thats what they have to do.. Yet its the pills that are causing the tingling more than the initial condition!?
So... If more people stopped metformin. Got on a good diet and lost weight and got to 5.5 steady... And started to get the right potassium levels.. Would it reverse the metformin damage!?

Hmmmm... The Accu-check aviva is supposed to be the most accurate test meter for blood glucose. So why are the NHS giving out the GlucoRX mini..? I know its free... Well.. Paid for by the tax payer but if it only has to be correct 95% of the time and can have a certain error margin.. Why bother with that device? www.mendosa.com/blog/?p=3830The regulations allow the devices to give errors of about + or - 0.8 mmol/l which is 15. So a 5.5 reading can be read as 6.3 or 4.7 And that only has to be the case 95% of the time! And 6.3 just happens to be around 120 which is the exact range they are claiming you shouldnt be going over after a meal so that any nervous system damage can recover properly.. :/ So no wonder they want to keep you at around 4.0 mmol/l with more tablets! But these tablets could be causing the side effects and condition! :/ hmmm. So... This is now "Within" the "Range" of the devices actual accuracy itself... So it "CAN'T" give me the exact reading i require. Because its effective range for error which is by co-incidence around the 120 line... it cannot by "Regulations" and "Design" give me the precision i now need it to give, to know if i have a very stable blood glucose level every morning, luchtime and evening of hopefully 5.5 or as close as possible. And im not on medication so it shouldnt be any LOWER because Dr.Berg says that your body should try to KEEP IT AT 5.5. NOT 4.0. But the tablets would cause it to go at low as 4.0 or less... As ive lost weight.. strangely as you see on the chart i posted earlier... exactly on Christmas Day it went up! and took a few hours longer to come back down.. TWICE!... and now settled in well just under 5.5.. BUT i did eat 2 cookies the other day, which is where you see it go up a little bit again... But what are the chances of that "CHRISTMAS DAY READING" ?? complete co-incidence that ive lost weight at the perfect rate so that my liver kicks in more healthy exactly on Christmas Day?! to buffer my blood suger back upto 5.5... so its not going too low when im not eating as much, as it had been doing?! or has somebody connected something to the USB port when i wasnt looking?! and re-programmed it for a joke? or swapped devices? are these capable of recieving wifi-signals? LOL!! oo dear!! or are they just kinda not that decent?! So, now im going to try these accu-check meters to see if they are any more consistent. Because this Gluco-RX mini is not capable of providing the accuracy i now need to see exactly what is going on with my readings... the +/- 0.8 mmol/l error margin is not acceptable and the 95% accuracy should be 100%. The strips cost a fortune and not everyone in the world gets them free on the NHS... This device is OK if you are in the process of bringing your blood sugar down from 22, or 15 or 12 or 9, 8, 7... to Around normal... but its useless to track an accurate reading consistently without having to use a load of strips. Also.. i got a 7.1 and a 5.6 in the same reading session.. That is thats 1.5 mmol/l 6.4 IS in between the plus and minus of those extremes.. just. but the average across the 12 readings was 6.1 mmol/l not 6.4. The best 2 readings were 5.6 and 5.8. If it WAS 5.6... that is only 0.1 from perfect 5.5 line and exactly correct for the morning (which is supposed to be slightly higher anyway) and earlier in the week, its been steady under 5.5 anyway... but the 2 Cookies threw me off.. i was more of an experiment.. But the purple lines are the error reading margin each reading.. So.. i dont think this device is any good for this purpose now. So, i think i will try the accu-check one. There are a lot of people all over the world using these.. Australia, United States and other countries... So it a lot of money concerning the use of these test strips.. even at one a day.. or 2 a day. and even if they get them on the NHS.. its costing the Tax payer.. while MacDonalds are getting rich, people are getting put on these devices and medicines. Not, according to Dr. Berg.. being put on the correct food.. because our society is being allowed to mass-feed and make bad foods.. And the Best think the Lib-dems and Cameron can come up with is "Traffic lights on food cartons" which IMHO.. they are "Obsessed" with traffic lights and speed cameras and fines.... Im surprised that they didnt build a millenium building out of Traffic lights.. and call it the "I want to be anarchy" dome. or just "Anarchy Dome" The new traffic lights states building. I think i might end up like Jimmy Hendrix & John Lennon or George Michael at this this rate Not getting the specialist Health ombudsman healthcare or secret island witness protection.

Hey! you get a golden Lid with them! look! wow! They are in an old fashioned traditional sweet jar! I also got the Apple Cider vinegar! Braggs.. "With the mother" in it! lol.. Not the Queen mother! .. or some strange Arthurian "Lady of the Lake" type magical entity! Just the "Mother" of the vinegar making process.. i think its the pulp or just cloudy natural part kept in? In the service of a lady... That wont be the Pope himself then? one for all and all for one? or something? Wow... Now this website attributes a lot more nutritional value to these shittake mushrooms than other websites have.. Where the data fields are left unknown or incomplete! the only think here is that its saying in 100g of dried mushrooms there is 75g of Carbs! so you are concentrating the carbs in a similar way to when you make bread.. by condensing materials down.. but on the Box of mushrooms i have it says only 18g Carbs to 100g of mixed dried mushrooms.. Oyster, button, trumpet and porcini.. and i tested my blood sugars afterwards and its hit it worse than the cookie did.. although its only been 2 hours so i havent given it proper time yet... we will see... These levels from different information vary greatly. Might have to eat them nice and steady as snack food, not all at one time. Though the machine did not give an error reading.. it was 6.5 both times i tested exactly.. mabe wait a bit longer next time. It could have been the apple cider vinagar as i havent had any for years? www.healthaliciousness.com/nutritionfacts/nutrition-comparison.php?o=11268&t=11268&h=11268&s=100&e=15.0&r=3.6Also can you believe how much Copper is in there?! supposedly according to this!?

Mushrooms grown in the sun and dried upside down in the Sun have 460 times more vitamin D in them! This is the 100g Dried Mushrooms compared to a Cup of Spinach (obviously a whole tin is 3 times more for the spinach profile.. According to these sources.. Heres the Chilli peppers... really only one or two peppers required for full vitamin C & A, not a whole tin of Spinach! But these two sources of information have got the Vitamin A & C levels swapped around? If you are a vegetarian and already get a good full nutrients profile.. well this is of no interest what so ever to you.. Heres a Chilli Beef meal profile.... shall we compare it to BigMac & fries?

Can you believe this? You need 300g of Blackberrys to get the RDA of vitamin C as opposed to only a couple of chilli peppers.

There are Americans who have neen knighted. George Lucas is not one of them. Even though he made films in Britain. Do you think it has anything to do with the joke pun about the "Empire" being a British Empire/Roman Empire/Nazi type dig at regimes??
I didnt know speilberg had been Knighted. Or Bill Gates. Probably the result of them not using the title...
Gates is like the Palace Gates. Spielberg is a German name.... Like Jaegar.... With the sloth pun... Jeagarmeister... Is a shot. John Lennon didnt get Knighted. Or Jimmy Hendrix. Or George Michael...
Or any Romany Gipsys or The Count Dracular. Or any Dynastic Ancient Chinese emperors bearing goldfrap, frankenstein or Mermaids. :/
I Dont think George Lucas was a favourite to win the grand national from the start. Im surprised they let him make the movies here. He obviously had more pinache than Terrance McKenna.

There is absolutely no existing term for a Google search under: jaegareiker
The Man from uncle Stanley. Who are they?
Slightly camp but Stylish commanding officer. The professionals. Very serious buisness. The reputation is at stake. Or somebody will have to pay. Que up for hours before being tortured in a anti concentration facility. On a remote island. With state of the art surveillance and bathroom faculties. Not alcatraz. Alco-traz George Lanzenby genetic engineering style pun fest of a film. Secret service so secret that even the president doesn't know about it. ..... The IIIrd Right. 4th left then continue toot droitwitch. And out to a small island the isle of ban. Where Lord Lucas awaits the tuatha du dannan. Ancient mythical pretzels that will save man by being kind. And not taking the mickey out of the common catchphrases of daily life. Or a magical theme tune for a MacDonalds cave of Hamlin.. where a peed pauper leads chidren to eat hamburgers in a cave and he alone knows the secret whistle notes that will open sesame buns to reveal slim bums. A little mix of contactless devotion to the master who they serve. The banker of Boston. There's no limit. So reach for the sky. No valley too deep no mountain too empty of gold deposits. My reputation. My Gold. My Many Bans. My music. A bitter sweet symphony of wives. Try to make ends meet... This is the end. My friend... The nerve ending. Thunder.... Thunder... You've been.... Thunderstruck. Ho!
