Just been presented with this video of Simon Cowel before he was as widely known of outside of the music and television industry...
I wonder if he goes go carting with Robbie Williams?? Hes not good at golf but with all the sand flying out of the bunker im certain theres more than a hole in one on the 18th hole in this. :/
I wonder if the rumors about Robbie Williams being bisexual were true or just to sell more records to male fans?

Still watching The Dr.Berg videos.. and he has quite a lot of contradictions... Like only eat twice a day or once to stop insulin release. But then says in another video that not eating puts you in fat storage mode instead of fat burning mode.. Anyway.. its easy to use his principles and make up some good meal ideas.. He says that Bacon is a great breakfast.. But i think this is a better idea going on his claim of potassium requirements which are difficult to get in the day. Also the Mushrooms have fibre, protein as well as potassium and no carbs. The G500 breakfast! 500grams of mushrooms. 1egg and either 2 bacon or 1 sausage. Why bother with the mushrooms? Well.. The thing is that they have good quality proteins and these proteins are together with the potassium. So its kind of like already there to work together in muscle fuel. Rather than the spinach which is a plant.. It has potassium but not much protein. An animal.. Fish has protein and potassium but only just enough potassiumvfor its own smaller self... Where as the fruit bodys of the mushrooms just seem very unique that.. Ok they dont have loads of energy.. But bread and pasta isnt natural anyway. The mushrooms just seem good to graze on all day without adding weight to you.. And providing protein and fibre... They are almost designed by nature as a snack for mamals. Milk also. But milk is really the Royal Jelly of nature in that its a meal. It should be a meal if you have it. Not as an extra drink. I would have done my egg runny.. But i didnt take care this time. Lol. Falls between 300 and 400 calories and very filling! Great for dieting! Once you have lost weight you can just add a bit more bacon or sausage to make the calories up or use coconut oil or goose fat to fry it in. You can have a multivitamin tablet as well. Eat Bacon & Lose Your Fat: Berg is saying that its not the breakfast that makes you fat.. If you get a butty Its the bread that prevents you loosing any weight in between breakfast and dinner. More or less... So if you had just the breakfast. You would be ok . for convenience in eating bacon, sausage, mushrooms.. I think that a thin wrap that was made from spinach and only a bit of tortilla would be perfect to wrap around the breakfast and it could be dry. Parappa the wrapper!! Spinach and Mushroom curry.

I did make a few little cooking videos but im not certain if there is any point posting them. Haha.
So... According to Dr.Berg the slimfast shakes and whey protein drinks might actualy NOT be any good for slimming because they release insulin and take you out of fat burning mode... Even though its an easy way to get the nutrients and protein...
If you do have a slimfast milkshake or whey protein milkshake before bed it might help you sleep... Thats what i might do Swap it to night instead of morning. As the last 2 times it made me feel a bit tired in the morning for an hour or so.
the shake will be no good at lunchtime
Today i made the tin of spinach with just 2 spoons of cream, mint sauce, chilli sauce and i had a couple pork and apple sausages with it. But probably will not next time..
Im going to try wrapping fresh spinach leaves in those really thin soft wraps you get with the shredded duck chinese meals. I tried briefly.. It was yummy. Thats a great idea for a popeye Drive-Thru
You can even have a slice of bacon in there and stuff it with fresh spinach and roll it. Tie a bit of cotton or string around it!! I wonder how many thin wraps it takes to roll a large 450g bag of fresh spinach up in? Then work out the calories?? Im hoping that there is not too many carbs in so little weight of the wraps!! They arent exactly Warburtons Giant Crumpets!!
But they might block fat burning mode. So.. Deffinately not slimfast!!!
I will report that today after the 500g mushroom,egg,bacon breakfast.. My blood sugar level was as 4.8! Really good! After a recent system adjustment to loosing a lot of my excess weight. So now i will be getting TO and below my lowest weight ever.
Its hard work but i think the Spinach tin and 500g Mushroom diet is pretty Awesome.
Mabe call it the Spin500 or GSPIN diet haha. Although some people are dieting on butter alone :/

You've just got to love it when he says "im the drug companys worst freaking nightmare" lol.
I still think his fasting blood sugar is a bit low at 87 or whatever it was.. Because according to Dr.Berg your liver should be able to raise it to 5.5 (100) and maintain it there... So if you are fasting.. A healthy body should be able to keep it at 5.5 ... But 87 (4.8) is in the optimal range.

So this is no joke... Dont bother with the butty and sandwich and subway and pasty and pie and fish and chips. Go into the sarnie shop... And say.. I want a breakfast in a tray... 1 egg. 2 bacon (or 1 sausage) and 500g mushrooms. Seriously. Cups of tea. Fine. Then... Crack open a Tin of popeye spinach after work... 2 spoons of cream. Mint sauce. Chilli sauce. Mix it up. Pan or microwave.. Whatever... And DooOooOo!! Done. Add some bacon or sausage to that if you want to.. Depends how fast you want to slim. Cups of tea fine.. Then get your slimfast milkshake either 8:00 or before bed.. Zing! Add a multivitamin pill if you like.. Or an extra spoon of whey protein.. But thats more for body maintenance after weight loss. Not weight loss diet itself. Try that for 1 month only and you will be back to your best weight and better.
