GOOD & HONEST (NO WIN NO FEE) LAWYER WANTED

I was following this car into the average speed cameras from the M18 South onto the M1 North... it was speeding and I was trying to record the number plate, so i might have been caused to exceed the speed limit, but this was between the first and second average speed camera and then I slowed to 45mph once i had confirmedthe registration. I will have to contact Sheffield police to check And give reason to be caused to speed if i had been i dont know what my average speed was.



Its illegal to stop on a motorway in lane one two or three (obviously unless there is a tailback)
No pedestrians are allowed on the road either. Obviously this is not the hard shoulder or you would be stuck inside your vehicle and wouldnt be able to retreat to the grass. when the recovery truck came you wouldnt be able to get into it.

The white edge line is the edge of the Motorway and the hard shoulder is not the motorway. nd additional edge line is along the left edge of the hardshoulder and this is the absolute final edge line. No vehicles on the grass.

Pedestrians are allowed on both the hard shoulder and grass by law as a REQUIREMENT FOR USE OF FUNCTION.

In the past most times I have been pulled up by the police for driving checks or a producer, they always seem to ask "ehere are you from" and Is there anyone "FAMOUS" from there? I always wonder WHY they ask this? It seems a popular standard police question. Also if delivering anything (included printed political materials) you can actually park on double yellow lines, or even double park in the road with hazzard lights in use. Certain exemptions. This must include motorways as well. There is nothing that says it doesnt. In fact thats what all motorway service and workmen do, when working on anything near a motorway. Use hazzard lights. The noticication signs to drivers are only used if its work on the road itself, not beside it, such as electric boxes and other features that all have access stairs.

Anne Robinson has admitted driving at 43mph in a 30mph zone. The question is.. was it REALLY as 30mph zone?! or a 40mph zone made into a 30mph zone? by placement of incorrect speed limits? You can not challenge the speed limit under law, but you can challenge those who have SET UP the speed limits as "fraud by abuse of position" if the speed limits are not all consistent across the country, because roads with the same or similar profiles should be the same speed limit. Or else it is confusing as you are travelling around place to place.. you are expecting the same average speed percentiles.

Ok so..... Ive been trying to get a Solicitor that I wanted to represent me from Stockport, because I realised that I probably have much better chances with one, after what happened at Huddersfield when I was given the wrong court time & the Legal advisor there (looks like Theresa May) and the magistrates had not the attitude or perspective expected on the matter.

So The Solicitior in Stockport said he didnt have time to put a case together & I should try get the Manchester case Adjourned.

So I went with my huge pile of documents and work needed the van I drive so I borrowed the EX REP's Silver VW car..
And I went to Manchester, Parked up near a pub called the Rovers Return!

I went into the court & looked at the listings on the wall and on the first sheet I lookled at at 1:45 (thats the time on the Google Dr.who game BTW that I got the impossible time score on) and at 1:45 it said GEOFFREY PEARCE! Im like is somebody taking the piss or what?! as Geoffrey is the name of our Rep at work who left at work because I gave him a Bollocking for taking the pee out of our company, and its the car that he used to drive that I had borrowed from work to go to the hearing in (Had to get train back from piccadilly last time) and Pearce is my friends name who got hussled by the Crown Prosecution service in Huddersfield around the same time I was getting prosecuted there, for him having a fight with his girlfriend?! And she didnt turn up as a witness so they couldnt prosecute him?! But they charged him for criminal damage to the house he was renting, when he had legal excuse not to be prosecuted because It was his own address of residence that was covered by a signed contract covering all damages & accidents to the house! You cannot be a criminal for damage to where you live shurely!

ANYWAY.... I looked at the other sheet of listings next to that one & found 1:45 on that sheet & yes It was to go to room 14 I think it was... (the place has scanners like an airport)

But I didnt get a photograph of the listings because my phone battery was onto RED! so I had to turn it off so that I could use the GPS to make shure I could find the carpark again if I got lost, as Manchester is pretty complicated (Some nice looking women walking around in office clothing haha)

Anyway I sat outside the court room (It actually is not too bad vibe in that place compared to other courts. Every building seems to have its own vibe.. Anyway..

So I am sat making notes & I won £10 2x£5 on a christmas calendar scratchcard that I bought on the way in from Cheetham hill area (in fact I didnt ask for that scratch card, I was just looking at it, and asked for 2 others but the shop guy gave me that one?! So I had it anyway & asked for another (3 instead of just 2) It was 2x baubles and 2x mistletoe that I won with!

Anyway... So i am sat outside the court room & this High ranking unifor looking police officer and 2 speed camera officers turn up with yellow jackets on!? Im like oh dear! and a council guy who seemed ok! they were talking about B&Q and hardboard?!

Anyway it was not a bad atmosphere but they got called in to talk to prosecution in a different booth?!

But the other hearing was running late? that the magistrates were in?! and one of the witnesses with the police guy had to go at 3:00.. Anyway I mentioned what my Solicitor said to the little clerk girl who seemed nice and she went in...

Then a bit later I got called in and the Legal advisor was really nice this time!!! Im like PHEW! She seemed totally up for getting it Adjouned for me, because I wasnt expecting all these witnesses!? I looked to the side though and the police guy did not look to have hardly any documents at all compared to my pile of documents..

Anyway.. the magistrates came in and the legal advisor put it to them and one - a guy was like "with the attitude yeah whatever" as the legal advisor, she said they should have no reason to object.. because of the circumstances of time on this occasion.. and the magistrate in the middle.. she was super strict but she seeed to be so in a very honest fair but serious way, but the other magistrate on the end, she was shaking her head like no, no, no no... and yes she had blue eyes! Im like.. oh dear this woman is a bit of a funny duddy.. she wasnt seeming to agree at all... but GUESS WHAT!! I was only in there less than 5 minutes or so and it got adjourned so that I could get the solicitor I wanted! Phew!

I would have tried to get photos Outside the court room, but I had to save battery power on my phone in case I needed it afterwards!

But THIS IS THE MAIN THING....

WHEN I ARRIVED HOME, THERE WAS A LETTER FROM THE CROWN PROSECUTION REGARDING THE EVIDENCE DISCLOSURE FOR THAT HEARING I HAD JUST BEEN TO!

HOW WAS I POSSIBLY FURNISHED WITH THE INFORMATION IN TIME!

It was only here in the post around 11:00 on THE SAME DAY OF THE HEARING! and it HAD ONLY BEEN WRITTEN ON THE 7th OCTOBER!

So, if I hadnt have managed to get the hearing adjourned, then I could have been convicted WITHOUT EVEN HAVING READ THE FULL LIST OF CHARGES & EVIDENCE AGAINST ME OR KNOWING ABOUT THE WITNESSES!?

THIS HAS GOT TO BE SOME MAJOR CRITICAL ERROR BY THE CROWN PROSECUTION! SOME FATAL FLAW IN THE CASE!

OTHER THAN THE FACT I KEEP SENDING THEM AND THE POLICE LETTERS ABOUT THAT THE CASE IS ILLEGAL ITSELF AND THE CHARGES NEED TO BE WITHDRAWN!

THIS IS NOT PROFESSIONAL!

I just hope that the solicitor in Stockport can do something and have time to put a case together for me (even though I have sent in enough documents to the CPS already & police and uploaded some on here)

The ridiculousness of it is really unbelievable! It was the same with the video evidence I got from Lancashire a while back, I only got it in the post a few days before the hearing and at that time hadnt done the frame to frame breakdown of the (FL) focal length shift errors. They sent the video late on purpose and in the Calderdale, West Yorkshire court hearing I NEVER HAVE AND STILL HAVE NOT HAD ANY VIDEO AT ALL WHAT SO EVER FROM WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE, WHO REFUSE TO GIVE IT OVER!?

How can you even defend yourself in a court room when the police refuse to give over the ONE PROPER COMPLETE PIECE OF EVIDENCE?!

THESE CROWN PROSECUTORS ARE CON MEN, CROOKS AND FRAUDSTERS! THE POLICE MISUSE THE EQUIPMENT AND WILL NOT FOLLOW TRUTH & HONESTY POLICY!

And with the MAGISTRATES & LEGAL ADVISOR it is POT LUCK if you get decent, honest people who dont start shaking their heads from side to side before you even begin a hearing properly!? In fact THIS ENTIRE WEBSITE ONLY EXISTS FOR ONE REASON

A LOT OF PEOPLE ARE TAKING THE PISS BIG STYLE. AND IT IS NOT ME! I WAS DRIVING ON 2 DUAL CARRIAGEWAYS AND IN NO WAY "DRIVING TOO FAST" I was just going along like normal dual carriageway speed, not even racing or with my foot down hardly... Oh, as well.. on the disclosure papers that arrived when i had already set off to the hearing, with no time to study or research them... point nummber #6 on there is something about a Magnetic sign!? but that was North Wales Police and a crime I reported to THEM because someone stole my sign from the side of the van! and i had to report it to the police! it was strange as there was a police car parked in the petrol station on the A55 when I stopped there to go to the loo, he was talking to the petrol station manager. because i rang her later to check the CCTV.

So how can i be charged with the theft of my OWN sign, when it was reported as theft to Noth Wales police! They investigated it and could not find it! It might have been stolen when i stopped at some traffic lights, or the previous place I delivered to.. but why it that on the disclosure sheet and why wasnt i informed it was being included before the hearing?!

There are some serious issues with the Crown prosecution service here and it is their conduct and behaviour which they have put a wall up with just like the police put a wall up to complaints to protect their own personal interests & goals, not the interests of a honest and fair operated police force and justice system!



Oh!& I nearly forgot! On the M62 on the way back there were a few breakdowns on the hard shoulder! one with the bonnet up on a car - an engine problem - and about 5 or 6 teenagers behind the metal barrier on the grass - off road waving their hands in the air and phones !? I was in the car and not used to driving it, and its crap visibility compared to the van so i didnt even try to get a video of that. Because there is nowhere to place the video on the dashboard properly.

D.Stickley Of West Yorkshirte police has lied already regarding a claim I made for the theft of my stickers through the Online small claims court. Sgt. Tyson stole the court letters from our house without signing for them as taken along with the police log number with Pc Beecroft investigating my stolen stickers as a crime. D.Stickley also sent letters to the wrong name & address and caused argument between me & my dad. More evidence of police lies & corruption tactics.





This is today though... on the New M1 section, Leeds on my way to look at the A1(M)

I got pulled on my way to the A1 to get evidence for Bentcop.biz, and the police checked my tyres claiming they were 1.7mm or 1.8mm i think he said?? or something & the Mercedes dealer checked them properly and said they were 2mm and Legal. Was the police officer incorrect?

You can drive a delivery van for 50meters without a seat belt and when working for www.bentcop.biz epetition to collect evidence for the petition you can not be prosecuted. Also police watch Television while driving! both driver AND passenger officer! Also screen is NOT correct aspect ratio! AND NO RADAR USED! vehicle screen is linked to speedo, AND IN NO WAY IS ACTUAL SPEED OF THE OTHER CAR AT ALL! UNBELIEVABLE! the driver has to MATCH APPROXIMATE SPEED! WHAT!? So it is NOWHERE NEAR TO THE EXACT SPEED OF THE OTHER VEHICLE! Just drive alongside and 2 police witnesses! WHO DO NOT EVEN MEASURE MY TYRE DEPTH TRUTHFULLY OR CORRECTLY AS YOU WILL SEE!! I was pulled over for alledgedly wearing no seat belt & had my tyres checked claiming that that were 1.6ml. Later the professional Mercedes dealer measured them 2.0ml legal. thus police issued incorrect information on a ticket. Also I found out that stopping on motorway without lawfull or good reason or excuse is or being on a motorway is a NON ENDORSABLE OFFENCE of only £30 finethat should have been dealt with out of court. The court endorsed me incorrectly 6 penalty points.

D,Stickley & Tyson like to twist & change charges to get them through... like say flyering is criminal damage and waste our tax money on court hearings when it is a non endorsable fine of £30 and I was exempted from the offence anyway.

THIS IS YOUR MONEY! They are causing court costs the public do not need to pay for. I got a vehicle defect for to have the tyre changed in 14 days and a possible consideration to be charged for the seatbelt even though they have no evidence & my contest with the officer had him threatening he would dig a hole for me!?

I got to see the charge sheet and even though they are WRONG ABOUT STOPPING & WALKING BESIDE A MOTORWAY .. the offence for BEING ON THE ROAD OR STOPPING ON THE ROAD.. IS NO POINTS! Just a fine?! Also I had lawfull reason to be distributing political materials, of which prosecution for doing is ILLEGAL. Officers get annoyed with my question & statement the highway code is safety only not legislation the highway code is safety guidance. I get to see a charge sheet and the offences against me by Manchester and West Yorkshire police are illegal & incorrect. Also a culture of bad training, lies and incorrect information. The police will bully you if you try to bring them to justice. Also while delivering I can drive with no seat belt for 50meters. Here onto the motorway, no sign tells any pedestrian not to pass the signs. IT IS ONLY NO PEDESTRIANS IN THE ROAD and for STOPPING it means NOT in THE MAIN LANES. Hard shoulder use is for ANY REASON you NEED to stop (WITH GOOD EXCUSE) or REASONABLE EXCUSE!

The road is the road. The grass is NOT the road. It is Off the road. It is Called the same name and street, but grass is grass. As pavement is pavement, as curb is a curb. You cannot say it is illegal to stop on a road, and if someone pulls into a lay-by say it is illegal. Because the Lay-by is not the road is it. Its a lay-by. Provided for stopping. The SERVICES on a motorway are the services, still the motorway M62 but it is not illegal to stop there, it has slip roads & hard shoulder... You may need to walk to the services if your vehicle breaks down, via the grass. Or what if someone makes you get out of the car?! and you have to walk home?! its possible.
