Police staff behaves like lunatic in the road in front of whole street, after being caught stealing.
21 January 2015 After setting off delivering and the ballot notices all being in place that morning and having been so all week, I get back to work a couple of hours later and they have been taken down again!
Knowing this must have been done recently I suspect it is in fact the fixed camera service person who is going around stealing & ruining my notices & wasting my fuel & travel costs... I am certain that they cannot be far away so I drive further along the road and YES! IT IS THEM! The pretend police safety partnership van! And the trail of removed notices ends there as the next camera still has a notice on it!
I park behind him & get my phone recording & I go to his door & challenge him about the thefts and tell him he has been caught red handed. I then walk to film his REG number YJ14 CWG. I get back into my van as I have work to do.
I then start to pull away & he decides to stand like Jesus with his arms wide apart. He is not a PC constable and has no power to stop me, and is not using the hand signal to stop or pull over or stop (which is hand forward towards the driver), only the signal for a closed road. So I turn around the other direction.
He then flips out and goes into a berserk rage!! He tears open my passenger door and the hinge sprains back and nearly snaps off! He then rags at the side door handle and throws the side door open & starts grabbing at the content of the van pulling at mattresses in the back trying to pull them out into the road! And then tries to open the back door! I realize he has lost his mind and is behaving like a lunatic! I must distance myself from him for my own safety. I pull over a hundred yards in the opposite direction with my hazard lights on and put the load back in the van and lock the doors again. He does not pursue me as the entire street is watching this!! An endless line of cars all watching him go nuts!
I get a witness statement from a Timothy Smith, but I loose his REG number. I have to get back to work as I went the opposite way to get this evidence of who was stealing my notices. I ring the police later to report the incident. It was a breech of the peace & public disorder in the street, not to mention the thefts, damage and unacceptable conduct & behaviour from the CIV of YJ14 CWG
The CIV was furious that he had been caught stealing my notices as the police who were investigating the stolen notices were doing a terrible job of investigating it, in fact I have reason to believe they did not want the case to be a success and I would go as far as saying they do not want the CIV to be prosecuted for stealing. Or their other fraud & corruption details to be made public knowledge which is what I am trying to do with this petition.
Also today the 22 January all the notices on my own road were in place this morning & after work they had gone missing after being there all week and no one touching them. So They had to have been taken today while I was at work. There is a camera across from the subaru garage so I went in after work to ask if the salesman had seen any police vans today servicing the cameras and he said YES the police van HAD been doing that road today and he saw him at the speed camera which again coincides with my notices going missing on this road today. I do not know if it was the SAME police van or a different one, but it is now obvious that the "majority" of my stolen notices have been taken as suspected by the fixed camera van drivers and only a few have been taken by police patrol vehicles.
So I am driving around having to go back over the same places using extra fuel and buying more ballot papers and photocopying because the notices are being stolen by the police who is undoing all my hard work & costing me money. And the police dont seem to think they owe me the money I am at a loss of.
I am operating under the same law as the government and council voting and if it was the council having their voting notices stolen there would be hell on. But because I am fighting police corruption the police are not helping me but againt me, which is against conduct and behaviour & my civil rights.
They are not above the law & if they had not been corrupt & using legal abuse & entrapment I would not need to be doing this petition. Someone MUST be able to stop them and make them tell the truth & be honest & follow the rules and law.
I have reported this to the newspapers and Calendar news. The police just will not investigate themselves properly. Who can make them bring those corrupt staff in the police & council to justice???!!

I would have questioned him about the traffipax set-up but i had to go delivering. Did he take a wrong turn down the "road closed" by accident?
