I just got into the van this morning and the passenger sun visor had been pulled down. It was NOT down yesterday when I locked the van... so unless there is a ghost, or someone from work used the spare keys to open it.. it is more than suspicious. Also I changed the rear drivers side brake light only 2 days ago and this morning the rear passenger side brake light had blown. but it was fine yesterday evening when I reversed the van to park it up for the evening! You can get 3 penalty points for having a brake light out apparently?! Now I am facing a driving ban, for being beside the motorway when you are allowed there! Can you do a speed awareness course? apparently if you get 3 penalty points, and havent done a speed awareness course in the last 3 years, you get it offered. (in Devon/Cornwall you can do one if its only been 12 months since your last speed awareness course) So in theory very difficult to get banned from driving in Devon/Cornwall. If you drive sensible. I am going to have to pay the £1210 fine as well in the next few days! thats all the money that my Granny left me when she passed away recently and i will be back into overdraught again... unless i can win a miracle scratch card?! I am being blocked from emailing the solicitor i want to employ, i will have to telephone or call in person

Ive looked at my records for questions I asked mobile camera officer Robert Halsted about the Ossett bypass and it was on the 14 September i think? So that is after July 2014. So I do not know if this report our driver told us, about a van crashing into the police van on there is true or not. If it is then chances are the officer was OK. Or it was a different vehicle?

Ok so the TAG guy has been and fitted me with a NEW leg tag... But he has re-scanned the house! and but 2 bat phones in! because the signal in the house was really weak!? So I hope it is ok now. I really do not know which solicitor/lawyer to get to represent me! but this tag guy says quite a few people get them taken off.. so its possible.. It was a different guy.. and the HQ place i think is called EMF ?! like in the song "unbelievable" which I think is a sick joke as people lie and say were in but went out?! but anyway.... it should be ok now. Apparently its run from a GOVERNMENT system. So if there is a possibility it can be hacked it might be the government? but they know when you are in the house and not in?! I hope the police didnt make copies of your house keys when you were in the cells?! I do NOT think I had my VAN keys with me when I was with the police, although I think Sgt. Tyson did use them, when he checked the van I drive, but wouldnt finger print it or get any witnesses requested from the scene of the incident with Alan White as they would help ME and not the POLICE. To be honest, I feel like a baited Badger. Its like a horrible nightmare. The tag is completely pointless for this situation. The Women magistrates might have qualifications but in the Practicality of life and common sense they are retarded and really really not of intellect or understanding at all. The worse part of it is they REALLY WANTED TO BRAND ME A CRIMINAL FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE AND I HAVENT BROKEN ANY LAW! What I did is NOT EVEN AN OFFENCE. These people are a danger to society. They have no true idea of what these offenders need to help them back on the right track & what is appropriate in these unique situations. 21:12pm Ok so the batphone just rang again and it was an asian guy, they were checking it had been set up properly. I am starting to get the impression these calls are NOT to do with the signal or going out. I think they are just random calls to check I am in, even though it is showing I am in, i am starting to just think they are just saying that.. Its really demoralising and kind of like psychological abuse as well. Has this happened to you as well?

OK ANOTHER MOTORWAY AS EVIDENCE YOU CAN WALK ALONG THE SIDES BE THEY GRASS OR PROVIDED PAVEMENT AND SAFETY FENCES ARE FOR SAFETY REASONS NOT LEGAL REASONS A57M MOTORWAY WITH PEDESTRIAN ALLOWED SIGNS AND PAVEMENT FOR ALONG SIDEEven signs to DRIVERS to WATCH OUT FOR PEDESTRIANS. And pedestrians allowed. THERE ARE NOT ANY "No Pedestrian" signs AT ALL. Because you CAN walk alongside the road. EVEN THE EXIT/ENTRY SLIPS AND ROUNDABOUTS HAVE PAVEMENT OR GRASS. J-WALKING IS ONLY ILLEGAL IN THE U.S.A. The A57(M) Motorway Manchester City Centre. Road, Sliproads & Roundabout. PEDESTRIANS ALLOWED ON PAVEMENT NOT ON THE ROAD. PAVEMENTS & GRASS ALONG THE SIDES OF THE MOTORWAY. It is Not an criminal offence to be alongside or walk besides the road. Also there is no law for Jaywalking in the UK. fences are for safety only, not legal reasons.. pedestrian signs are for the road itself, not roadside. Fences and barriers are put in place for protection reasons, not legal reasons. This goes for the Motorway as well. Fences and barriers deter people from going near the Motorway without a vehicle, especially at night time. It is illegal to cross it, or walk in the road, but this is ONLY THE TARMAC OF THE ROAD AS FAR AS THE EDGE LINE ON THE HARD SHOULDER, YOU CAN LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE AND GET TO THE SIDE, AS YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO IN A BREAK DOWN GET AWAY FROM THE ROAD. OR IF BROKEN DOWN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD, USE WARNING LIGHTS AND AWAIT RECOVERY. WHEN A WALL PREVENTS YOU FROM GOING ONTO THE GRASS, PAVEMENT IS PROVIDED. YOU CAN CHECK YOUR VEHICLE ANY TIME YOU WANT TO ON THE HARD SHOULDER USING HAZARD LIGHTS. YOU CAN TAKE A PEE, FOR HEALTH & SAFETY REASONS ALSO, AND YOU CAN DISTRIBUTE CHARITABLE< POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS MATERIALS ON ANY ROAD IN THE UK WITHOUT NEEDING PERMISSION FROM ANY AUTHORITY< AS THEY MIGHT HAVE PERSONAL REASONS TO SAY NO< THUS THEY CAN NOT SAY NO. M60 Motorway. When no Grass refuge area is present, PAVEMENT is PROVIDED for PEDESTRIANS WHY NEED TO WALK ALONGSIDE for ANY REASON. To GET FUEL OR USE THE S.O.S. Phones Or ANY OTHER REASON. Similar road to motorway with Barriers for safety. IT IS NOT ILLEGAL TO CROSS THE ROAD. Also see unremoved flyers and posters and lots of LITTER, not cleaned by council. Notice nearby McDonalds has CLEAN car park. Also a PROVIDED PAVEMENT AND OLD FOOTPATH, NOW FENCED OFF (similar to motorway fencing) BUT it USED TO BE a footpath. It is LEGAL to use. Also place signs & bikes as well can use this road, thus pedestrians MUST be able to go past the barriers as well. Men working on the grass next to the motorway. No keep out or keep off signs. Only a safety fence, so people do not stray onto the Motorway by accident. (this happened on the M56 near the skatepark a few years ago at nigt time, some kids with BMX bikes. Near Runcorn)

JaywalkingJaywalking occurs when a pedestrian crosses a roadway where regulations do not permit doing so. Examples include a pedestrian crossing between intersections without yielding to drivers and starting to cross a crosswalk at a signalized intersection without waiting for a permissive indication to be displayed. In the United States, state statutes generally reflect the Uniform Vehicle Code in requiring drivers to yield the right of way to pedestrians at crosswalks; at other locations, crossing pedestrians are either required to yield to drivers or, under some conditions, are prohibited from crossing. The term's dissemination in the 1920s and 1930s was due in part to the introduction of the automobile. Sign prohibiting jaywalking in Singapore's Orchard Road The United Kingdom does not formally describe priority regulations for drivers and pedestrians at road junctions or other locations, except with respect to marked zebra crossings where motorists are required to give way to pedestrians under defined conditions.[1] Elsewhere, the Highway Code relies on the pedestrian making their own judgment on whether it is safe to cross based on the Green Cross Code. If the pedestrian's judgment was correct then no evasive re-action should be required by any drivers, but drivers are expected to avoid hazards and are examined on their ability to do so during the Hazard Perception Test (United Kingdom) The term "jaywalking" is rarely used, and there is no law preventing such an act. In England, Wales and Scotland it is legal to cross (or indeed, walk along) all roads except motorways (where pedestrians and slow vehicles are not permitted), and roads with the "No Pedestrians" sign displayed. The Highway Code contains additional rules for crossing a road safely,[17] but these are recommendations and not legally enforceable, although as with other advisory parts of the Highway Code compliance or otherwise can be used to establish liability in civil law proceedings such as insurance claims.[18] When crossing a road, pedestrians are advised to wait until it is safe to cross. If a pedestrian is crossing the road across a side street where a car is about to turn, vehicles should give way to the pedestrian.[19] In UK schools children are taught to cross roads safely through the Green Cross Code. British children are taught to "Stop, Look, Listen and Think" before crossing a road, as demonstrated in the Arrive Alive campaign. On some roads, such as near schools or sheltered accommodation, road signs are deployed to alert drivers to the increased likelihood of children or elderly persons crossing the road. Reduced speed limits are often imposed in such areas on a full-time or 'peak period' basis. In some residential and shopping areas the distinction between pedestrian and vehicular areas is deliberately reduced accompanied by reduced signage. An outstanding example is busy junctions remodelled as shared space in Poynton, Cheshire.[20] This approach causes drivers to take greater care and is associated with marked reductions in traffic casualties. Zebra crossings can be seen in many roads in towns and cities. These are points where pedestrians can cross with the right of way. Vehicular traffic should stop at zebra crossings, both for pedestrians on the crossing and for any waiting to cross. The Highway Code advises pedestrians to walk within the marked path (studs or stripes) of pedestrian crossings; and not to cross the carriageway over the zig-zag lines painted either side of the crossing itself. In Northern Ireland, jaywalking can be charged at police discretion and usually only in the case of an accident when clearly witnessed. Otherwise, Northern Ireland is essentially the same as elsewhere in the UK. Stupid road at Poynton. Cheshire doesnt even have proper pavements...

You cannot have pedestrians and no pedestrians together. its is conflicting. The no stopping & no pedestrian sign is in relation to the road. not the hard shoulder or the land off road. over the edge line of the road. OK SO TODAY I FIND ACTUAL PEDESTRIANS ALLOWED IN COMBINATION WITH MOTORWAY REGULATIONS SIGN! FUSED TOGETHER! AT THE MOTORWAY REGULATIONS ROUNDABOUT JUNCTION FOR THE VOSA TESTING WEIGHBRIDGE! AND SOME VERY QUESTIONABLE DETAILS AS WELL LIKE ONE SIGN WITH THE CHARACTER MISSING! And one PEDESTRIANS ALLOWED SIGN WITH a NON REGULATION "No pedestrians plaque" that is not even in the highway code! It the CLASSIC deception mix up of both correct & incorrect signs! I will be they use it to prosecute people walking to the Weighbridge, as another trick to add to the BOX OF ALREADY VASTLY DOCUMENTED CONS! People need to walk around this area for vehicle testing & also Oldham to Rochdale for breakdown if your vehicle gets weighed or pulled for any reason! Motorway Slip roads AND roundabouts its for! NO QUESTION ABOUT IT I AM CORRECT! THE POLICE & CPS ARE WRONG! they just are charging me out of spite anyways. This not even a sign?! what? No vehicles? on a motorway?! its not even legit! The No pedestrians blue motorway sign is for safety & means "ON THE ROAD" NOT ON THE ROAD! it is NOT MEANING THE GRASS!! AND HERE UNDER THE MOTORWAY ROUNDABOUT BRIDGE BETWEEN 2 MOTORWAYS! Also its OBVIOUS that the extra "no pedestrians" banner added under the "pedestrians allowed" sign is a loads rubbish AS WHY THE FUCK IS THERE AN S.O.S. TELEPHONE THERE?! TOTALLY BENT, CON, TRICKS! Another COMBO sign EXAMPLE!

St. Peters Way, Bolton! SAME CONFIGURATION AS MOTORWAY PHOTOS, But an A Road A666 that leads into the M61 Notice exact same Pedestrian signs as the Motorway ones earlier & addition of Bikes as well! Meaning down the SLIP ROAD ONTO THE A666 AND AROUND THE ROUNDABOUT! THIS IS FACT. I HAVE BEEN ILLEGALLY ARRESTED AND PROSECUTED AND CONVICTED. I AM NOT A CRIMINAL. I HAVE BEEN GIVEN LEGAL ABUSE AND ARRESTED AGAINST THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 1998, AS WELL AS TERRORIST THREATS BY THE POLICE, CAUSED TO CONTRAVENE TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS AND CAUSED TO DISTRIBUTE PRINTED POLITICAL MATERIALS. BERRCHES OF EMPLOYMENT POLICY AGAINST ME & FRAUD BY ABUSE OF POSITION. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. THE POWER THE COURT & POLICE HAVE USED TO ABUSE ME IS NULL & VOID AND THE FINES ARE THEFT, AS WELL AS THEFT OF MY MATERIALS.

The road is for CARS! NOT THE GRASS OR PAVEMENT! CARS CAN NOT DRIVE OVER THE WHITE EDGE LINE. THAT IS THE RULES! THE SIDE OF THE MOTORWAY LAND & TREES IS NOT THE MOTORWAY. Same as anywhere. PAVEMENTS ARE FOR PEOPLE. This Cattle grid stops Animals from straying onto the motorway. There is No "No pedestrian sign".

The little house on the prarie, farm house in the middle of the Motorway. If his access road gets blocked he will HAVE to walk along the side of the motorway to get anywhere! I think he is Called Paul. I wrote to him to see if he would let me put a banner up on the farm, but no reply!? ALSO Misk farm turn supplies besides the M1, I WALKED THERE via the public footpath to the FOOTBRIDGE over the M1 and put 2 sign boards up, not even over the Motorway. They were on the public foot path to the sides! and there is NO SIGN TO SAY KEEP OFF THE MOTORWAY GRASS! In fact I am certain the Highway patrol, climbed over the motorway fence into the farm & public footpath over the farm fence to steal my signs! Have you seen the video in this thread where I question them on the HARD SHOULDER and they have NO ISSUE WITH ME STOPPING TO TALK AND ASK QUESTIONS BESIDE THE MOTORWAY... ALL THIS EVIDENCE IGNORED BY THE CPS MANCHESTER AND NO LETTERS OF REPLY OR CORRESPONDENCE AT ALL. THEY JUST PUT UP A BRICK WALL. IT IS THEIR ONLY DEFENCE AS THE TRUTH BEATS THEM EVERY TIME. THERE IS NO OVERRIDING OBJECTIVE FOLLOWED WHAT SO EVER. THE CPS ARE PIRATES AND IN MUTANY OF OUR PUBLIC SERVICES.

M602No signs what so ever for no pedestrians along sides of motorway from Manchester city M602. Pavements are present. And provided. Roundabouts have pedestrian signs as well by slip road entrances. A57(M)Pedestrians, pavements and even undergound football matches A57(M) Manchester city. No signs to inform pedestrians that they are not allowed on the motorway. Pedestrian signs and even car parks with pavement onto the along sides of the Motorway. Is there a tractor there as well? err? Strange effects to the advertising board on video. While we see pavements alongside and A57(M) Manchester, and pedestrian signs as well. More A57(M) pavement and pedestrians in City and BIG DISTRACTING ADVERTS THAT DO NOT SHOW UP CORRECTLY ON VIDEO. TRAFFIC MADE SLOW FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES! AND MANCHESTER SLOWED DOWN TO MAKE EVERYONE BELIEVE CAMERONS HIGH FLYER HIGH SPEED TRAIN DREAM INSTEAD OF THE ELECTRICITY BRIDGE TO IRELAND TO POWER THE ENTIRE COUNTRY.
