Ok so we have a very serious problem here.
This HMIC is supposed to be independent from the police.
And it "should" pick up ANY of the issues we are dealing with here, such as are the police performing required road signage checks and also inspecting all the laser video's.
The sinister part is that it is "Her Majesty's" inspectorate & "Her Majesty" dishes out the medals to people like Steve Finnegan when they catch a shitr loada people speeding and rake in the cash (note Finnegan even has illegal road signs at FIXED speed camera sites as well as mobile ones)
So, while respecting the "Government" and our nations sovereign... Why are we being dished out with legal abuse and entrapment? If I ever was an Honest citizen and truthfull which I am and I want to be proud of my government & country... Why the Fuck are they taking the piss out of us and trying to cover it up and use OUR services as punnishment gimp tools against innocent people???
I ask you now to use your votes and petition rights not to fight governments but to create honest and truth in government figh corruption and lies, use your votes and signatures that is our RIGHT in LAW to make a change and bring to justice those who are guilty of illegal acts of trwason against us.
The speed threshold % is ILLEGAL it permits drivers to contravene traffic regulation orders and causes further vulnerability to more abuse from misuse of lasers and misleading road signage that is by law an obstruction to driving. We are being played with like toys on the road through our subconscious and at the risk to children & pedestrians as well.
These persons are not above the law. Those in responsible positions are supposed to set an example to everyone else. How can the people be expected to abide by laws when those we put in responsible positions do not follow the laws they enforce?

Inspecting policing in the public interest
Her Majesty’s Inspectorate of Constabulary (HMIC) independently assesses police forces and policing across activity from neighbourhood teams to serious crime and the fight against terrorism – in the public interest.
In preparing our reports, we ask the questions which citizens would ask, and publish the answers in accessible form, using our expertise to interpret the evidence. We provide authoritative information to allow the public to compare the performance of their force against others, and our evidence is used to drive improvements in the service to the public.
Independence
HMIC is independent of Government and the police:
HM Inspectors of Constabulary are appointed by the Crown – they are not employees of the police service or government.
HM Chief Inspector of Constabulary reports to Parliament on the efficiency and effectiveness of police forces in England and Wales.
HM Inspectors have powers to seek information from police forces and to access their premises.
Public interest
HMIC decides on the depth, frequency and areas to inspect based on our judgements about what is in the public interest.
In making these judgements, we consider the risks to the public, the risks to the integrity of policing, service quality, public concerns, the operating environment, the burden of inspection and the potential benefits to society from the improvements that might arise from the inspection.
HMIC’s annual inspection programme is subject to the approval of the Home Secretary in accordance with the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.
Our History
On our 150th anniversary in July 2006, a book charting the history of HMIC was produced.
