I need to inform everyone that I was a victim of false arrest recently, The police have been bullying me and trying to find a way to fine or prosecute me even though the Law states it is illegal to prosecute me.
This is because they have been trying to sabotage my petitions campaign & I am the victim of legal abuse.
I tried to fine the police for theft of my ballot notices & now the police along with SGT. TYSON commander of the West Yorkshire police speed camera operations are trying to find a way to prosecute me for doing the petition & notices.
It is illegal to be prosecuted for going about the act of petitioning the government & the activities that entails.
They tried to get me on flyering laws under Health & environment legislation, but as a petition is not promoting or advertising any commercial products is is not classed under that legislation & the Advertising standards agency also informed me that Petitions are exempt from even the advertising regulations. The reason for that I am certain is because of the Bill of rights and Petitions are protected the same as voting for political parties (even though political parties sell merchandise for profit) Charities are similar.
I have not yet updated you with any details of all this.
Service of notices states that because it is the "Road safety partnership" you CAN serve notices to the fixed camera machines because you do not need to deliver a notice to the registered head office of the business or partnership...
This is similar to delivering a notice to an ice cream van business using a parking ticket style pouch.
Parking tickets also are served under the service of notices, and You have the right to attach a notice to any device, machine, coffee machine, drinks machine, parking ticket machine or speed camera because It is operated by a business or partnership.
You can serve a notice to a drink machine operator that it requires repair or service or cleaning. Or you can deliver any message or petition, notice or letter to the operator partnership, group or company by sticking a notice to the machine, vehicle or device exactly the same way a parking warden does.
My paper notices cause no damages and I stated I would remove/collect them myself.
Now they are trying to charge me for removal "JUST BECAUSE THEY CHOSE TO REMOVE THEM".
So now I am going to look into if people issued with parking tickets can "CHARGE THE COUNCIL FOR HAVING TO REMOVE THE STICKY RESIDUE LEFT BEHIND FROM PARKING TICKET POUCHES" Which can be a lot after an experiment I did today.
So if everyone charges the council for having to clean their car windows then the council will have a very big bill to pay out.
Or the Kirklees council can admit that the public owe them nothing for notice removal because it is inclusive to all other sticker removal and that petitions are HM Government thus all removal costs are covered by HM Government just as Council dog fouling sticker removal is.
