QUESTIONS REGARDING A FIXED SPEED CAMERA SITE IN BARTON, CAMBRIDGESHIRE.

So,
The road has been 40mph for a long time & was recently changed to 30mph about 2 years ago. Now according to the police statistics there have been NO (0) offences before a few months ago??!!! So... if nobody was speeding or they couldnt be bothered to use the camera then why change it to 30mph from 40mph??? If it was dangerous and lots of people were speeding then they would use the camera, right? or else lots of offences give reason to reduce the speed limit further?? but nope! looking at the statistics it is very strange because suddenly the Chief of police consults with the local council to reduce the speed limit but for what reason???
Now either there was no reason to change the speed limit and they did it anyways???
or nobody was speeding so they thought.. hey if we reduce the speed limit down from 40mph to 30mph we might catch someone at last!! but there has apparently been no offences until recently when it looks like the camera has magiced into usage? or else it was on settings for 40mph instead of 30mph?
OR has the police erased the prosecution & conviction data to make it look like it has not been used??? These are important questions.
Questions that tie in with my own experience when I drive on a road the same speed every day and never get flashed then one day.... FLASH! now they say the cameras are NOT in use ALL THE TIME?? but I challenge this and I suggest they ARE in use all the time, just on a higher threshold setting.... and when the police want to top up on prosecutions the camera settings are CHANGED!!! oOOOoo "MODIFIED".
That means "toying around with the threshold allowance on the road" PLAYING WITH THE LAW. (they always claim the offence is exceed exact speed limit" and I have shown the "allowance" is illegal anyways as it causes drivers to exceed the speed limit (prosecuted speed) thus is an offence by the police force against drivers by causing & permitting.
Now this is usually on those roads with stupid lamp posts that dont require a road sign or repeater sign by law and are almost always roads that can be with ease assumed to be 40mph not 30mph and in truth WERE 40mph!.
Also when they were taking my stickers off the cameras they certainly were not going around like only a few cameras were in use!!! they were doing all the cameras thus I am certain they were all in use (except one that had been petrol bombed on Penistone road, West Yorkshire and that camera had a cover over it and my ballot notices were left on it.
Thus I have reason to believe that all cameras are in use unless film has run out (unless digital) and that the police "MANIPULATE" settings to let drivers get confident in this "threshold" and then suddenly drop it and catch a LOADA people all at once in like 1-2 weeks.
And that this method is ILLEGAL because it CAUSES AND PERMITS DRIVERS TO EXCEED THE SPEED LIMIT. And the speed limit is the stated prosecution N.I.P. speed and any setting on the camera above that is ILLEGAL by LAW and any changing of settings is entrapment. And going through the cameras prosecution speed history will reveal days & times when the lowest speed setting was adjusted. And I have reason to believe that the police would and do ERASE SUCH DATA for the purpose of a COVER UP of this truth. and that also the 5 years data holding of offences by the DVLA was designed to further make history research more difficult by the public for purposes of POLICE DEFENSIVE BEHAVIOUR OF THEMSELVES TO OPERATE ABOVE & BEYOND & OUTSIDE THE LAW ITSELF.
AND DESTROYING ALL EVIDENCE OF THEIR TRUE ACTIVITIES WHICH IS WHY THE POLICE CONTINUE TO DARE TO CARRY OUT ALL MANNER OF LAZER GUN TRICKS AND LEGAL ABUSE BECAUSE THEY ARE BEYOND THE PUBLICS COMPLAINT AND BEYOND ACCOUNTABILITY AND WILL ALSO USE TERRORIST FORCE TO DEFEND THEIR ACTIVITIES AND REPUTATIONS.
