I will add some more content here soon.
For now I will say that my very first ever penalty points was from a fixed traffic lights camera in Oldham, Manchester just past where the railway bridge has been demolished on Huddersfield road. I was a teenager at the time & just started my driving job at the time not long.
I in NOT WAY AT ALL WHAT SO EVER ACTED TO RUN A SET OF TRAFFIC LIGHTS IN FACT I DID NOT EVEN KNOW I HAD GONE THROUGH A SUPPOSED RED LIGHT. I DID NOT EVEN KNOW THE CAMERAS EXISTED. And I hereby state that I did NOT drive through a red light, it was some kind of timing issue. I was a few meters away from the white line at 30mph when the lights just went from green, orange really fast and so close to the line you can NOT SLAM THE BRAKES ON in any safe way for people behind you. The speed was really quick of the light changes and then you are just through. I did not even think in any way it was close to an offence it was just what happens when the lights suddenly change and you are so close to them at normal speed
I was absolutely devastated and dissapointed when I got a police letter through stating I have offended a crime. Since then it has been IMPOSSIBLE TO OBTAIN A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE. NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY TO DRIVE SAFE THEY SOMEHOW CATCH YOU OUT, JUST WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO GET A CLEAN LICENCE. IT IS LIKE THEY DO NOT WANT YOU TO HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING LICENCE. The points are like mites crawling over you you just cannot get them off!!! not if you have a driving job, or drive a lot of hours. It has been impossible and now I drive under the speed limit so much I am causing other people hinderance.
The other time I had a red light camera incident (only had 2) was more recent years. It was similar that I was at normal speed, got upto the line to go through, then they just changed. But there was something really wierd about the stop line, A strange box that confused where you stop at. I actually DID STOP, just that it was past the line.
I had to go to court to defend it as I had 9 points and in court I had an emotional breakdown which was the worst experience of my life ever. I was shaking and crying because my driving licence is like a degree to me it is by achievement, my document my qualification. I got fleeced £4,000 by Freeman of manchester who sent a £350 barrister who did not even speak to me outside the court room. I was led to believe I was getting freeman himself, but apparently he only shows up if its a celebrity for PR. I managed to get off on "special reasons" and this means you dont get penalty points but they get so say they are not paying your fees or court costs. (I believe this special reasons was designed as part of the scam framework so lorry drivers could keep driving but the lawyers & court got the cash still)
Anyways, THE PHOTOGRAPH SHOWED MY BRAKE LIGHTS ON. I DID STOP. BUT THE PHOTO CANNOT PROVE THIS. A PHOTO IS COMPLETELY USELESS AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS.
ONLY VIDEO CAN TRULY SHOW WHAT EVENTS OCCURED AND HOW AND WHY AND THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE TRUTH.
YOU CAN NOT EXPLAIN JACK SHIT FROM A PHOTO AT TRAFFIC LIGHTS ESPECIALLY WHEN THE LIGHTS TIMING IS RIGGED TO CATCH PEOPLE OUT.
And THEN we get to the strange boxes & cycle tracks.. when did THOSE get conjured up??
Well we will look into Chief constable Steve Finnegans square of death very soon in line with his green safe cycle boxes at the sides, where the green safe box is IN FRONT of the line of the "SQUARE OF DEATH".

I am an HGV driver, about 7 years ago I used help my daughter who sometimes needed extra drivers on a weekend taking litter picking crews to & from their deligated areas, on 1 particular occasion I was flashed by a 30 mph camera on Thornton Rd., in Bradford, West Yorkshire. At the time I was driving a 7.5 ton litter picker crew cab with a full crew & half loaded with bin bags. I was in cruise control at 30 mph which actually showed 28 mph on the TomTom, the is set on a slight incline which caused the vehicle to speed up slightly pushing the speedo slightly over 30. Alas a few days later the refuse dept gets a notice of prosicution for speeding at 36 mph, which was then passed onto me. I wrote a letter to the council explaining that it was not possible for me to be speeding, but my full time job involved me loading for at least 2 -3 days work at a time all over the UK, for me to go to court argue my case could cost me several days pay therefore it was cheaper to take the 3 points & pay a £60.00 fine. A couple of weeks I was on a 1 off job delivering polling boothes to Haringey Coucil I was flashed on a traffic light camera, the speed of the light change would have left me in a dangerous position if I had tried to stop. I decided that on this occasion I to fight my case, I wrote to Haringey Council (the same council I'd was delivering to on the day in question). Explaining that I had gone past the POINT OF NO RETURN & that if I had tried to on them lights on my I would have failed my test because of the dangerous possition my vehicle would be in. A week later I recieved letter back saying "We now have evidence that you were the driver of the vehicle & that I should accept the points & pay the fine within 2 weeks or they would take me to court, well got ready to lose money on this occasion & go to court, I never heard from them again. While waiting to go to court I did some investigations of my own to prepare my defence. I contacted Chris Leithead, (ex-head of the Metropolitan police traffic division) to find out if there is a set time for traffic lights to change, the answer I got back is that there is no set time or reconmendations as to time traffic lights have to change. I also noticed that at various traffic light camera sights they usually only fitted with 1 way lights so once you have passed your light you have no idea as to what they are doing until you reach the other side & check your mirrors. I also found out in my investigations that councils diliberatly employ people who don't drive, so they your alledged affence as read & don't understand your drivers arguments..... Always fight your corner if you think you are right, chances are it will never reach court anyway, as the courts are filled with people on their last chance trying to keep their licence  |

Example of markings that can be used to trick you when combined with rigged traffic light timing and traffic light cameras.  "SQUARE OF DEATH" with "safe green" area to the side gives mental projection of being ok to stop there. (note different towns acrodd uk all use a variety of colours so when travelling to new places you can be confused and mislead) Square of death beckons you forward with a skeletal-like finger into the "fast changing" traffic light timing. Even if you STOP. you are prosecuted with only brake lights as evidence you did stop. Also with 2 or even 3 lanes.. how do they know which vehicle is doing what from a photo. No video is recorded at this location to show the truth. Another police/council trick at the expence of public safety. |

TIME FOR THE POLICE AND COUNCIL, ROAD SAFETY PARTNERSHIPS TO GET THEIR THINKING CAPS ON AND STOP. STOP. STOP IGNORING COMPLAINTS WITH AUTOMATIC PROCESS EXCUSES.
THIS IS NOT A COURT MATTER WHEN SIGN CHECKS ARE REQUIRED BY THE POLICE & COUNCIL> IT COMES UNDER COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES.
WHEN SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, YOU DO NOT PROSECUTE SOMEONE FOR AN TRAFFIC OFFENCE WHEN THE REQUISITE ROAD SIGNAGE IS NOT ERECT OR MAINTAINED AND THAT INCLUDES CLEANING AS WELL.

25 November 2015. I havent posted much in this thread yet, just the other two... So I thought I would put this in here.... I went By Barton, Preston again, like I do nearly every week.. by the Speedy Models shop.. And POLICE STATION. (& the petrol station where locals run red diesel from?!) Anyway... i was behind a police patrol car... when i got off the motorway junction there first one off the M66.. police preston M55 exit couple hours before accident with black car THEN on my way Back to the Motorway I got to the Police station & there was a Council van doing something with the traffic lights... I tried to get a photograph, but my phone wouldnt let me, because it did the slomo timing thing so i missed a decent picture. So i was persuaded to turn around and go get a proper video instead... there were people from the council cleaning up litter as well by there... I thought I would ask this guy about the TRAFFIC LIGHT WARNING SIGNS... (I forgot to ask about the TIMING! DUH!) anyway.. he was reckoning he doesnt EVEN LOOK AT THE SIGNS! nothing to do with him! and he doesnt KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM!? Here is the Video! Engineer claims he is not the Council and doesnt even look at road signs, but his van paperwork says he works for the partnership This is near one of "Finnegans" illegally signed 50mph speed camera roads as well as a fixed camera that STILL has my sticker in place on it! not removed! or complained about by police lancashire! even though next to a police station! After the conversation, I looked in the window of his VAN and IT SAID IT "WAS" THE COUNCIL PARTNERSHIP! IF HE ISNT CHECKING THE SIGNS ARE IN PLACE WHO IS?! WHY DO ALL WE TAX PAYERS HEAR FROM THESE COUNCIL< POLICE AND SURVEYS IS.. NOT MY JOB, NOT MY JOB, NOT MY JOB, DONT KNOW, DONT KNOW! WHO DOES! SOLICITORS DO NOT WORK FOR THE COUCIL!! THE POLICE ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK ROAD SIGNS! WE PAY THEM FOR ROAD SAFETY! WHY DO THEY POSE FOR THESE ROAD SAFETY PHOTOS AND THEN SAY< NOT MY JOB< NOT MY JOB< NOT MY JOB ALL THE TIME< WHOS FUCKING JOB IS IT. WE DO NOT CHECK ROAD SIGNS ITS NOT OUR JOB OR THE COUNCILS.
IT IS THE JOB OF OZ. OZ THE MAGICAL MYSTERY WIZARD THAY NO ONE KNOWS OF. Then, after I had been to the Warwick road place in Carlisle, just off the M6 by the "FARM auctions" that always has trailers outside... I got back down EXACTLY to the M66 junxtion of the M6, and just where i saw the police car earlier, there had just been an accident EXACTLY on the M55 slip road off the M6! A little black car with a couple yound lads, facing the wrong way on the hardshoulder with a bump! and the police car there, but I did not video it as it was the other side of the motorway & I didnt have enough time in advance to see it until i was past. |

& this other video is quite prolific.. not traffic light related.... but how can these men sit in a van filming a road with incorrect or illegal signs all day? its like a sick horror movie!

None of these police officers are checking road signage as required. And they are being payed to do a job. How can they post those school photos when the legal signs are not correct as required? an excuse? propadanga?

Ok so... The Main thing today is developing the awareness of these TRAFFIC LIGHTS "issue".
We have looked at the timing and cars lengths & timing.. Now today I have a few insights about the PLACEMENT of the ACTUAL LIGHTS.
HERE is a place with TWO traffic light posts! WHY?! absolutely no need. The other places dont have it. There is only ONE LINE to stop at. & if you are past it you obviously go through, right? If you go through at orange at the first set, then the one slightly after will be even LATER changing... and its ENCOURAGING YOU TO TAKE RISKS.
I demonstrate this in a little while, when I get evidence of a STRANGE SET of lights that I have EVEN QUESTIONED IN THE PAST AS OUT OF PLACE!

If you notice, the DISTANCE between the FIRST & SECOND LIGHT POST is about the same area where you will get FLASHED by a RED LIGHT CAMERA, if you go through at orange and it gets the tail end of you as it goes to RED. This means, if you do that here, the second set will most likely be RED if the first was ORANGE, but there is NO 2nd STOPPING LINE! once over the first set post, you are clear, but your mind might be trained by the 2ND light post to think its ok? Ok? well, you think about it & decide..
TAKE INTO ACCOUNT.. that THESE LIGHTS ARE *NEAR* the set with the fixed camera, and the SAME ROAD that leads onto the LEEDS road section with some MORE fixed traffic light cameras.
Also the RIGHT hand side light going the same direction is BETWEEN the distance of the other two!? they are supposed to be in line with each other!
So Here is the ACTUAL FIXED RED LIGHT CAMERA to the LEFT, and the police are after me again, because the Police car comes through with siren going, but NO LIGHTS FLASHING! I think he is supposed to have the LIGHTS on the roof GOING when he does that! You can hardly hear the siren! Good job he didnt crash into the side of anyone! Ive heard of a few accidents with police cars involved like that!

Pedestrian crossing RIG up near SWAN LIGHTS CAMERA. I have always thought there is something not quite right about this set of traffic lights, but only now has it dawned on me how it fits into the whole big picture...
This should be a seperate pedestrian crossing to the traffic lights, which are after, for the junction.. but they are "TIMED IN TOGETHER" like duplication of each other. I have been all over the country & not seen anything quite like it - and its always had me wondering...
This is NEAR the RED LIGHT CAMERA at the Swan Lights & on the way to the Leeds road fixed light cameras as well... Watch how many cars go THROUGH the ORANGE light and then because they have done THAT it gives them extra "MOTIVATION" to go through the OTHER light when it is RED, not orange. In fact its a TRAINING MACHINE to get people to take risks at the 2nd set, TO ENCOURAGE IT! If they do this then, think how it will effect their decisions at the FIXED CAMERA light when they encounter them. More likely to go through at orange/red.
Watch how quite a few cars go through at RED even! on the 2nd set!
That is WAY LATER THAN my Macclesfield PHOTO! I NEVER EVEN SAW THE RED LIGHT, I WAS THROUGH AT ORANGE OVER THE LINE EASY! in fact I am certain it was still green & the TIMES back up the fact along with the van length & times.. have a think about it & watch the videos. There is no need for these strange traffic light doppler set ups when the other sets are just REGULAR!

The pedestrian crossing should be completely seperate! & if you have any dispute with cramming a right hand turning lane after a crossing, go google what they did to the road markings for turning, outside the Halifax bank in Mirfield! mega narrow lanes & worst traffic light placement EVER at the Friendliest junction ever, previously!
I have only been flashed (supposedly) 3 times in my life by RED light cameras I think? The OLDHAM one when I just started driving... The BOLTON one and this recent Macclesfield one. And I did not "RUN A RED LIGHT" on any of them. In fact most of the time I think these red light cameras are stupid... But imagine its true & they have these CYCLE "DAYS" where everyone gets done by them... but not too much so there are not too many complaints... If you think how many are doing it at the lights above the "rigged doppler lights" pedestrian crossing.
Then if it was done PROPERLY ALL THE TIME... how many people would they get every single day at THESE lights? over 1,000 a day? more? so why dont they have a camera on these lights, just like i was, filming? that is the question. as 2 freeze frame photos are stupid!
Anyway come to what conclusions you want.. decide for yourselves what the hell the council are upto regarding true safety and your tax money..
I will film some regular traffic lights to show that hardly any go through the red light, only amber.
Here I encounter the POLICE AGAIN today! I am out with the other driver & some incident outside the actual police station! Then an Ambulance! 3 times in one day!?
Then ambulance just afterwards.. its where the really dangerous new crossings are with no barriers that kids can trip up over into the road that i complained about to Simon Taylor & planning.. really really deadly at night especially

Also some strange mystery hacker turned the sound off while this was recording again?!
HMMMM... you can get 3 PENALTY POINTS for having a brake light out?? even if one still works? you can face a driving ban? but they still try to prosecute you if BOTH terminal signs are not in place like on the Ossett bypass, even though you are not supposed to be able to be convicted if not in place! IF YOU NEED BOTH BRAKE LIGHTS then why do they insist on arguments that they DONT NEED BOTH TERMINAL SIGNS IN PLACE? then do the GO SAFE welsh pose photos? and Road safety partnership photos?! riddle me that one.
I once got pulled on the M1 and the police made me wait in services until daylight when a sidelight or headlight bulb was out.

Bottom O' the' Moor TRAFFIC LIGHT CAMERA, OLDHAMOk, so I mentioned that my FIRST EVER driving offence, literally as soon as I started delivery driving when i was 17... was a set of traffic lights on OLDHAM, and I never even as far as I knew ran a red light on purpose, or even knew I had done it at the time. & it was upsetting to get your first PENALTY POINTS and they be IMPOSSIBLE TO GET RID OF THEM FROM YOUR DRIVING LICENCE EVER AFTER, as you always seemed to get "set up" to get more. It turns out the road is called "Bottom O' th' Moor" just before it turns into Huddersfield road. Ive looked at google maps & there does NOT look to be the Required TRAFFIC LIGHT WARNING SIGN in place before the traffic lights either. Also there is a bus stop before the camera & lights which a stopped bus could obstruct your view and need to be driven around? ALSO there is a pedestrian crossing & lights AFTER the crossing which give the impression of a further forward position. ALSO you wouldnt want to STOP on the crossing itself would you if you had already got further, so you would carry on it it was Orange and you had passed the line rather than stop on the crossing. ALSO there is a bike box, but with a bike symbol only in one lane. ALSO there is a Yellow BOX junction & you are NOT supposed to STOP on those, so you would carry on driving across that if you were over when it went red rather than stop in the middle of the junction. In the google maps there is a guy running across the road before the crossing even & mums with prams & a long yellow van as well (long wheel base) I am pretty certain that like other traffic light cameras it isnt even on all the time & they only use it on cycling rota basis. Here are the google pictures anyway. you can select different dates as well if you go on the website, and as of the most recent pictures, no traffic light warning sign in place!               I swear that I did not go through a red traffic light at the time of this first ever road traffic offence and that I was past the actual first light post when it must have gone to amber/orange.

2009 - 2015 at least with no traffic light warning sign. It shows a SPEED CAMERA sign. but that is not to tell you there are TRAFFIC LIGHTS AHEAD! Its to tell you there is some kind of enforcement camera, that is all. Plus you are likely to have a bus in front of you or HGV or something.  |
