Have you ever seen a police TV series where the officer reads someone their rights?
A legal statement read out or recited to a citizen when certain powers are exercised?
Or have you had the statement given to you in real life?
I want you to think about what that is.
Its law. And proceedings.. that have been confirmed and you are supposed to recognize (if in your language)
Why wouldn't a lawyer challenge those rights? Because they are law. Recognized and well established..
It would be ridiculous to challenge them ..
So why don't the police always recognize our rights? Like political rights?
Well... firstly because the police have more physical muscle. They have to recognize certain rights where they can't get away with pretending they don't exist. Or if they can cunningly find a way around them.. like charging different offences and workaround procedures..
This is really why you get the right of a solicitor..the solicitor is supposed to recognize and know the rights and adamantly exercise them... to police who are less likely to deny the rights effect and application in the presence of a good honest specialist solicitor..
Who is honest to intervene as early as possible.
Now...
I have thought...
In regards to protections..
If you get the rights confirmed earlier..
Before anything happens to you..
Signed and drafted by Queens Counsel or an specialist lawyer..
And get a simplified statement also which can be read out to police which has the full law and legal work set out..
For example.. like the First Amendment Right to a remedy.. Benjamin Plener Cover.
But for example.. if it was confirmed by Professor John Baldwin of Birmingham School of law...
Or a Queens Counsel like Jeremy Johnson QC..
Someone of equal or higher legal standing than the polices own legal services or counsel..
Then you could have a Statement drafted for you.. to read to the police yourself..
________
For example.. I was contemplating
Police arrests
Reading of the Rights.....
Political petitioning
Reading of the Rights..
Reading the police their rights. When they challenge your actions while you are conducting petitioning work or any act for that purpose
When investigating police or Crown prosecutors or Judges and Clerks of the Justice
Obviously it will have the right to Petition included and possibly other provisions of other acts..
But basically a statement can be prescribed for use that must be lawfully recognised by the police officers and Sergeant and that they can understand and not claim is invalid or they don't recognize it.

You do not have the right to Arrest, charge or prosecute [the Claimant]. You do not have the right to remain silent. & Under truth and honesty Government policies anything you fail to say can and will be used as evidence against you in Parliamentary proceedings. Do you understand?
