So...
I'm not exactly "The Chase" material or "Mastermind" as I can't literally remember "everything"
Every encyclopedia and history book and pop song..
But I have done some more reading and being more open to a wider understanding now than I have previously had..
It's clear that one of the MAJOR motivations and reasons behind the Right to Petition.. the protection from prosecution..
Is religion and religious beliefs..
As Priests of opposed Faith's were prosecuted for not doing as asked in their churches..
But I don't think "the Subjects" refers to solely the Parliamentary Ministers, Earl's, Lords, Spiritual, Bishops, and so forth..
There is separate rights to cover petitioning issues around Prelates.. certain high ranking Holy, Religious or spiritual people..
So Religious people could also be excused from prosecution, by law... to be able to petition without being prosecuted or held to commitment by the Authorities (Courts) Surely.
This is not under the rights of the Subjects.. In the 1688 Bill of Rights, that is under the first articles.. so those articles cannot only be solely applicable to Lords & Ministers
But under the section concerning Lords Temporal, Spiritual, Commons and I think that as many of the members and circle of Parliament at that time consisted of Earl's and Dukes and Bishops and still the wider circle of the King (or Queen) ...
It seems to me a bit of an Oxford Bash...
As they actually held Parliament for a short time at Oxford..
And particularly.. with the New World discovery... the Americans and Christianity having a new set of "pagan" traditions.. psychedelic direct raw religion.. to have to stamp out again...
After the early Catholics got rid of the Druids in Europe.. earlier...
It seems that they at least were inspired by an idea of a more shared rule and debate, ideas and shared authority rather than just a king...
So it's clear that the king wider family, officials.. the Earl's, Dukes And so on...
Wanted to be able to all meet and have proper debates and discussions with equal value and participation.. without being executed just for having a different religion or opinion..
As previously they were getting banished, exiled, prosecuted, or made to sign documents to give up their rights to the throne even.. heirs..
I also think that with the new world still in paganism it probably brought the realisation that the Catholics and protestants didn't have in fact as many religions differences between themselves as with the Native Americans..
And it most likely was embarrassing that they had a much more established religious system... yet they were having more wars and battles and issues with the throne and the rule...
Than the Native Americans were having..
In fact the Americans having such a much more civilised and advanced.. peaceful.. and more mature administrative system of These Big meetings in Wigwams.. with no king... just the various Chieftains..and councils..
Its likely that they realised they had been doing a bad job of things in Europe.
Also.... with Oliver Cromwell.. having previously made the statement "Protector of the commonwealth" and not a King...
I think that the Earls and Dukes and so forth realised that they had to look like they were more fair and agreeable not dictating to the Country..
Even though its definitely more like an "Oxford education" based parliament..
And I think the remnants of that... still flow... through government..
With the likes of David Cameron and Boris Johnson.. being Oxford, ,Eaton students..
So really... even though there are political parties..
It's more or less really... a large group of Toffs trying to give the impression that we have a fair voting equality of democracy..
But really it's just a bunch of Wider circle Oxford toffs in a big party... getting everyone to agree with them while throwing out a 2nd party (Labour) which really is not in the slightest bit opposed to what they are doing...
They are totally going along with it..
Only they are taking a little more back from the Toffs to give to the poor people...
But really.. not much else...
Its about time the Toffs out their hands up and Surrendered..
And admit that you can't buy education, you cant pay for Privileges..
Mask over actual real human differences that nobody wants to admit exist...
Race, colour, gender..
Nature has differences...
You cannot buy out of it.. with Eaton money
Eaton rule...
But we are trying to achieve equality in a world that is not naturally equal..
To try make man equal..
So if we are... then that means we have to level Oxford...
Because really Oxford is trying to compete and be the best..
Yet contradiction if that by saying all men are created equal and all races, colours and peoples can be equal and have the same jobs.. be Ministers..
If that's true...
Then surely the right to Petition cannot be restricted to the narrow Eaton circle of Ministers, Earl's, Dukes, Bishop's, and do forth remnants of early parliaments..
Basically Boris Johnson and Theresa May believe that they have somehow purchased, bought or climbed a ladder for a right that only they can have... as members of this group...
And everyone else doesn't have that right.
Because they haven't had the Eaton purchased access or whatever..
You might as well say that Noel Gallagher has earned a million fans therefore has the same right to Petition as Theresa because he has as many followers..
So he has the rights Theresa May has.
Even though Theresa didn't start the conservative party, didn't start parliament, and literally just is a FAN of the conservative party and joined the group...
A bit like a fan having a back stage pass to see Oasis just because they joined the fan club and carry their amps and speakers around... they have special rights over anyone else who listens to music or something..
The right to make music vs the right to make law and politics...
Make your own music or buy the Beatles.
Make your own laws and politics or buy the Conservative party... which just happens to not only be very expensive but actually is making people overweight and Ill
In fact... litter, obesity, smog...
All leading and legendary records and albums of the Conservative party..
Pull out a Beatles album and listen to the tax man, all you need is love or yellow submarine..
Or pull out a conserve record album and put on... all you need is a new supermarket,
Lady mags honour, smog city, Mine all mine, and what a load of rubbish.
I don't believe that we can truly see humans as equal until The schools and universities see themselves as equal.
Because if anything Oxford represents a division in humans..
And that is why Ministers and Lords believe they have a right and we don't..
Because they are right and honourable and we are not
