Errors are supposed to Invalidate court notices and letters.
Fixed penalty notices and so forth...
So how could the court work around that?
Well.. the best way would be to apply a deliberate mistake to many documents and then just pretend it's common and doesn't matter and then start ignoring complaints about it..
Thereby creating the belief that they can get away with it and nobody can use that claim when a document is invalid and has errors..
An example is the court codes they have muddled up. I claim on purpose to this purpose...
If you read the full regulations on the issue of fixed penalty notices and any documents following from such documents.. You will find that mistakes void a notice.
And the fixed penalty clerk is supposed to avoid all penalties and the associated convictions where there are errors in the particulars..
The deliberate mistake trick.. and ignoring complaints as if it didn't matter..
Would thereby appear to disarm any use of the "errors" claim against documents.
So it really in my opinion is one of these little tricks of how the courts literally plug up all the loopholes that actually could render their cases void..
But why create such rules in the first place?
Again.. so they have control over who can and who cannot claim anything..
The truth and fact is not of concern.. It always is down to the " say" of the court...
Who can and can't claim what...
When the rules themselves should be the only factor. Is the document in order or not in order?

Particularly when the court issued an order that is completely illegal anyway...
Therefore its impossible to be valid at all

Also, the fact that the codes the court are using are different codes to those published on the government website sometimes..
Some have closed down as well.
Really...
They would give us fake coins if they could and start using a different set themselves and claim only..
3p 6p 9p coins and £15 notes were legal tender and our money was not valid if they could get away with it.
Its what they do with £50 notes to get places not to accept them..
Really the court refusing your claims and complaints is like a grocery shop refusing to accept a £50 note..
Power. Control. Even with fact and reality in front of you...
This is their classic rule tricks in action...
Books says yes.... Fat court legal adviser lady says no.
Behold! The show ain't over till the fat court lady sings.
