This is the problem with political rights..
As opposed to Medical and Employment rights
Nobody has to prove there is a right to be treated at a hospital every time they hurt their leg or are sick
Nobody pays for a GP visit and paperwork to exercise a right.
How can a court hear such case over a right that applies automatically to all Claimants?
Certainly not a magistrates court.
This is where Human Rights lawyers have been really milking peoples money and taking their rights away.. or forcing them to repeatedly prove the same right.
Which is not a Criminal defence.
It's a right claim.
The Political Rights should be dealt with by the local MPs Surgery, particularly in conjunction with the GP, if there is an attached injury claim..
Where a political right is exercised..
The MPs Surgery really... should be as busy as a GP, Doctors surgery..
And then the realisation of our true, rightful political powers of individuals are brought to enlightenment..
Not an MP going solo..
On themselves fixes.
And newspaper photo shoots and opening sports centres..
Its comparable to what has happened to DR. Berg..
The American doctor with all his own products for sale and his own videos..
That's what Jeremy Corbyn and Boris Johnson have become.....
Oxford has its personal head up its bottom.
Wake up Corbyn and Johnson.
You have become corrupt and self serving.
The Bill Of Rights exists to bring Corruption to account and protect our rights particularly political ones.
Enough of you selling our political souls to the Queens Counsel and Solicitors who have no business proving the same rights over and over again... for huge profits..
Would they dare re proving my right to visit the hospital every time I am hurt ? Ill or Injured?
No.
That is set in law.
We only claim injury or illegal prosecution and it should automatically be recognized.
Can you imagine if the Crown Prosecution Service were trying to prevent us all from being seen by a doctor??
Or from being triage at a hospital?!
It's time the courts realised that they don't have power to decide matters only decidable in parliament
Right to Petition causes brought through Petitioning and all facts and circumstances thereby claimed
